Some amazing things are taking place around the nations. We were just in Korea and saw outbreaks of joy, healings and some heavy glory moving over the people. When I see the freedom and joy God is releasing, I feel passionate about continuing in the liberty we have obtained. There is no going back only deeper and higher in the glory. Religion cannot and never will intoxicate you only what Jesus has done for us.

I was in a meeting this week where the old dog of religion was preached and a heavy yoke laid on the neck's of the people. It was not the grace revival but a message of heavy sin repentance and how if we all deal with our stuff God will come. History shows this is an incorrect message and that revival has always come on undeserving people and God has always used pretty messed up people. Faith overcomes effort! God took the UK in the past through raw apostolic power!

Bill Johnson's recent blogs have spoken a lot about Lakeland and the controversy that came. He said a lot came from the fact that people have not understood this is a GRACE revival and a JOY revival and we are not in the old testament anymore. Bill and the team are taking their city through love, acts of power, joy and glory. It doesn't take a genius to point out sin. We have all sinned and fallen short. But the gospel is that He made us completely righteous in His sight and now sin does not master us but Jesus. It's a great liberating message and we honour it. Joy and happiness is the natural response to this reality.

Religion has enslaved the UK for too long and it's time to arise and shine! The season has changed and we cannot go back to dead man's bones of religion! Where there Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty, love, joy and peace! His yoke is EASY and LIGHT and He is pouring outrageous grace on a broken land! 

Wild Fire Revolution - Justin Abraham

Jesus began the wild fire revolution. He broke the religious rules. He freaked people out by what He said and did. He walked in power and the supernatural. He healed the sick, He touched the lepers, raised the dead. He was unpredictable and uncontainable! The religious establishment couldn't control Him. He touched unclean people, he worked miracles on the Sabbath, He trashed the economy of the temple throwing over the tables. His disciples were just as bad - they didn't fast, didn't wash their hands, they picked corn on the Sabbath and hung out with the worst types of people. They were weird. Everything about Jesus challenged the church of its time. They killed Him because they hated His liberty. They hated the wild fire. But death couldn't pin Him down. This wild fire flame couldn't be stopped at grave. Religion couldn't keep it down. The wild fire couldn't be stopped.

When the fire fell again at Pentecost it spilled out a drunken group of crazies that eventually moved through the known world changing nations forever. Every time religion would try and kill it, it would spread out and another fire would burn elsewhere. The Roman empire tried to control it and eventually took on Christianity and boxed it up in temples killing the life of the church. But the fire escaped and went into the dessert caves in Egypt and Yemen where strange men talked with angels and walked in the council of heaven. The fire spread into Europe and the Celtic nations through Cuthbert, Columba, Kieran and the like ignited a revolution. For a time it was normal to see signs and wonders. It was normal for angels to walk the land. It was normal to raise the dead.

Eventually Rome spread its influence again and the empire spirit swallowed up the Celtic flame. But God continued to roar out of heaven freedom, and again and again the flame was picked up and broke loose through individuals. The great men and woman of the faith shook nations through raw apostolic power and through carrying the Spirit of God to such an extent that the glory saturated communities. People like Maria Woodworth-Etter went into cities and the powers of darkness crumbled and people fell like grass in the wind. People like Evan Roberts who saw God face to face in his bedroom and within months Wales and the world was ravaged by heaven's kiss. These wild fire carriers walked in the power of the age to come not human effort, not religious arguments, with a message of outrageous grace and the bleeding love of the cross. Birthing songs such as "Here is love vast as the ocean, loving-kindness as the flood" - the song was one of redemption of unmerited love on a broken world - the true gospel!

The wild fire is a battle between religion and freedom, death and life, self effort and grace, old and the new. It is the battle that Jesus won on the cross. It is a battle right now for the heart of these Islands. Will we as a church continue in a pity-party, worm like mindset, belly gazing and lamenting? Or will we embrace the glorious liberty and freedom of the sons of God. Will we work harder and harder or stop our puny efforts and walk in the easy and light yoke of Jesus. In the glory of His presence there is such ease - it seems to good to be true. Will we try in our efforts to take the nation, or enter into rest and watch God work as the Great King of Breakthrough.

See at Emerge we've made our decision. For us the joy is not just a thing we experience for a moment before getting back to the fight and hard work. The joy is a lifestyle. It is the free gift for those who know they are loved by Daddy and have been given everything heaven has to offer. It is the joy of those who are permanently united together with Him. It is the bliss of the upright. This bliss is a gift and it is eternal. At His right hand are pleasures forever more and this is the mystery we can drink of this pleasure now. The gospel really does seem too good to be true! The joy is our strength and the fruit of being one with Him. He is overflowing 24/7 with joy, excitement, love and pleasure!

