The Fullness Of His Promised Power Is Brimming 9/09/09
WAYNE VISION; While he was in prayer today he saw a wonderful vision. I felt it was very significant that he received this on 9/09/09.
“I was standing at the base of a dam that looked like Hoover dam, except that it was twice as wide. It was curved around like Hoover dam and I was probably a half mile down the canyon looking up at the dam. I could see streams of water coming over the top of the dam in diverse places. I could see the rock walls on both sides of me and the river was flowing below me. I felt the impact in my spirit of the tremendous latent power that was evident in that place, with the complete reservoir and lake behind the dam, and all the power represented there.”
SANDY COMMENT: I believe the prayers of the saints are full and starting to brim over. The power of God is coming!
Rev 5:8 NKJV
Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four
elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of
incense, which are the prayers of the saints.
Rhema Dream & Vision 9/12/96: The Dam Is Bulging
SANDY DREAM: I saw that the river had changed course. Not only that, but the water was coming very fast and it was widened. I traveled further north to see the source of the river and saw that the upper part of the river was being held back behind a retaining wall.
VISION: The dream turned into a vision, and I was then inside the wall of the dam. There were some sort of power utilities inside. I could feel and hear the vibrations of that place. I could see that the weight of the water was so great that the wall was bulging, leaking and damp. I reached out my hand and touched the wall of the dam. I felt the power of the water behind the wall and it impacted me with the fear of the Lord.
DREAM CONTINUED: I was then on top of the wall and I looked down on the other side of the wall and there was a humongous deep gorge where the water was supposed to flow but it was like a small creek. I knew this was the upper source of the river I had seen below. I understood it was only a matter of time for the dam to break through and I felt uncomfortable being right there.
The last scene of the dream I was near a section of the same river below where it was deep, wide and very fast. The current was very strong. I saw an unusual sight on the banks above me. I saw all these drift boats in the water, holding taunt on guide ropes. Men were at the oars of the boats, and the women were holding the lines on the bank. It was as though the only way to get the boats in the river was this method, as the current was too strong any other way. I have many years of river exposure and I had never seen current and power like this. Suddenly the women let go of the ropes, and jumped into the current to swim with it to catch the men in the boats.
INTERPRETATION: Many generations of prayers and promises have been held back in the river of God, for His divine timing of it being loosed upon His end time generation. The supernatural power that is coming from such is phenomenal and it will make people tremble and shake in the fear of the Lord and in His awe.
During my time of hiddenness inside the dam walls, when I reached out and touched the wall, it was a parable of being sent as an intercessor and watchman to make up one of the breaches in the wall where I was located. There were many breaches, I know the Lord sent many others to take their places as we waited upon the Lord to fulfill His end time promises of power and glory. In practical terms, the breaches I saw were being a part of denominations and churches that grieved the Holy Spirit and controlled Him out of their meetings when He visited.
Ezek 22:30 NKJV
So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap
before Me on behalf of the land.
Later when I saw the power of the water downstream below, the river of God was very fast and very powerful. I knew it was another time after the water was loosed from the dam. The women held onto the boats with their ropes of intercession, until their men were safely in the boat (which in my past rhema is a type of an ark to carry through difficult times). Once the men were in place, they had to jump into the wild river of God in order to catch up with them! PRAISE THE LORD!

Then he brought me back to the door of the temple; and there was water, flowing
from under the threshold of the temple toward the east, for the front of the
temple faced east; the water was flowing from under the right side of the
temple, south of the altar.
2 He brought me out by way of the north gate, and led me around on the outside
to the outer gateway that faces east; and there was water, running out on the
right side.
3 And when the man went out to the east with the line in his hand, he measured
one thousand cubits, and he brought me through the waters; the water came up to
my ankles.
4 Again he measured one thousand and brought me through the waters; the water

