Prophetic Word for 2003 To the Body of Christ in America

While receiving this, I felt a great intensity from the heart of God that depicted the seriousness of this next year and the importance of this next year to the unfolding of God in His plans and purposes. I felt keenly that the intended purposes of God for some individuals and churches in their intended uses, were very close to being aborted and that this year was crucial for decisions. And so this next year is a year that will be marked by the Valley of Decision. Many are in the Valley of Decision. God will place high and great emphasis on the mortifying of the flesh. It is a year of great grace and mercy in these dealings of God. Those who are bypassed in their intended callings will be because of individual's refusal to deal with and obey the voice of God. Although the gifts and callings of God are irrevocable, the specific uses in the gifts and callings may and can be aborted. God wants the Body of Christ to know that this is rebellion and that is how He views and sees it. And rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft. Things are accelerating extremely rapidly and God is in the process of positioning the armies of God. He is looking for fully devoted hearts.....

Events of the world will accelerate and bring a great change to what currently exists. Fear and anxiety will increase as world events unfold and the security that was once known and has been pulling apart will further erode in new dimensions. There will come a time of panic in various sectors and the world is going to begin to lose hope because of events that are about to unfold. This is going to allow God to send his ministers of fire that have been scorched with the flames of God, to be a great light in the days ahead. And the light will shine in the darkness and the great light was seen by the multitudes.

Look for God to speak concerning Iraq and the meaning of the unfolding events that are about to take place. This is a crucial set of events that are about to unfold that are rich in meaning for the Body of Christ for those who have an ear to hear. Some of this meaning is tied up with the previous gulf war with Iraq and the coming events that are about to unfold. The Lord is going to bring about much teaching related to this in various circles to bring new perspective to the Body of Christ for those who have an ear to hear.

God is going to release power to those who have been faithful to their search for God. Those whose hearts have been touched will be rewarded with a new level of anointing that God is going to release. The months of April and June will see quick and decisive changes and blessings from God that will unfold.

Be careful during this next year that you stay on track and stay faithful to God. Be careful of the lord of the flies that will come in with swarms of flies to dissuade and distract. There is going to be a special kind of fly released that has the power to sting those that walk outside of the realms they have been called to. This sting releases a poison within the spirit that will lead many astray unless the sting is dealt with in the delivering power of God.

God is in the process of separating the wheat from the chaff. The chaff that is coming forth from some parts of the Body is causing a stench in the spirit that will disqualify them from the purposes of God in the coming times. Some of this chaff includes churches, as well as individuals. In God's grace and mercy, they have the option of repenting and coming to the cross. The cross and the blood of Jesus will come to the forefront during 2003 and God is going to place new emphasis on the Calvary's cross and the holy blood that flowed from veins of the Son of God. Those who see and hear and respond to God will reap the rewards that are inherent in the revelation of the blood and the cross. Colossians talks about the blood of the cross and its power for reconciliation in the plans and purposes of God.

The enemy power will seek to invade the Body and in some cases will come directly against and brazenly attack the Body, as if the Body were powerless to stop these attacks. But the Lord is going to get the attention of the Body and the Body is going to see the need for the power of God, as they never have before. Thus the power of God that is released to those who have been faithful and who have been in training will be used by the Lord to turn back the powers of darkness. Those who have not accepted the power of God will be moved into a new place where they will have to choose their course, for this next year will bring a sure and certain set of reasons for turning to God and the power of God for their deliverance. The delivering power of God is going to come against the seemingly cataclysmic power of the enemy and those empowered by the Lord will shine a great light into their respective regions.

Intercession will have great emphasis and come to the forefront of God's plans. Those who have been playing intercessors and are not, will be revealed and removed .The harm they have done will be reversed by God. Look for increasing teaching by the Spirit of God on dealing with strategies of the enemy and especially in the enemies scheming. Pay attention to what God reveals about these schemes for it is essential for the successful implementation of God's battle plans. Battle plans from God will take on more significance and God is arraying the battlefield for his purposes. God is going to clothe His warriors with an increased level of power, as well as, a new wardrobe that is needed for the intensity of the battles that will ensue. You can gain the new wardrobe at the righteousness of God store. Remember that the price of the wardrobe is yourself and the yielding and surrendering of the heart, the flesh and the self and in turn, the robe of righteousness is given. The wardrobe and the increased level of power are deeply and inexorably connected.

