Bush Pushes Throttle

DREAM — November 2, 2004
During the latter part of the morning, as I still slept I dreamt the following.
I was a flight attendant and was on a flight with another flight attendant. We were in the forward cabin behind the cockpit. The configuration was such that there wasn’t a galley or a lavatory. The forward part of the cabin was furnished with a sparse configuration. It was not a typical passenger configuration.
We were descending and on approach for a landing during strong turbulence. I glanced at the cabin windows and saw that it was totally dark outside. I could see driving rain beating against the cabin windows with debris flying by and hitting them as well as the aircraft.
The other flight attendant quickly strapped herself into the jump seat as she called out for me to sit down and strap myself in. Unexplainably, I did not pay attention to her, as I was very busy moving about the cabin.
Next, I had a “vision” of a man. I saw him from the right at a forty-five degree angle and about three or four feet away. He was not on board the aircraft but just a solitary figure. I did not recognize him. He appeared to be in his late forties. He was Caucasian, clean shaved, dark hair, trim figure, white shirt and tie, and dark trousers. He appeared to be a professional business man.
Next, the aircraft made a very hard landing during the strong turbulence. Since I had not yet taken my seat and fastened my shoulder harness/seat belt, I was instantly brought down hard onto the floor. A few things flew out of place missing me. I lay bouncing on the floor while the aircraft tumbled down the runway through strong turbulent winds. We eventually came to a stop.
In the following scene, I was outside by the aircraft’s nose watching President Bush through the aircraft’s right cockpit window. He sat in the First Officer’s seat (right side of aircraft). That he was occupying the Co-Pilot’s seat leaves the interpretation open as to WHO was occupying the left Pilot’s (Captain’s) seat. His wife, Laura, was seated immediately behind him. I watched as he determinedly pushed the throttle all the way forward with his left hand. His face had a strong focused look on his face. END
This was such a striking and vivid dream that I woke up bewildered. I glanced at the clock. It was 9:11 A.M. I then remembered that it was Election Day.
Interpretation
I believe the aircraft represents Air Force One (the Presidential Aircraft) and not a commercial flight. The approach for landing represented the end of the President’s first term. This dream occurred on the morning of Presidential Election Day, November 2, 2004. Since President Bush won the election, it appears that this dream symbolizes that he was taking off on another flight for a second term.
The other female flight attendant represents the praying Church of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. I represent a member of the Church, busy with helping out in the Presidential Campaign and was therefore not secured for landing. I endured the hard landing that symbolizes my being involved in the controversial campaign activities to the bitter end.
I leave the “vision” open for the reader’s interpretation as to who the man was and why he was not on board the aircraft.
Commentary
Never in this nation’s history has there been such a passionate display of hatred as well as slandering, vindictive, spiteful, malicious, bitter, mean, cruel, unkind and malevolent attitudes as well as false accusations and attacks that were demonstrated against President Bush during the Presidential Campaign of 2004. The turbulence outside the aircraft cabin and all kinds of objects hitting the cabin windows and aircraft strongly represent the heated and tempestuous atmosphere that endured throughout the Presidential Campaign toward President Bush even until now, four days before his second inauguration on January 20, 2005.