water came up to my waist.
5 Again he measured one thousand, and it was a river that I could not cross;
for the water was too deep, water in which one must swim , a river that could
not be crossed.
6 He said to me, "Son of man, have you seen this?" Then he brought me
and returned me to the bank of the river.
7 When I returned, there, along the bank of the river, were very many trees on
one side and the other.
8 Then he said to me: "This water flows toward the eastern region, goes
down into the valley, and enters the sea. When it reaches the sea, its waters
are healed.
9 And it shall be that every living thing that moves, wherever the rivers go,
will live. There will be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters
go there; for they will be healed, and everything will live wherever the river
goes.
Rhema 5/13/97: In The Awesome Power Of God’s River
SANDY VISION: I saw water pouring over a huge dam. Then I was suddenly in the water above the dam and felt the current take me. I was floating safely with my head above water but the pull was very strong like a forceful magnet. I felt the gravity and tug of the water pulling me downstream near the rim. The Lord opened my natural ears and I could literally hear the roar of a huge gigantic falls like Niagara fall. The sound and pull of the water was extremely powerful. As I could not swim against the current and get out, I knew I was going over. I heard the voice of the Lord say,
HEARD: Hang in there. Gravitational pull. Consider well. Can we afford it? Can you afford not to? What do we do now? Just let the flow carry you. I see your point. Point made. A matter of time.
EXPERIENCE: Later that night I had a vision where saw I saw a 3-D cloud coming to me. It was hazy and I could see through it. Somehow I recognized that Jesus was inside the cloud and I said, “Jesus!” His cloud came immediately into my pores all over my body.
RHEMA 5/01/07: Fuchsia Picket SAW the same vision
Today I have read portions of Fuchsia Pickett’s book that someone sent me. I wept when I read of her vision of the end time power plant loosing generations of water held back in the dam, in order to bring the glory of God to earth, to bring in its harvest of souls, healings of body soul and spirit, and so that the whole earth will be filled with His glory and know Him. I have never heard of this wonderful lady and she was repeating portions of the same dam and power plant that I have seen, with the same passion for His glory to come and bring in His harvest.

Job 7:13-14 AMP
When I say, my bed shall comfort me, my couch shall ease my complaint, then You
scare me with dreams and terrify me through visions.
Job had been given over to satan for a season and he experienced demonic dreams and visions. The characteristics of dreams from the enemy are full of twisted accusations and darts that wound. Sometimes a dream will have knives, darts, sharp cutting instruments that inflict and cause pain. They may be threatening and tormenting. They may contain lusts of the flesh, eyes and world. They may contain violence, anger, wrath... arrogance, argument, debate and any number of the carnal works of the flesh.
I can always tell an enemy dream because it is almost always a personal accusation to that particular day. The problem with enemy dreams is that there is always a measure of truth in them. So, after I take heed to the partial truth, I must then overcome guilt and condemnation and remember that I am covered by the blood of Jesus. I must also remember it is His righteousness that keeps me, not my own. The Lord does not want us buried in guilt that puts another layer between ourselves and His love.
DEMONIC INTENTS OF A DREAM
Enemy visions and dreams can have a numbing, immobilizing or even paralyzing influence over man’s will. This can happen with an inability to speak or move the body, or have a lack of freedom in exercising the will. Another characteristic of an enemy dream is the inability to wake up. Because the sleep is so deep, when the person does wake up in the middle of it, there is such a lethargic state that it is very difficult to stay awake. Frequently, there is the tendency to fall right back to sleep into the same enemy onslaught.
One can learn to truly fight oneself awake, then stay awake to do adequate warfare to gain the peace of the Lord before going back to sleep. The dream can also be resisted and stopped by thinking “In Jesus’ Name” during the dream. If you unable to do this, pray that the Lord will help you to stand in your dreams and the Holy Spirit will remind you to do this while you are sleeping. If you suffer this, always remember that thinking or speaking the Name of Jesus will break the enemy restraint. His Name is a very powerful weapon.
What Opens The Door To Demonic Dreams?
Enemy conflict is a current sent against us for two reasons. Both are because THE LORD ALLOWS IT. The first is that we are called to be overcomers and put darkness under our feet. The second is that our lifestyles open demonic doors. If we heed the chastening that comes through demonic dreams, we can repent and change and thus overcome evil with good.
Overcomers
In the Bible, the Lord continually mentions that we shall find the Lord when we search for Him with all our heart. He is to be our first love. The Lord is a rewarder of those that diligently seek Him. Seeking Him is not a mellow, “What will be, will be,” attitude. It is a pursuit, and it goes upstream against the current.
Christians are not immune to enemy experiences. Satan puts many things in our path to try to get us off course, discouraged and tired, waylaid and delayed…all the while hoping we will give up. The Lord allows this to help us to grow, overcome darkness, and find HIM. We cannot find Him without resistance. The two go hand in hand.
We have entered a last days war between good and evil. The witches gather at midnight and send curses, etc upon the Christians from 12 AM - 3 AM. Much of a Christian’s warfare at night is due to this united onslaught. Start taking authority over your sleep and bind the forces of witchcraft sent against you and your loved ones in Jesus Name.

