The Dispersion Of The Jews

There may be further revelation of Judges, chapter 19, but the picture it presents of the Jews, and of Yeshua is amazing. When talking of the events that took place, the final verse also reads;

Jdg 19:30 And it was so, that all that saw it said, There was no such deed done nor seen from the day that the children of Israel came up out of the land of Egypt unto this day: consider of it, take advice, and speak your minds.

In the literal interpretation it is a gruesome story. Though there is some benefit in knowing the depths of human depravation, it is hardly a situation that most of us would dare to repeat. We are however to consider it, take advice of it and speak of it. If you check the original Hebrew, the instructions even seem stronger. The reason, is because when the true spiritual meaning is brought forth, it shows a shocking picture of what Jesus did for the nation of Israel.

Jdg 19:1 And it came to pass in those days, when there was no king in Israel, that there was a certain Levite sojourning on the side of mount Ephraim, who took to him a concubine out of Bethlehemjudah.

If you have studied early rain revelation you realize that Jesus or God’s redemptive plan is portrayed in one way or another in every story. The key is to look for him there, and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal Him to you. At first it sometimes doesn’t seem obvious, but after you have studied especially the patriarchs, you will see it yourself.

In this story, the Levite is Yeshua. A sojourner is one who is passing through, one that has “turned aside, for a purpose”. Ephraim means doubly fruitful. Yeshua is the one who is doubly fruitful, being also represented by Jacob with his two wives, Rachel - representing the Gentiles, and Leah -representing the Jews. Yeshua has always existed. He is the essence or birthing out of the Father. Bethlehemjudah is the house of bread and worship. A concubine is one who has union with, but has not come into full marriage. God, being represented by Yeshua is the Levite that took him a concubine out of Bethlehemjudah.

Jdg 19:2 And his concubine played the whore against him, and went away from him unto her father's house to Bethlehemjudah, and was there four whole months.

Israel turn her back on her husband and went after many lovers. The four months possibly referring to the four thousand years before Yeshua came. Israel was still under the protection of the Torah. Her father was still trying to look after her, she was still under that protection, but when time for marriage (Mt Sinai) came she refused.

Jdg 19:3 And her husband arose, and went after her, to speak friendly unto her, and to bring her again, having his servant with him, and a couple of asses: and she brought him into her father's house: and when the father of the damsel saw him, he rejoiced to meet him.

The words “to speak friendly” actually mean, “to show His love”. Yeshua went to her to show his love to her. He arose ---he “came on the scene”, and by doing so, “fulfilled” the Torah (both words being in the definition). In this parable (yes it truly happened, but yes, it is also a parable) the father of course is God, rejoicing that the bridegroom is able to bring into marriage. Jesus taught in parables to show us that the whole Bible is written in parables. It is how the Bride makes herself ready. It is the former and latter rain, it is Yeshua coming in the rain. When the hidden Torah is revealed, you see that Yeshua is the hidden Torah. The bridegroom is revealed, and when we see him revealed, our spiritual eyes are opened to become like him.

The bridegroom’s servant was with him. The servant is the Holy Spirit. He is portrayed many times as the servant in Scripture. The asses/donkeys, represent the prophets. (For one example, Issachar is represented in Gen. 49: 14 as a “strong ass” and then again in 1 Chr. 12:32 as having “understanding of the times”). The two asses possibly refer to Moses and Elijah. Moses prophesied regarding Yeshua throughout the Torah, and the mantle or spirit of Elijah rested upon John the Forerunner.

Jdg 19:4 And his father in law, the damsel's father, retained him; and he abode with him three days: so they did eat and drink, and lodged there.

