His message represents the Trinity of transgressions we’ve committed against Him. Each represents the spirit which characterizes our America’s division of nations and cultures, races and cultures, and the man and the woman. Do not presume to know or perceive unless you’ve read the amazingly miraculous convergence of the Lord’s cycles and timings of the events/signs to open our hearts to The King’s ROAR. Remember that presumptive pride always precedes the fall.

The Lord spoke in parables to the world and the religious people of his day. But to his disciples, he spoke plainly so to interpret clearly the message of his parables. The Lord continues to operate the same today – He does not change. He has spoken plainly with The King’s ROAR, to all of His true sons who have ears to hear and eyes to see what the Spirit of the Lord is saying to His Church. His message to His people (new wineskins) is to warn His people (Traditionalists), to call them to repentance.

Decades of the Lord's Judgment’s on our land, and even current shakings have yet to yield the breakthrough needed. The Lord said then as He does now “Unless you repent, neither will you enter the Kingdom - speaking to the religious people and leaders of his day. How can The Church repent unless it knows what it is to repent for?

NOW IT IS WITHOUT EXCUSE! SELAH~

THE KING's R.O.A.R. is the Whisper of the Lord which came from Ground Zero of The Tabernacle of David at the altar God permitted to be reestablished with the entry of a plane into the Pentagon. The Revelation of All Revelations (posted as The Lord would have it on 2009 11 on etpv.org) for our time, our generation, our nation, and the nations of the Earth which began with God's message when those 33 pieces of silver fell that day at VA TECH exactly 400 years from our arrival in Jamestown, VA in 1607, and 40 years from 1967 "Summer of Love" as we entered the Wilderness (The Call of All Calls posted Oct 08, etpv.org). http://www.etpv.org/2008/tcallall.html

So then let The Lord's Message "The King's ROAR" be released with theCall2Fall (God TV), go global with The Call internationally, and crescendo with The Call Sacramento (God TV) to move an unrepentant church to it's pride-filled knees and usher in his kingdom convergent bride, filled with the 9 Fruits of the Spirit, all 5 fold ministry, and the Tabernacle of David worshiping ACTS 2 model - the only one He left, the only one that can get it done; the only one that can truly respond to Him, hear His Voice and come out of the Bridle-chambers of the Church Walls of the seven Churches along His side in the fields of the seven mountains of the marketplace, on all seven continents that are white unto harvest!

* The Spirit of Lawlessness which possesses so much our land and leaders from the Top down is a fulfilled prophetic warning for us to open our eyes to the Truth that this nation was steeped in Lawlessness at it's inception; just as the Lord had to reveal through His Prophets so many times to His wayward people who had forgotten the real truth of their Fathers (the good and the evil). You know, the ones who set up monuments to memorialize their Father’s, the prophets whom they said they would not have stoned had they lived in that day, but the Lord told them that thereby they testify against themselves that they were just like them – and then they proved Him by crucifying the Son. The message of our Lawlessness is the Lord’s merciful revelation that His Deliverance is not due to our righteousness, but to uphold His own name. The KING's ROAR and "The Seed of a Nation" Darryll Fields - the true story of this nation as we remember it rightly dividing the good and the evil. The truth brings repentance and deliverance to set His people free (Revival), and in turn our people free (Awakening and Transformation). This is the blood and the testimony by which we will overcome!

We have the ministry of reconciliation. Out of a spirit of repentance we gain humility and meekness. The Spirit of Christ to possess His/our loved ones. To reclaim the nations, cultures, races, the unity of man and woman in holy marriage, producing Godly children and families – our inheritance. He has brought to us together here in America. Open your eyes my true sons, your inheritance, just as I promised the Jews, so the Gentiles – making the two one, Yes Zion! The best thing America can do for the military is to engage and WIN The Spiritual War on the Home Front (popularly know as the cultural war)! RETURN TO YOUR FIRST LOVE - FAST & PRAY – NOT FOR REVIVAL (WHICH IS A BY-PRODUCT OF OUR RETURN TO HIM), BUT IN REPENTANCE FOR HOW WE LEFT HIM AND HIS WAYS!

#1 We repent as a nation and people for our corporate trinity of transgressions against you Lord. Move our people’s hearts to Godly sorrow and true repentance which always results in acts of restitution and restoration. We declare and release the King’s R.O.A.R (Revelation of All Revelations) to the nation and the nations. We thank you that with you Lord it begins with a whisper from the altar and chapel (reinstituted in the Pentagon on 9/11), and released and posted at the etpv.org website on 2009 11, to be release we pray on 5 July during the Call2Fall, on 31 July at the 20^th Anniversary Promise Keeper Assembly, and 2010 at The Call Sacramento to the nation and nations via God TV.

Note. The prophesied October Surprise (Dutch Sheets on 16 Aug 08 at The Call USA). Also The prophesied Thanksgiving of All Thanksgivings (Kim Clement 2 Nov 08. The 14 page version was completed Thanksgiving Sunday 2008 (“14 Generations” by Diane Wigstone).