Ungodly Lifestyle
Living ungodly lives warned about in scripture opens demonic doors. God allows demonic dreams to chastise us so that we will repent. When we disobey the training of our conscience, we give the enemy cause to speak reproach, the hedge of protection is lifted and we get “dumped on.” The more mature we become in the Lord, the more sensitive our conscience becomes to very slight details in a day. An example would be attitudes that grieve the Holy Spirit, like being critical of others in our thoughts.
Demonic doors open to demonic dreams when:
1. We have a defiled conscience.
Acts 24:16 NKJV
This being so, I myself always strive to have a conscience without offense
toward God and men.
2. When our behavior gives opportunity for the enemy to speak against us.
1 Tim 5:14-15 NKJV
..give no opportunity to the adversary to speak reproachfully. For some have
already turned aside after Satan.
3. When we make choices and doubt or wonder if God approves, it is sin.
Rom 14:23 NKJV
..for whatever is not from faith is sin.
4. Intentional sin lifts the hedge.
5. When we choose entertainment that is impure, violent and carnal.
Isa 33:15-16 NKJV
Who stops his ears from hearing of bloodshed, and shuts his eyes from seeing
evil: He will dwell on high; his place of defense will be the fortress of
rocks; bread will be given him, his water will be sure.
6. When we do not guard our eye gates.
Matt 6:22-23 NKJV
The lamp of the body is the eye . If therefore your eye is good, your whole
body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be
full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great
is that darkness!
7. When we choose the desires of our sinful nature.
Gal 5:19-21 NLT
When you follow the desires of your sinful nature, your lives will produce
these evil results: sexual immorality, impure thoughts, eagerness for lustful
pleasure, 20 idolatry, participation in demonic activities, hostility,
quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, divisions, the
feeling that everyone is wrong except those in your own little group, 21 envy,
drunkenness, wild parties, and other kinds of sin. Let me tell you again, as I
have before, that anyone living that sort of life will not inherit the Kingdom
of God.
8. When we focus on bad news.

will find you!
9. When we do not forgive.

And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay
all that was due unto him. So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto
you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.
WRATH VS JUDGMENT DREAMS
The most common deception within the church is called warning dreams. They swallow the lie that because the dream has some kind of an alarming disaster in it, that they have heard from God and need to send out a warning. Most of these kind of dreams are not Holy Spirit inspired dreams. They may be supernatural dreams but are most likely inspired from second heaven principalities.
Most demonic warning dreams are full of wrath. Wrath dreams show the demonic intent to totally destroy. Wrath in the Hebrew means a violent passion to punish. Scripture says Christians are not appointed to wrath. God’s warning dreams are not sent to promise wrath, but sent to keep people from it.
1 Thess 5:8-10 NKJV
For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord
Jesus Christ.
God does send forth His judgments. Judgments are the spankings and chastisements of God and they are given with warnings for repentance and change. Judgment in the earth is to teach the inhabitants of the world about righteous choices.
Isa 26:9 NKJV
With my soul I have desired You in the night, yes, by my spirit within me I
will seek You early; for when Your judgments are in the earth. The
inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.
Heb 12:8-11 NKJV
Furthermore, we have had human fathers who corrected us, and we paid them
respect. Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of
spirits and live? 10 For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed best
to them, but He for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness. 11
Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless,
afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been
trained by it.
Judgment comes after God carefully weighs in the balance scales, the pros and cons, just like the discernment process of separating every motive and matter of the heart. The discernment process is the act of weighing and separating each part. Once the piles are separated, if a decision is rendered of guilty, judgment comes unless there are intercessors to stand in the gap.
1 Peter 4:17-18 NKJV
For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it
begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel
of God?
Jer 9:24 NKJV
But let him who glories glory in this, that he understands and knows Me, That I
am the LORD, exercising lovingkindness, judgment , and righteousness in the
earth. For in these I delight," says the LORD.
God’s heart is always to look for an intercessor, because mercy triumphs over judgment.