Eating and drinking speak of having communion with the Father. This is spiritual communion. It is eating and drinking the Word. It is Spirit (the Holy Spirit) and Truth (the Word). It is the revelation of the Scriptures as revealed by the Holy Spirit. Yeshua is the one who not only had spiritual eyes to see and ears to hear, but also took that understanding that he received and ran with it. He did what we have to do, die to our carnal understanding, and allow Yeshua to be formed in us. He was the only one who could open the seal - the seal over our heart. He was the second Adam. The second son of God, that came to make a correction in the DNA chain which was corrupted. He opens the seal in us (the first Adam) and implants the new DNA every time you spiritually open up a revelation of the latter rain. Every time you get eyes to see and ears to hear the revelation, the Holy Spirit has opened up your spiritual understanding and implanted more of Yeshua into you. First you will see Him through the Word, but THEN when you are filled to the brim he will wave his hand a second time. It’s the second touch of the blind man, no longer does he see “men as trees walking or symbolic as trees”, but THEN, face to face.

Jdg 19:5 And it came to pass on the fourth day, when they arose early in the morning, that he rose up to depart: and the damsel's father said unto his son in law, Comfort thine heart with a morsel of bread, and afterward go your way.

Yeshua started his ministry at the age of 30. Zero are usually considered insignificant in symbolic meanings. In other words, the three days could be referring to the 30 years of preparation before he started his ministry. In this story there appears to be two or possibly two and a half more days. Michael Rood has a teaching on the ministry of Yeshua being less than three years. Whether this is the meaning, I am not sure.

Of interest, however, is the word “morsel”, which has a root meaning “to open or to break”. In Ancient Hebrew it means “hole, or perforate”. It is actually the opening of the seal caused by the Bread of the Word. If you read my article: Pentecost Waving The Firstfruits, you can get a better understanding of these “holes”.

Jdg 19:6 And they sat down, and did eat and drink both of them together: for the damsel's father had said unto the man, Be content, I pray thee, and tarry all night, and let thine heart be merry.

Jdg 19:7 And when the man rose up to depart, his father in law urged him: therefore he lodged there again.

Jdg 19:8 And he arose early in the morning on the fifth day to depart: and the damsel's father said, Comfort thine heart, I pray thee. And they tarried until afternoon, and they did eat both of them.

Jdg 19:9 And when the man rose up to depart, he, and his concubine, and his servant, his father in law, the damsel's father, said unto him, Behold, now the day draweth toward evening, I pray you tarry all night: behold, the day groweth to an end, lodge here, that thine heart may be merry; and to morrow get you early on your way, that thou mayest go home.

Jdg 19:10 But the man would not tarry that night, but he rose up and departed, and came over against Jebus, which is Jerusalem; and there were with him two asses saddled, his concubine also was with him.

Yeshua knew he had a job to do and was anxious to get it done. The whole time though he had communion with the Father. He knew he had to return to Jerusalem. Latter rain revelation usually recognizes that we are Jerusalem, and it is our carnal nature or beast within us that crucifies him, but that is not where we are going this time. In verse 10 we see that Israelites and Jebusites were living in or near Jerusalem. Yeshua doesn’t go to the Jebusite or Gentiles, he “goes to his own, and his own received him not”. He goes to the Jewish people. He also has two asses saddled - the prophetic word has already gone forth - it is ready for him to ride. He had already gotten the revelation. The sod revelation had been revealed to him through his communion with the Father, now all he had to do was to ride it. It’s faith that acts on the revelation (grace) received.

Jdg 19:11 And when they were by Jebus, the day was far spent; and the servant said unto his master, Come, I pray thee, and let us turn in into this city of the Jebusites, and lodge in it.

Jdg 19:12 And his master said unto him, We will not turn aside hither into the city of a stranger, that is not of the children of Israel; we will pass over to Gibeah.

Jdg 19:13 And he said unto his servant, Come, and let us draw near to one of these places to lodge all night, in Gibeah, or in Ramah.

Jdg 19:14 And they passed on and went their way; and the sun went down upon them when they were by Gibeah, which belongeth to Benjamin.