For those of you who struggle with this and think we should be all groveling and lamenting and calling down fire and brimstone - you have to realise this is a grace revival. It is a new covenant reality invading our realm. It is the glorious gospel that He made us righteous. He did it as a gift. He united us in His death and we no longer live but Christ lives in us. We really are a new creation TOTALLY accepted by God NOW and FOREVER. A supernatural reality. Citizens of heaven. We are in Him and He is in us. It is a great mystery and a great joy. This is revival with a smile!

For too long we have felt we have to deal with sin, we have to do this, we have to do that. But the truth is our efforts can accomplish nothing. Even Jesus Himself said so. This is the hour to cease from our labours, enter into rest and see what God can do. We are seeing miracles, salvations and amazing things on a continual basis. But I can tell you now it's not because we have found some method or strategy or because we are more holy than anyone else - it's because of the glory and the joy of Jesus resting on us. We get around people and stuff happens. Just the other day Dave was laughing and a guy who heard him laugh got healed of spine problems and chronic fatigue and was laughing himself. He got hit by the joy. Recently we went out for a coffee with some guys and goofed around on the streets. Three people were saved, one baptized in the Spirit, others crying. One man with cancer wouldn't let go of my hand as the love of God overwhelmed Him. Do you want that to be normal for you? Then embrace the Day. Run with this season - not the old one. We are seeing God move and it will only increase. This is not a time to be sad but to get absolutely full as an egg of the glory, madly in love with Jesus, enjoying every minute of every day in the bliss of our salvation.

Cardiff and cities all around the UK will be one in moments through mighty acts of power. Mark my words God is pouring out the power of the age to come and it is going to intensify. God promised me that thousands would gather in this City. He is going to use people who are imperfect that He will get the glory. The apostles and the early church took nations not because they had a prayer strategy, or pulled down the demonic realms in the heavens, but because they were clothed in the glory and performed great signs and wonders.

Acts 8:5 Philip went down to a city in Samaria and proclaimed the Christ there. When the crowds heard Philip and saw the miraculous signs he did, they all paid close attention to what he said. With shrieks, evil spirits came out of many, and many paralytics and cripples were healed. So there was great joy in that city.

Did you read that! When the crowds saw the signs they listened, many were healed and there was GREAT JOY in that City!!! YEAH God!

This is where this is going. OUR EFFORTS will NEVER win cities. God is coming in apostolic power, signs and wonders and He will be famous again. Guys like Bill Johnson, Heidi Baker, David Hogan and many more are seeing this happen today on a growing scale. In history guys like Francis Xavier led 700,000 to the Lord in India and Japan through the power of God alone worked in faith and love - dead raising fun here we come! Faith overcomes effort. The heroes of the faith are all listed because although they messed up  (they were all imperfect and sometimes blew it) by FAITH they overcame! Faith is greater than works! Faith is the substance of heaven and pulls heaven into our situation. Faith is violent and shatters the kingdoms of darkness. Nations are going to be shaken in these days by FAITH. Without faith we cannot please God! Praise God faith is a gift and if we ask for it He will abundantly supply!

So our encouragement to you is to embrace the free gift of joy and bliss of knowing God everyday. Surrender to His presence and remain there. Stay in the glory all your days enjoying every minute of this ecstasy of partaking in His Divine nature. Let God do the rest. We really can have our cake and eat it! Even our afflictions & persecutions are a delight and work for us. Paul said he delighted in his persecutions. I never thought doing ministry and traveling could be so much fun. Like Graham Cooke says we are condemned to victory! The miracles and wonders are amazing to us - we just watch God work. This is the mystery - He is using our bodies!! Yeah! This is just too good! Like the writer said of brother Lawrence the man who practiced God's presence for 40 years...

"But rather than punishing him (for being clumsy) God gave him nothing but wholehearted satisfaction. Often he would tell the Lord endearingly that he felt deceived because his walk had thus far been so pleasant not filled with punishment as he anticipated....His life was filled with freedom and rejoicing..."

And this is how we feel. This gospel truly is GOOD NEWS!! Total love and acceptance by God by GRACE! So drink deep of Lovers! Get totally whacked and blissed on Him. He is the drink and pleasure that will change your life forever!