For judgment is without mercy to the one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs
over judgment .

stood before Him in the breach, to turn away His wrath, lest He destroy them.
Faith In The Demonic Dream
There are many Christians that are feeding on unclean meat from the enemy and thinking it is God’s voice. They are perceptive enough to recognize inspiration and revelation through dreams, visions, etc but not understanding the source is from the wrong camp. These sources of “revelation” are being interpreted as prophesy, warnings, corrections and judgments.
With lack of discernment and ability to separate strong meat, when we receive these things as God’s will, we are releasing them to come to pass. Faith is what activates the spirit realm. If the devil shows what he intends, and people believe it, it only empowers it to happen. That is how the occult gets so strong along with the false prophets.
Fear Releases Negative Faith In The Devil
One of the reasons demonic dreams have so much power in Christian lives is because they believe in it through fear. They rehearse it in their mind through worry, they report it to others, and they are fearful about it coming in the future. Fear is actually faith in the devil and that is negative faith. Fear dispatches demonized forces to set up the negative circumstances of one’s belief.
How to Respond to Demonic Revelation
When we see the real source, we can learn to prophesy in the opposite spirit and release God’s battle plan against what has been exposed. How? Without actually telling the demonic revelation, we can prophesy and decree the exact opposite of what was shown. Like for instance, saying that God is going to raise a standard against it. God is not calling us to prophesy and believe the demonic intent, but to release to His people a future and a hope. We can also prophesy a call to repentance that corresponds to what was seen in the demonic revelation, without telling the revelation.
A Christian’s place is to STAND against such, that it won’t happen... not prophesy it to happen or believe that it will. Find your focus on God’s goodness, abundant life and standing against the destroyer with your weapons of warfare.
The massive collection of scripture about God’s goodness is very profound. He is good, does good, promises good. He has created us as His children to do good, think good, expect good, speak good. One of the most powerful weapons we are given is to overcome evil with good. We can do this by praying against bad news and declaring God’s goodness and promises over bad news.
Rom 12:21 NKJV
Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Test all things; hold fast what is good .

"He who would love life And see good days, Let him refrain his
tongue from evil, And his lips from speaking deceit. 11 Let him turn away from
evil and do good; Let him seek peace and pursue it.

Beloved, do not imitate what is evil, but what is good .
Word To Ponder: Who Do You Say I Am? 7/23/07
When I labored and created the earth, I looked over everything that I made and saw that it was very GOOD. I also gave gifts of creativity so that mankind could understand that what is created comes out of the heart of the person creating it. The creation is a message that in someway represents the person behind it. What I created was good, because I AM GOOD.
Live in such a way that men will see your GOOD works and glorify Me, for a good man will bring forth good things from the good treasure stored in his heart. When I walked the earth, I went about doing GOOD and healing all who were oppressed by the devil. I give GOOD gifts to My children and I do not change; I AM GOOD. Every GOOD and perfect gift comes from Me. I AM and always will be, the GOOD Shepherd.
Remove your focus off the devil. Overcome evil with good. Abhor evil and cling to good. Never repay evil with evil. But instead pursue good. If you want to see good days, refrain from speaking evil. Turn away from evil and do good. Beloved, all in the world is very simple. You have only 2 choices: good or evil, coming from the kingdoms of light or darkness. You need to make your choice and stick to it until the end, knowing Who I AM and Who keeps you. Separate and discern what you are listening to. You need to separate the mixture and choose the good part. A good report makes My body healthy for I know the good plans I have for you, to give you a future and a hope.
Jer 29:10-12 NLT
For I know the plans I have for you," says the LORD. "They are plans
for GOOD and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
Ex 33:12,13,18,19, 34:5-7 NKJV
Then Moses said to the LORD, "See, You say to me, 'Bring up this people.'
But You have not let me know whom You will send with me. Yet You have said, 'I
know you by name, and you have also found grace in My sight.' 13 Now therefore,
I pray, if I have found grace in Your sight, show me now Your way, that I may
know You and that I may find grace in Your sight... 18 And he said,
"Please, show me Your glory." 19 Then He said, "I will make all
My GOODness pass before you, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before
you. ... 34:5 Now the LORD descended in the cloud and stood with him there, and
proclaimed the name of the LORD. 6 And the LORD passed before him and proclaimed,
"The LORD, the LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and
abounding in GOODness and truth, 7 keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving
iniquity and transgression and sin, by no means clearing the guilty, visiting
the iniquity of the fathers upon the children and the children's children to
the third and the fourth generation."
What Is An Authentic Warning Dream From God?
Job 33:13-18 NKJV
Why do you contend with Him? For He does not give an accounting of any of His
words. For God may speak in one way, or in another, yet man does not perceive
it. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls upon men, while
slumbering on their beds, then He opens the ears of men, and seals their
instruction. In order to turn man from his deed, and conceal pride from man, He
keeps back his soul from the Pit, and his life from perishing by the sword.
Authentic God given warning dreams will have some aspect of heaven covering and protecting the person in the dream, so they feel secure and safe. They may hear the voice of the Lord telling them not to fear, they may have an angel standing with them. Jesus may be pointing and telling them to look. There may be a message of redemption for those who repent, or how to stay safe. They will be validated and backed by other confirmations of 2 or 3 witnesses.
The most important thing to remember about an authentic warning dream is that God always provides a way out. In some way, there is a redemptive quality, even in the worst news, because that is Who God is.