Benjamin speaks of “the son of my right hand”. Benjamin is the tribe which is supposed to represent the Bride. Joseph, his older brother, is one of the most complete symbolic representations of Yeshua in scripture. Often the Gentile Church has represented Jesus as “the older brother”. The menorah, representing the seven churches in Revelations, is in Yeshua's right hand. In this case though, they are Jews, and possibly even represent the Gentile Christians, who are supposed to be the bride, but are coming against Yeshua.

Jdg 19:15 And they turned aside thither, to go in and to lodge in Gibeah: and when he went in, he sat him down in a street of the city: for there was no man that took them into his house to lodging.

This is actually following Yeshua on his trip to the cross. He is the apostolic ox which has been plowing the ground in people’s hearts, trying to get his “concubine” or the people he loves to yoke with him through the Word. Cities speak of people groups. He went in and sat in a street. In Hebrew, “street” refers to a broad place. Jesus went to those who were lost, those in the “broad” way, not those in the “narrow” way. He went to the masses, but no one would take him in.

Jdg 19:16 And, behold, there came an old man from his work out of the field at even, which was also of mount Ephraim; and he sojourned in Gibeah: but the men of the place were Benjamites.

The “old man” is again talking of God the Father. He is the Ancient of Days that does not desert his son. When all turn against him, he still takes him in. Some have been known to say that the Father rejected Jesus on the cross because of our sin. If you read it carefully though, you see that spiritually Yeshua was with his Father.

Luke 23:46 And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.

Returning to our story:

Jdg 19:17 And when he had lifted up his eyes, he saw a wayfaring man in the street of the city: and the old man said, Whither goest thou? and whence comest thou?

Jdg 19:18 And he said unto him, We are passing from Bethlehemjudah toward the side of mount Ephraim; from thence am I: and I went to Bethlehemjudah, but I am now going to the house of the LORD; and there is no man that receiveth me to house.

Jdg 19:19 Yet there is both straw and provender for our asses; and there is bread and wine also for me, and for thy handmaid, and for the young man which is with thy servants: there is no want of any thing.

Jdg 19:20 And the old man said, Peace be with thee; howsoever let all thy wants lie upon me; only lodge not in the street.

Jdg 19:21 So he brought him into his house, and gave provender unto the asses: and they washed their feet, and did eat and drink.

Yeshua gathered up straw and provender (fodder), he took the chaff and mixture and gave them over to the Father. He also produced the bread and wine, the communion, by his life. He took the water of revelation from the roots of the Torah, grew the tree of his life, which produced the fruit which was squeezed into wine. He was the fulfillment of the Word, the bread of life. He also became the Tree of Life. God the Father took what he gave and changed the provender or food for the prophets into the oil of anointing. (Look up the word “provender”. In one instance it means “chaff”, and “stubble”, in the other it means “oil”). The Donkeys, or asses, are the prophets. God the father washed all the carnality off of their walks, and then they ate and drank of the Spirit and Truth.

Jdg 19:22 Now as they were making their hearts merry, behold, the men of the city, certain sons of Belial, beset the house round about, and beat at the door, and spake to the master of the house, the old man, saying, Bring forth the man that came into thine house, that we may know him.

This shows their rejection of Yeshua. They wanted to take him, abuse him and force their doctrine upon him. When they did not receive him, they wanted to kill him. It is a picture of those who should be the bride coming against Him.

Jdg 19:23 And the man, the master of the house, went out unto them, and said unto them, Nay, my brethren, nay, I pray you, do not so wickedly; seeing that this man is come into mine house, do not this folly.

Jdg 19:24 Behold, here is my daughter a maiden, and his concubine; them I will bring out now, and humble ye them, and do with them what seemeth good unto you: but unto this man do not so vile a thing.

