Vermin In The Church

Celia Rose Okhuysen (USA)

“But when a righteous man turns away from his righteousness and   commits iniquity [sin], and does according to all the abominations that the wicked man does, shall he live? All the righteousness which he has done shall not be remembered; because of the unfaithfulness of which he is guilty and the sin which he has committed, because of them he shall die.

“When a righteous man turns away from his righteousness, commits iniquity, AND DIES IN IT, it is because of the iniquity which he has done that he dies.” (Ezekiel 18: 24, 26)

DREAM — March 3, 1999

I was in a large dark dungeon with light streaming down from a large rectangular window with bars that was close to the ceiling, which was about thirty feet high. A large clothes rack approximately twelve feet long stood in the center of the dungeon. The rack was filled with long white robes. I walked around the clothes rack, carefully inspecting the robes up close. They appeared to be fresh and clean. When I finished my full circle inspection, on the bright side of the clothes rack I now saw large black water roaches of about one and a half inch in length quickly crawling in and out of some of the clean white robes’ fabric folds. They apparently were trying to hide from the bright overhead light streaming down on the clothes rack. It was a disgusting and nauseating sight to see!

Curiously, I now looked at the wall leading up to the window and saw the same type of black roaches crawling half way up the wall toward the window.

Next, I instantly found myself suspended close to the ceiling. I was a few feet away from the window. I could see the black roaches continue to crawl up the wall toward the window. As they reached and attempted to crawl onto the window ledge, unexplainably they were struck off the ledge. They immediately fell back onto the dungeon ground. However, other black roaches continued crawling the wall.

I looked down at the clothes rack and observed an increasing number of black roaches crawling in and out of many of the robes. END

INTERPRETATION

The dungeon represents the imprisoned world of sin and darkness. The white robes represent the Church of Jesus Christ of Nazareth in the midst of the dark corrupt world. At first glance, they all appeared clean. However, upon a closer look it became startling obvious that some of the robes were polluted with vermin: sin.

[Definition: VERMIN ¾ Noxious or objectionable animals collectively, especially those of small size that appear commonly and are difficult to control such as flies, lice, cockroaches, and rats. — Source: Webster’s University College Dictionary]

~~~~~~~~~
The color “black” symbolizes sin. The black roaches symbolize sin in the hearts of those Saints known to Lord Jesus which is SO transparent in many of the Saints’ deeds as well as their carnal behavior, manner of dress, the company they keep, and their worldly life styles among other things. Their compromising life styles with the world’s standards and protocols are crucifying Lord Jesus all over again. (Please STUDY the following scripture.)
~~~~~~~~

>> For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift [of Eternal Life ¾ Jn. 3:16, 17], and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit [Mt. 3:11] and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, if they fall away, to renew them [gift of Eternal Life, baptism of the Holy Spirit, and knowledge of God’s Word] again to repentance, seeing they CRUCIFY AGAIN for themselves THE SON OF GOD and put Him to an open shame (Heb. 4:4-6).

~~~~~~~~
The black roaches crawling up the dark wall symbolize the ongoing parade of many of the Saints’ sinful lives before Lord Jesus, as symbolized by the Light coming through the window. Sin cannot stand or dwell in His presence, NOR will He dwell in polluted hearts. Throughout the Word it is declared that SIN DOES NOT GLORIFY GOD. Sin condemns one’s soul to hell. GOD’S WORD IS TRUTH. (Jn. 17:17) To continue living in sin mocks God’s grace as declared in the Word of God.
~~~~~~~~

>> “I AM THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the LIGHT OF LIFE (Jn. 8:12).

>>And this is the condemnation, that light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone who does evil hates the light, and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they are done in God” (Jn. 3:19-21).

>> Do not be deceived, GOD IS NOT MOCKED, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the [Holy] Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart (Gal. 6:7-9).

~~~~~~~~
Through the world Satan tempts the Church and seeks to mock Lord Jesus. However, he is no longer able to enter into His presence to accuse the Saints because of Lord Jesus’ glorious redemptive works at Calvary and the shedding of His Blood that conquered and triumphed over Satan, sin, death, the grave, and Hell. However, the enemy never sleeps, and goes around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. (1Pet. 5:8)
~~~~~~~~

>> Inasmuch then as the children [Saints of God] have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that THROUGH DEATH HE MIGHT DESTROY HIM WHO HAD THE POWER OF DEATH, THAT IS, THE DEVIL, and release [set free] those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage [sin]. … Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren [like man], that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people. For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted (Heb. 2:14, 15, 17, 18).

>> Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness. And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him. Little children [Saints of God], let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. He who sins [unrighteousness] is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. FOR THIS PURPOSE THE SON OF GOD WAS MANIFESTED [sent into the world], THAT HE MIGHT DESTROY THE WORKS OF THE DEVIL. Whoever has been born of God [Jn. 3:3-7] does not sin, for His seed [Word of God ¾ Mat. 13:3-8] remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God (1Jn. 3:4-9).

>> If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST HIS SON CLEANSES US FROM ALL SIN. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. IF WE CONFESS OUR SINS, HE IS FAITHFUL AND JUST TO FORGIVE US OUR SINS AND TO CLEANSE US FROM ALL UNRIGHTEOUSNESS. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us (1Jn. 1:6-10)

>> Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They [mercies] are new every morning: great is Your faithfulness (Lam. 3:22, 23).

>> “I am the door. IF ANYONE ENTERS BY ME, HE WILL BE SAVED, and will go in and out and find pasture. The thief [Satan] does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I HAVE COME THAT [YOU] MIGHT HAVE LIFE, AND THAT [YOU] MAY HAVE IT MORE ABUNDANTLY. I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep. … My sheep hear My voice, and I KNOW THEM, and they follow Me. AND I GIVE THEM ETERNAL LIFE, AND THEY SHALL NEVER PERISH; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand. I and My Father are one (Jn. 10:9-11, 27-30).

>> I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE. NO ONE COMES TO THE FATHER EXCEPT THROUGH ME” (Jn. 14:6).