Even when they made a molded calf for themselves, and said, 'This is your god
that brought you up out of Egypt,' and worked great provocations, yet in Your
manifold mercies You did not forsake them in the wilderness. The pillar of the
cloud did not depart from them by day, To lead them on the road; Nor the pillar
of fire by night, to show them light, And the way they should go.

Then the LORD said to me, "Even if Moses and Samuel stood before Me, My
mind would not be favorable toward this people. Cast them out of My sight, and let
them go forth.

Then the LORD said, "I will pardon them as you have requested. 21
But as surely as I live, and as surely as the earth is filled with the LORD's
glory, 22 not one of these people will ever enter that land. They have seen my
glorious presence and the miraculous signs I performed both in Egypt and in the
wilderness, but again and again they tested me by refusing to listen. 23 They
will never even see the land I swore to give their ancestors. None of those who
have treated me with contempt will enter it.

Wayne Warner Dream - Go Weep For David
2/10/99
My husband, Wayne, was given the following prophetic dream about David in the Old Testament. While pondering the dream, I realized that God was not speaking about the lost who will come in during the great harvest — He is speaking to David — the king, the leader, the prophet, the intercessor, the worship leader, the anointed one, the warrior! God is weeping over His chosen ones who are entangled in carnal entertainment.
WAYNE'S DREAM:
I was in a palace that looked like a palace in Napoleon’s day. There was a
great sadness throughout the whole palace. I am standing before some kind of a
booth and there was an angel who was working a video game controller really
fast. Many other angels were standing around him and they all had on long white
robes. When the angel was done, he handed it to the angel who was in control of
that station. That angel said, "You have 200. David at his very best only
got 15." They were speaking of David of the Old Testament. The angel
started to hand me the controller and he said, "No, I just can’t do that,
it belongs to David." He had been David’s teacher and he walked off crying
for David.
Another angel came by and said, "Jesse is coming home." At that moment I knew in my spirit that David had been wounded in battle by a sword. I walked out on the portico and I could see a big long fountain in the courtyard. The whole palace belonged to David and it was filled with many angels, all dressed in long white robes. All these angels were dedicated to David’s service. I could see that God had done all this for David while he was a young man, and now he had left the palace and gone out into the world. The angels had been waiting for David a long time, and had nothing to do but wander around the palace. They were all extremely grieved and at the point of tears.
As I looked down the long courtyard, I saw a jeep driving into the palace grounds. Two children angels were with the jeep. One was driving and the other was laying on top of the hood. David was in the passenger side. As I watched David coming down the driveway to the palace, I knew David had been living with the Romans and partaking of the debauchery of their world.
The jeep stopped where all the angels were standing. David got out and climbed on top of the short wall surrounding the fountain. Dressed in a fool’s outfit like the court jester, he began to talk about all the wine and the women and the song and joys of living in the debauchery. I could see a wistfulness in his demeanor and eyes — that he still wanted to live that life. When he finished talking about his longings of the world, he said, "A sword has brought me home."
I looked at his body and he wasn’t wounded in a physical sense. David, with great submission and even compassion, said, "The sword of the Spirit." At that moment, all the angels in the courtyard raised their hands in unison to the Lord in heaven and began worshipping God. I did the same thing and could not see anything because I was sobbing so much.