#2 We seek to move up from the Faith and Anointing realms, which provide access and gifts, to live in the Glory realm, which sustains the Arc of His Presence – Habitation. By spending less time doing, and more time in His REST delighting and enjoying Him, and seeing what the Father is doing as His manifestations are released for us to declare. These declarations are NOW – and all creation - space, time and matter must submit to them. We desire to not merely pursue His Glory, but to carry His Glory. This is His Battle and He wants to give the enemy into our hands – it's His Good Pleasure to give us the Kingdom. We are no longer camped out at the cross, but have pressed thru the veil of His flesh, filled with divine blood, and reside in the Kingdom, descending only to declare what the Father is doing as His Ambassadors - He will enforce every word. Read Dr R. G. McCleon's “Eternity Invades Time”; one who has walked it with the fruit to show for it.

#3 WE PRAISE YOU LORD for how you are moving across the earth. The Prince of Persia, of Babylon, who has extended his hold to our leadership in America, is loosing His hold over Persia/Iran, Iraq and the entire Middle East as your revival is sweeping the nations. Things are even coming to a point for the North Koreans. Your spirit of freedom is arising through out the cry of your people across the earth. We thank you for the exceedingly great privilege to be your instruments of mercy, compassion, justice and freedom to so many. The enemy’s hold is about to implode as your Glory arises in your people. God TV alone is captivating 214+ nations and 437 million viewers. The earth is about to explode in your Harvest! You are going to astound us all, as you do things that have never been done before. We love Lord, and Father.

#4 WE will set our face to seek you Lord for how we have left our first love. To demonstrate true repentance for our lack of love and passion for you, with steely resolve we will show the Spirit of Jezebel (a spirit of sensual seduction of pleasure and good, stealing our time and affections away from that which is best) what no mercy looks like, by cutting her off like Jehu (ZERO Tolerance) in our individual and corporate lives thru repentance, fasting, prayer, and giving our lives back to you as living sacrifices thru a holy unity, obedience, intimacy, and expectancy.

#5 WE declare and decree WAR on the Spirit of Jezebel, and INVOKE YOUR PSALM 91 – GOD’S SHIELD OF PROTECTION * over our leaders, rulers, judges, military and families, our people and nation; while we advance the Kingdom of God and of His Christ, with relentless pursuit of the enemy (the enemy is not flesh and blood, but the spirit’s that own them). The best defense is a good offense. By Bombarding the Heavens DAILY through-out the 8 Watches, especially key night watches (See National Prayer Alliance Watch Guide – provides clear scriptural strategy focus to align with God's cycles and timings throughout the day). * Also see EPIC below.

#6 WE seek divine strategies and plans from the heavenlies to win the Air, Sea and Ground War (See note below) * and the Leadership War for prosecution of the war to out-maneuver the enemy’s strategies, and to win the media war in the hearts and minds of our people even as we seek to win the Air Waves back to a media of integrity. Expose, frustrate, cause the enemies plans to backfire as they did in Iraq. We Praise God for the successes such as the troop support to Afghanistan and Israel's election and forming a coalition. We thank God for the Strategies and Houses of Worship and Freedom Road Houses of Prayer declared along the South Gate (CA thru TX) by the gathering of the American and Mexican Church.

#7 WE praise and thank God that He has permitted and appointed what is needed for the deliverance of the candidate team both in the US and Israel – which He will work for good.

That God releases wisdom, strategies, and plans which support His purposes for our nation, people and the nations. We cast down counsel that is not of God, and bring exposure and frustration to any decisions which are not in alignment with His Will. We declare clarity in the hearts and minds of our people, even as our people become galvanized to return to the Lord, and with His leading move heaven and earth for the sake of our nation and world.

#8 WE put on the armor of God, cloth ourselves in the blood of the lamb, and arm ourselves to the teeth with the sword of the spirit which is the Word of God – As we ingest the Lord, we become the Word! And the Word that goes forth from our mouths are the very Words of God Himself (Pet 4:11). They are spirit and they are life. Therefore we will recreate the world by coming into alignment and agreement with the way God sees, commanded it, and has never withdrawn that command. Therefore we will retake dominion over the creation. Dominion means to dominate – we do so by dwelling and sojourning the land and the nations together in unity Ps 133 and meekness, and yet with great confidence and boldness in love (not arrogance or brashness), but by My Spirit says the Lord.

#9 WE praise God for his movement on Islam, for the outbreak of Spiritual Awakening in Iran and Iraq. For the Kurds exalting Christ from the top levels of leadership. And for men like Father Zakaria Botros, and for his protection and for so many of the persecuted/martyred church risking all to save the descendants of Hagar and Ishmael. (Note. Al Qaeda has put a $60 mil bounty on this Arab-America evangelist’s head due to how effective his radio program is at opening the eyes of Islamic’s to all the scriptures, bringing a minimum estimated 1,000 per month to Christ).

#10 WE praise God for our President, his administration, and Congress's steadfast resolve and principled support in the prosecution and support of the war. WE pray that the heart of our leaders are turned (2010 – 10 is the number for Government) So let us agree that the hearts of our nation’s leadership is being transformed and God’s order for government and a spirit of unity is being established in the season of 9, and will prevail in 10); on the right and the left. Joshua 5:13:14

*NOTE. This has to do with both our Strategic, Operational and Tactical Air, Sea and Ground Operations and the Air Waves. Strategies and plans which anticipate, pre-empt and circumnavigate the enemy's (i.e. the one thing the enemy can’t deal with is our Air power. So they have adjusted their tactics to use our strengths against us. The tragic bombing of civilians in the Afghanistan War is exactly the kind of efforts they would like to foment more of, in order to bring restraint or shut off our use of our Air capabilities).