This part of the story can get confusing to those who are not real familiar with symbolisms. One thing that needs to be understood is that the woman, or female in scripture is representing the soulish nature when not in union with the male (the spiritual), and when in union, it represents the bride or that which births out what is in the male. When in union it also represents the prophetic nature, which also births out. The body or natural, is also represented by the female, and the spiritual person is represented by the male. All of us have a soul and spirit, or a male and female. With this in mind, lets continue:

This “natural body” of Yeshua is in this story represented by the virgin daughter of the “old man”. She is a virgin, because she is sinless. She is only mentioned once, and it seems strange, because she is never mentioned again. She is given over to the “sons of Belial”, or better said, the “son’s of Satan” to use and abuse and eventually kill. This story is not however for the purpose of centering on the crucifixion, but instead on the role of the Jewish people, and the love of God towards the Jewish people. The Jewish people are represented by the concubine. There is a scripture in Psalms which says how they lusted and God gave them over to their desires. The concubine was given outside the house because she chose to be outside the house. She chose to be with the men of Belial who came against Yeshua.

Jdg 19:25 But the men would not hearken to him: so the man took his concubine, and brought her forth unto them; and they knew her, and abused her all the night until the morning: and when the day began to spring, they let her go.

When Yeshua was abused and killed, Israel, who was to be his wife, whom he loved, was also spiritually killed and abused. Spiritual sleep is the same as spiritual death. It is a closing of the eyes. Israel has had the vail over her eyes.

She was the whore, who wouldn’t stay with him. When her leaders, represented by the “son’s of Belial”, abused him, they were also abusing her. When the morning came, and Yeshua had arisen, he saw her bruised, beaten, raped, and crawling back to him, but instead of her foot being on the threshold of the door, her dead hand could hardly grasp it. Yeshua is the door, no one comes to the father except through him. The door is also the “hidden Christ”. It’s not his natural body that died, it is his Spiritual body that rose again. The door is the veil, that is taken away when you get a revelation of Christ. The word “revelation” is “apo - kalupto”, or removal of the vail. When the vail over your eyes is torn away, you can enter into the Holy of Holies.

Jdg 19:26 Then came the woman in the dawning of the day, and fell down at the door of the man's house where her lord was, till it was light.

Jdg 19:27 And her lord rose up in the morning, and opened the doors of the house, and went out to go his way: and, behold, the woman his concubine was fallen down at the door of the house, and her hands were upon the threshold.

A new day dawned. Israel has been asleep, vailed, and spiritually dead. She has been abused. Yeshua arose and opened the doors to the house. The way is open for all to come in, now Jew and Gentile can come in, but the Jew has been dead at the threshold. She is down there where the snakes of false revelation still dwell. She is down there where natural understanding, and carnal reasoning still rule.

Jdg 19:28 And he said unto her, Up, and let us be going. But none answered. Then the man took her up upon an ass, and the man rose up, and gat him unto his place.

Jdg 19:29 And when he was come into his house, he took a knife, and laid hold on his concubine, and divided her, together with her bones, into twelve pieces, and sent her into all the coasts of Israel.

What happened to the Jew? She was abused, spiritually dead, cut into pieces and divided with her bones. Then after each holocaust, she was sent (with her bones - the only thing left, her natural strength) as twelve pieces - one for each tribe, one which should have been for apostolic rule throughout the world. Instead she was dispersed spiritually dead among the nations.

Jdg 19:30 And it was so, that all that saw it said, There was no such deed done nor seen from the day that the children of Israel came up out of the land of Egypt unto this day: consider of it, take advice, and speak your minds.

Luk 13:34 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not!

Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

Son of man, can these bones live?

Eze 37:1 The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones, and caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry. And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest. Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.

Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live: and I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone. And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them.

Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live. So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army.

Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts.

Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel. And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves,

And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: (the Promised Land is your land being united with Him in the Holy of Holies - it is a return to the state of Adam, the restoration of all things, it is the garden of Eden before the fall) then shall ye know that I the LORD have spoken it, and performed it, saith the LORD.

Lord, Let me be one from the four winds that BREATHES…..
