God Is Supernatural

OUR GOD IS A SUPERNATURAL GOD!
Isn't it wonderful that God never intended for His children to be bored! In Acts chapter 2 the Bible states, "I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below" verse 10. Yet, we are not always as attuned to the supernatural realm as the Lord would like us to be. God wants us to live in the glory realm, experiencing His supernatural presence, love and power every moment of every day. Jesus prayed in John 17, "Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world." (verse 24). Jesus clearly states His deep desire for each one of us to experience the glory realm!
I recall the first time the Lord opened my spiritual eyes to see His glory. I was preaching in a meeting in Vermont and had prophesied and prayed for the glory of God to fall in our midst. The atmosphere of heaven invaded our small gathering and I was keenly aware of the manifest presence of Jesus. However, I was unable to see the glory cloud. One of the men in the congregation came to me and quietly asked, "Can you see the glory? Can you see the holy fire that is burning on the altar now that you have preached? I knew the glory of God was all around but I told the man I couldn't see it, but oh how my heart longed to! The dear brother then replied, "Would you like me to pray for you?" With every part of me I responded 'yes' and suddenly my eyes were opened and I could see golden glory droplets all over the room. I fell out in the power of the Spirit and marvelled at the glowing, glistening, Living light of Christ all around me. It is an experience I have never forgotten. I pray right now in the mighty and beautiful name of Yeshua, that your spiritual eyes of understanding would be enlightened and you would come to know and see the Lord in all His glory.
This morning as I awakened I began to recall an interesting dream I had received through the night; I immediately noted a little mark on the inside of the palm of my left hand. It was not much to notice - just a small red mark that had not been there when I fell asleep. At the same time I had a keen sense that the mark on my hand was a sign from the Lord. After wakening I prayed through my dream and was led to the passage from Exodus regarding the Passover and the consecration of the first born sons of Israel to the Lord. God had been speaking to me about the consecration of my first born son through the dream and the Lord wanted to bring peace to my heart and confirm that His hand was indeed firmly and faithfully upon my son's life. You can imagine how thrilled I was when I read these words, "This observance will be for you like a sign on your hand and a reminder on your forehead that the law of the Lord is to be on your lips. For the Lord brought you out of Egypt with his mighty hand. " Genesis 13:9
Recently I attended a leaders meeting in Stirling, in the central belt of Scotland. It takes approximately 2 hours tto get there taking account of traffic. Towards the end of the morning session I felt a strong prophetic message well up within me but we had run out of time and I was invited to share in the afternoon. That all sounds very straightforward except for one small, but significant detail - I needed to leave Stirling no later than 1.30 p.m. to be back home in time to pick up our youngest son Samuel from school. By the time I had shared the word from the Lord, the clock was ticking away far faster than I was comfortable with! I rushed to my car with my chest burning with pain from running so fast. I jumped in and drove off registering the time as 2.10 p.m. I had 55 minutes to traverse the country and arrive back in our home town. It was a physical impossibility and I knew it. I prayed a simple prayer of faith - Father, you are Eternal and time is in your hands; I have invested time to bring you glory, now I ask you my Father for a miracle - that you take me to my son in time for the school bell. I had no 'plan B',
no back-up and if God didn't help me I was in big trouble. Guess what? I was parked at the school with five minutes to spare! I have no clue how God got me across the country so quickly, I only know that He did because He is the King of Glory!
HIS GLORY
I want to encourage you to exercise faith for God's glory to manifest in every area of your lives. I hope by sharing these simple yet precious testimonies with you that you have been encouraged to press in to more of Jesus. The following is an extract from 'the Glory' revelation in Vermont that I spoke of previously. Whilst some of you may have read this before, I trust it will cause the atmosphere of heaven to invade your heart, your home, your workplace and family as you receive a fresh impartation of God's glory.
You are loved!

EXCERPT
God is healing his bride. God says, “I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and overcome all the power of the enemy and not be hurt”. It’s time for the bride of Christ to be broken and then bold in the glory, hidden in the glory.
