After The Apprentice

I was watching portions of an episode of the reality TV show “The Apprentice” starring Donald Trump. After the program was over I received the following message.

What I look for [in a person] is totally different than the picture the world has created of what constitutes success. Success in the world is associated with being driven. My Spirit does not drive, but leads day by day and hour by hour, down paths the world knows nothing about.

The closer you come to ME, the farther you will divorce yourself from the world and the things of man. Man’s desire is to elevate himself and he frequently does this by attacking and belittling others. There will be NO attacking in my kingdom. There will be NO belittling in my kingdom. Both of these are foreign to my nature and my method of thinking.

Attacking others to raise ones own self-consequence is anathema* to me. Attack is a favorite weapon of the enemy, yet many of my children (even those who are supposed to belong to me) embrace it with great gusto.

Where is your discernment? Where is your desire to pursue the things of MY kingdom? You can not have it both ways! YOU CAN NOT ACT LIKE THE WORLD AND BELONG TO ME! You can not be in pursuit of the world and its goals and belong to me. If you wish to belong to me then you should be pursuing the things of my Spirit and of my eternal kingdom.

The world will give you brief accolades, but the attention of the world will never fill the gaping hole in your spirit that is supposed to be filled by me. Nothing else can fill that space, for I myself created it, with the Purpose in mind of having a relationship with you.

It is as simple as a flower needing water. Nothing else can fill that need. Without water the flower will wither away and perish. So it is with you. I AM the food you need. I AM the living water you need and nothing but nothing can replace my Presence and the role I wish to play in your life.

Money, honors, titles – all of these fade away before my magnificent Presence. What is true, worthy and of real value is easily seen in my Presence. The false and the useless quickly come into perspective and are seen for what they are, valueless junk that needs to be discarded or jettisoned from your life.

Don’t be mesmerized or entrapped by the world. Don’t be seduced into giving up your soul for a brief fling with what is valueless. Only that which is of true value will remain forever!

Many individuals who are considered “valueless” or of little consequence will surprise you, for they have stocked up treasure of great consequence in heaven. This is the treasure which has true value and will last forever. This is the kind of treasure that those on earth who think they are rich now would gnash their teeth to get their hands on. My treasure (true and lasting treasure) has never come from consorting with the world, but by recognizing my voice and following after me and the things of my Spirit.

This is NOT something that can be achieved intellectually or by using one’s thought processes, reasoning or natural mind, for the things of the flesh are flesh, and the things of the Spirit are Spirit. One road leads to death and one road leads to Life.

One path opens the door to the treasures of eternity. The other opens into a dark and empty room that is totally devoid of any life or joy. The treasures of this world will turn to cobwebs. No one wants cobwebs and no one has any use for them! So it will be with everything you have done to satisfy your flesh and bring glory to yourself.

The humble will be the ones with authority in MY kingdom. This is just the reverse of how the world thinks and operates. That is why the earth must and will be cleansed. I will have a beautiful house. I will have a beautiful bride.

I AM going to win this battle, no matter how man strives against me. Man’s striving and rebellion are as nothing to me. They are not too hard for me to deal with! Nor will I sit back forever and allow the unregenerate and degenerate man or woman to do just as they please.

Enough is enough. I have called, warned, begged and pleaded. Most individuals paid me no heed at all. So be it. I now begin to display each man’s fruit for all the world to see. Some of it will be very unpalatable indeed.

This can only change when people are willing to let me set their worlds right side up and give the control of their lives to me. Your life must be in MY hands or I can not be your shepherd. If you have not chosen me, then you have certainly chosen someone else!

Your treasure is where your heart is. So, where is it? Which door have you chosen? Which treasure have you chosen, the one you can see [now] or the one you can’t see? How unwisely some choose! Do not let yourself be pulled into the trap, lest you stand before me naked with nothing to show for your life but cobwebs and ashes and no excuse of merit or value.

I have just said, “Attacking others to raise one’s own self-consequence is anathema to me. Attack is a favorite weapon of the enemy, yet many of my children (even those who are supposed to belong to me) embrace it with great gusto.”

You show your opposition to me by denouncing or expunging* the character of others and trivializing their accomplishments.

All of my children are valuable to me and I do not rate one more highly than another. I do not make an A team, B team, C team, D and F teams. My perception is very different than yours, but who has been personally querying of ME to find out what MY opinion is? NO, your minds are already made up. Your heels are dug in and you are positive that you are right!

Such attitudes are not a part of my eternal kingdom, for the person who is filled with my Spirit is humble and malleable to my will. – All I have to do is whistle, and they turn their head to listen to me.

Sorrowful times are upon you and mankind is not prepared. He is either busy trying to build his own kingdom, or he is conniving with others, trying to bring someone else’s kingdom down!

Such are the useless follies of men and the barrenness of their thinking. No fruit is produced except for stinky, unpalatable, inedible fruit. The few good fruit trees I myself have hidden away for this final hour.

The final hour is almost upon you. It is nigh – at the door – and the doorbell is being rung right now. The wise man would lock his door and put on the dead bolt, but by not being wise children, you will fling this door wide open for the hoards of hell to rush in. [Rev. 9:1-12]

You wanted this because you did not want ME in any way, shape or form. So I am giving you what you desired and I will allow the process to run its full course. The holy and profane will be separated; the good and the evil; that which is full my life and that which is lifeless.

You have dug your pit. You have chosen what you desired. To you it will be a bed of suffering,** for evil fruit can never bring forth good results.

*Expunge: 1. To omit, erase, strike out, obliterate 2. To eliminate physically; annihilate

**Rev. 2:18-23 And to the angel (messenger) of the assembly (church) in Thyatira write: These are the words of the Son of God, Who has eyes that flash like a flame of fire, and Whose feet glow like bright and burnished and white-hot bronze.

I know your record and what you are doing, your love and faith and service and patient endurance, and that your recent works are more numerous and greater than your first ones.

But I have this against you: that you tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess [claiming to be inspired], and who is teaching and leading astray my servants and beguiling them into practicing sexual vice and eating food sacrificed to idols.

I gave her time to repent, but she has no desire to repent of her immorality [symbolic of idolatry] and refuses to do so.

Take note: I will throw her on a bed [of anguish], and those who commit adultery with her [her paramours] I will bring down to pressing distress and severe affliction, unless they turn away their minds from conduct [such as] hers and repent of their doings.

And I will strike her children (her proper followers) dead [thoroughly exterminate them]. And all the assemblies (churches) shall recognize and understand that I am He Who searches minds, (the thoughts, feelings and purposes) and the [inmost] hearts, and I will give to each of you [the reward for what you have done] as your work deserves.