The glory is a shelter and the glory is a shade, and the glory is a refuge and the glory is our portion and the glory is our peace and the glory is our hiding place.
The glory is our sustenance; the glory is our daily bread.
The glory is the Name of the Word of God because he dwells in the glory, he dwells in the glory.
The glory’s full of joy and the glory’s full of grace and the glory’s full of holiness because the glory is God and God is the glory.
It’s full of freedom. The glory is full of freedom and liberation.
The glory is emancipation – it’s the glory, the glory, the glory, the glory, the glory, the glory of God that calls us and keeps us and enables us and grows us and at times groans in us.
It’s the glory that sends us forth.
His presence is in the glory; he dwells in the glory.
He is awesome in the glory.
He is the King of Glory and the twenty four elders bow down and they throw their golden crowns oh and the winged creatures and the thousands of angels and the cloud of witnesses. Hallelujah! They say, “glory, glory, glory to God in the highest, glory to God in the highest, oh glory to God in the highest” and they never tire, because there is no tiredness in the glory. There’s no tiredness in the glory.
And there’s worship in the glory and there’s peace in the glory and there is prosperity in the glory.
There is purpose, there is passion, there are the perfect plans of God in the glory.
There is redemption in the glory. There is Saving in the glory and the Blood and the glory are inseparable and the Cross is in the glory and the glory is in the Cross. Hallelujah!
And the wind of God is in the glory. And the Lord is sending his wind in the nations, ‘Father, we will not resist your wind.’
“There is a shaking. There is a shaking in the nations. There is a shaking and awakening, an awakening - shaking that precedes the awakening” says the Lord. And the Lord says, “I am calling up that which is ancient and I am opening that which is new and there is a marriage between that which is ancient and that which is new. The mantle that was upon Jonathon Edwards, that was upon John Wesley, that was upon Charles Finney, the mantle that was upon Smith Wigglesworth, the mantle that was upon Kathryn Khulman the Lord says they are being released again in these days” Jesus, Jesus. The Lord says, “I am coming again with a visitation of power to fulfil that which has been prophesied and the river of glory shall flow; the river of glory shall flow from this place because you have surrendered to covenant and you have surrendered to circumcision” [of the heart] and the Lord says, “I am pouring out my glory blessing upon my covenant people because you are children of Abraham and I have called you to be children of blessing, blessing, blessing.” Hallelujah!
And the Lord says, “This place shall be a refuge and a shade and a shelter because herein I shall deposit my glory.” Oh hallelujah. In this moment Father, we receive the deposit of glory. Father, I pray for impartation upon every person gathered here of your glory, Father, of your glory.
Breathe upon your people Father. I ask Father that you would accompany the preaching and the prophesying of your word, oh God, that you would pour out signs and wonders from heaven Father God, signs and wonder from heaven. You say we would go forth and preach the Good news and signs and wonders would accompany Father.
Oh Father, we release the miraculous because the miraculous dwells in the glory. Jesus we receive it, we believe it. Father, we will be mountain movers!
And Father says, “I have seeded your hearts with faith, I have seeded your hearts with faith and I will fulfil my purposes in these days” says the Lord, “because I am awakening my church, I am awakening my church because my heart is breaking for the lost in the nations”, and the Lord says, “Call to me and I will answer. Call to me and I will answer. Call to me and I will answer and I will send you forth – from the smallest to the tallest, from the weakest to the strongest, the black, the white, the coloured, every colour under the sun, every nationality” the Lord says, “I will send, I will send, I will send my glory upon the face of the earth because I am not a man that I should lie” Hallelujah. Jesus, Jesus.
The Lord is turning up the heat, he is turning up the heat. Father, let the glory move, Father let it move, let it move, let it move, let it move, let it move, let it move, let it cover your people Father. Oh, Jesus, oh Jesus. It’s difficult to breath in the glory.
There is deliverance in the glory. Jesus ..
(reading from Scripture): “When they came to Jesus (we fall at your feet Lord) they found the man from whom the demons had gone out sitting with Jesus, dressed and in his right mind.” Oh glory, glory. But you know what? They were afraid. One of the greatest opponents to revival is fear, that and pride. Fear and pride, fear and pride, fear and pride. The Lord says, “I clothe my Bride with faith and humility.” Oh dig deep into God, dig deep into God right where you are.
God is opening up a portal of glory. A beautiful Gate. His name is Beautiful. His name is Beautiful. Peter and John were walking by the beggar, oh and he had an expectation, he expected to receive something and he wasn’t saved! They said, “money we have none, but oh, we give you the glory.” I am not quoting verbatim, but hey, they gave him the glory – in the name of Jesus Christ – get up and walk!
God is mobilising his people. We are an army.
We are an army baptised by fire.
We are an army baptised by blood.
We are an army baptised by glory, glory, glory.
I could just say that word all afternoon, but I’ll move on … Jesus, Jesus…

My dear family of Gatekeepers
It is my birthday today and I wanted to bless all of you with a little gift. Here is something I wrote whilst preparing to go to Uganda. I had been asking the Holy Spirit to help me introduce Jesus to those who might not yet know Him when He poured out these words; May they bless you and all who read them today. We thank you Jesus that we are privileged to know you this day and we ask you Lord, that millions more would come to know You as King of Glory.
You are loved.
Catherine
Do You Know Him?
His birth, death and resurrection were foretold centuries before he was born
He was born at a troubled time in history into a nation where his people were oppressed by a cruel dictator king
He was born into poverty, with no place to rest but a simple stable surrounded by animals and hay
He escaped death and survived an horrific genocide of 1000's of little baby boys in his land
He was visited by wise men and astrologers who bore gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh.
He was appointed and anointed to bring us life through his death.
He and his family were refugees on the run until the time of danger had passed
He was raised to worship God and to love Him and His word with all his heart
He was a child prodigy who astounded religious leaders with his authority and teaching
He worked hard for a living for all of his life, learning the trade of a carpenter
He was committed and He was caring.
He was labeled a renegade but he was a Man who was never a rebel.
He was the Cause and Cure. He is the King of all Kindness.
His family did not always understand him or where he had come from.
He confounded magicians because he was a worker of miracles
He turned water into wine at a wedding and the guests drank of an unending river.
He fed the many who gathered to hear his words
He always has bread for the hungry and manna for those in need of mercy
He attracts people to Him like a magnet to metal
He spent time with prostitutes, thieves and murderers
and He spoke to kings and rulers and those in authority.
And he loved them all unconditionally and without bias.
He walked on water and spoke peace to storms.
He cleanses the lepers and cares for the broken hearted.
He heals blind eyes and proclaims liberty to the captives.
He opens deaf ears and causes the mute to speak.
He causes the lame to walk and the sick to leap with joy.
He heals every disease and every sickness
and he delivers the demonised and rules over all creation.
He was despised and rejected.
He was smitten and afflicted.
He was crushed for our transgressions and the punishment that brought us peace was upon him.
He carried out sins and our sickness even though he was without sin.
He cut a new covenant of grace for all mankind through his blood sacrifice at Calvary
He confounded Satan and the hordes of hell when he defeated death on the cross.
He spent three days in the bowels of hell until he was resurrected and he conquered death for evermore.
He made a public spectacle of the powers and principalities and brought captives with him in his train.
He taught with wisdom and preached with eloquent mercy.
He speaks the language of love and love was his language.
He defended the adulteress and was attacked by mobs and death threats.
He hid until his appointed time and walked with dignity amidst brutality and bloodshed.
He was despised by religious leaders, hated by many, and rejected by his own people.
He is the King of Kings yet he came to earth as a servant king.
He was without sin or spot or blemish and yet he carried all our sin.
He humbled himself for baptism and death on the cross and he received His Father's favour and blessing.
He was temped in every way by the devil and He overcame evil in the desert
He was incorruptible in a world ruled by corruption, avarice and lies.
His love is unstoppable and his love is unquenchable
His grace is a free gift to all men and He is a gift from our Heavenly Father.
He is a man of prayer and a man of power.
He confronted politicians and tore down false doctrines and theology.
He railed against hypocrisy and modeled holiness.
He overturned the money tables of unjust traders and spoke passionately about His Father's house.
He was falsely accused and branded a heretic
He was chained like an animal and battered beyond belief.
He was spat upon and his beard was torn from his face.
He was ridiculed and reviled, yet he uttered not a word.
He was beaten and his flesh was whipped till it was torn apart yet he continued to walk in forgiveness towards his abusers
And said, "Father forgive them, for they know not what they do."
He was attacked and he was abhorrent to the masses.
He wore a crown of thorns that we might have a crown of glory.
His feet were pierced and He engraved us on the palms of His hands.
He was imprisoned and deserted by his family and friends.
He was accused of insanity and accused of being demonised.
He was lonely and isolated and separated from His Father on the cross.
He gives without seeking anything in return, and is righteous in all He thinks and says and does.
He is a defender of the fatherless and the widows
and receives all mankind who come to Him with earnest hearts.
He speaks with God and with angels and raises the dead to life.
He lived a pious life and a life of purity.
He is just and kind and good.
He is the patient Son of Man and Son of God.
He is before all things and in everything He has the supremacy.
He is the first and the last; the Alpha and the Omega.
He has ascended to the right hand of the Father and his Name is above all names.
He is the Prince of Peace and the King of Kings and the Government of God is on his shoulders.
He is Eternal Father and Mighty Counsellor. El Shaddai and El Rohei. He is Jireh and He is Jehovah Adonai.
He is near to the broken hearted and a smouldering reed He will not snuff out.
And He lives ever more to make intercession for the saints.
He is the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world and the King of Heaven and of Earth.
He is the King of Holiness and the King of glory.
He is the King of Grace and the King of Love.
He is the Key of David and the Rock of all Ages.
He is the Author of Creation and the firstborn from among the dead.
He is the Root and the Branch of Jesse and He is the great I Am.
He is the King of Truth and the High Priest of our faith.
He is our Redeemer Kinsman and by His blood sacrifice our sins are forgiven and we are washed whiter than snow.
He is the Healer and He is our Hope.
He is incomparable in His might and incomprehensible in His majesty.
He is the King of Humility and the Righteous Judge
and at the ends of the Age He will return in all His glory to judge the quick and the dead.
He holds the power of life and death in his hands and He lives forevermore.
He is ever merciful to the penitent sinner and cares intimately for His children
His mercies and His judgments are inescapable.
His rewards for the righteous are indescribable.
He is all powerful and He is all knowing.
He is ever present and there are no other gods like Him,
for all other gods of the nations are idols.
He is the seeker of diligence and the pursuer of excellence.
His love for all people from all cultures is unparalleled.
He is worthy of worship and is to be adored.
One day every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of the Father.
His supremacy is unquestionable and his authority is absolute.
His name is Yeshua for He is Saviour; and His name is Abba for He is our Father.
He is a warrior and yet He is a Prince of Peace.
In Him all things hold together.
He commands legions of angels and is concerned for the destitute and the downtrodden.
He is near to the broken hearted and sets the lonely in families.
He is compassionate and a Shepherd to the harassed and helpless.
His sheep know His voice and He is the way, the truth and the life.
He is the bread of heaven and the water of life.
He is the bright Morning Star and the One who placed the stars in the sky.
His is Breath and He is Life.
He is the Resurrection and the Life and He is the Light of Life.
He is Counsellor and He is advocate. He is Comforter and He is not ashamed to call us brother and friend.
He is King of the Jews and a friend to sinners.
He will bring justice to all at the ends of the age and repay each according to how they have lived either in wickedness or in righteousness.
He forgives us and completes us.
He is our purpose and our holy passion.
He is our inspiration and our All Sufficient One.
He is our Bridegroom King and we are His bride.
He adopts us and He accepts us as His own.
He affirms us and transforms us by His Word and His Spirit.
Do you know Him? His Name is Jesus? He is Yeshua.