Blessings that have been held back are going to be released for those that have placed themselves in position for these blessings. The positioning for these blessings involves the positioning of the heart and the dealing with the flesh. Make sure that the flesh dies this year. This is a year for the killing of the flesh. This is a high priority with God and those that do not adhere to what God wants to do in their lives will miss what God is doing because they will not be able to hear God nor will they have the courage to place themselves in position for the blessings of God. The church has largely ignored God's repeated attempts to get people to deal with the flesh. The year 2003 is a year of decision in dealing with the flesh. I see many in the valley of decision as they are trying to decide what it is that they are going to decide. Many will disqualify themselves from this positioning because of their lack of making the kinds of decisions that God is looking for.

God has called certain people of varying ranks to begin coming forward and God is in the process of placing them where they need to be. God is going to remove a portion of the old rank that refused to move into the new things of God. God is calling forth new Generals to take their place and direct the armies of the Lord, as God directs them. Many of these generals have been in intense training in order to bring forth the battle plans of the Lord and to be able to direct the armies of God that God has been assembling. Some of these armies will be small and some big. It is not the size of the army but the commissioning on each particular army that is of importance to God. The generals and other ranking individuals will have been given the anointing and power to bring about the things of God that God is calling forth at this time. Things have been haphazard in the spiritual atmosphere because of the lack of adequately trained ranking warriors to bring order to the heavenlies. These warriors are coming forth with a mandate and commissioning from God, to activate and release what God is doing in any particular section and region.

God is going to begin connections on new levels that will begin bringing the new governmental order that God has been planning. This governmental order will have the power to orchestrate for God at God's direction what is needed for the time. Look for different regions to have different battle strategies and look for these regions to declare war against the enemy powers that have long held the battleground, and this declaration of war by region will only come at the Lord's command.

Those generals who have learned to be yielded to the Spirit of God and who are able to move at the leading of God will hear new levels of battle orders that will come down to them in the first three months of the year God is going to assemble various convocations of the new order from God during this year. These will be directed by the Holy Spirit and will not necessarily take the form of what has been the past. These will be created by God and brought together by God. The ranking officers in the army of the Lord have been given by God an ability to move the battle plans in unity. Their anointing is to unify and build the armies of God into obedient groups that move as a single unit, moving in unison as the Lord commands. The angels of God will be heavily involved in bringing about God's plans and purposes and 2003 is going to be the year of many visitations of angels. High levels of angelic activity will be activated in these battle plans and purposes of God.

God will soon release upon his chosen warriors an anointing to bring the fear of the Lord wherever they go. This will be a sovereign empowering by God and the fear of the Lord will act to serve multiple purposes. One of these purposes will be to begin to release wisdom.

Look for movements among the youth that will begin springing up. God is going to assemble ragtag sets of bunches of youth that will on the surface look like unlikely candidates for moving with God in power, but God is not concerned with what they look like on the outside, He is concerned with what they look like on the inside and whether or not they have a heart for obedience.

Obedience and blessings are connected in God's kingdom. But many in the church have not been obedient to the leadings and directions of the Lord through the word of God and so they have gone without. Repentance will take center stage and those that do not respond in the grace and mercy of God will be allowed to stink and the smell will be wide ranging. And the smell will not just be a stink but will be putrid. And the longer the smell exists the more foul the atmosphere will become. Unrepented sin will do that.

Look for a multitude of heavenly hosts in the days ahead, as these hosts will be visibly seen in various places. Whenever and wherever this happens, God is going create special effects over that land and over those segments of the Body. God is going to get the attention of many during this next year and in various places the Lord is going to strike the fear of the Lord into His Body. Suddenlies will spring forth and what once was, will be no more and what wasn't shall come forth in a moments time.

Focus shall come on the heart of God's people and the heart of God. But this shall be the beginning of a fresh move of God to orient and equip people with the heart of God and the heart of man. There are many surprises in this move and many corrections to doctrine that has impeded the development of true faith since the heart and faith are intricately connected.

There are strong tendencies in the Body of Christ to interpret messages, dreams, and visions that have been given by God, to be interpreted according the to desires and whims of the individuals that are receiving those things. God is going to bring forth corrections in this area and alert the Body that what they are doing is sin and not to take lightly what God gives them. He wants them to go to Him and ask for interpretation and how to prepare for the fulfillment of the messages that He sends. This ties in with other aspects of what has been given above.

The Lord will begin placing emphasis on the word of God to renew the mind and to be taken into the heart, and in this God will be greatly pleased. He will look for those who are willing to invest in their own hearts and in the heart of the kingdom of God. His eyes will search to and fro looking for investors that take their investment seriously. He is going to watch and see if there is any squandering of the investments that are destined to be placed in the heart and mind of the believer.

Just as the word of God will take precedence, so too will the Lord beckon his people to intimacy with his heart. He is looking for hearts that will beckon Him into their hearts. God is longing for direct heart to heart communication and this will be an increasing priority in the times to come. Those who have an ear, let them hear what the Lord is saying.

Character is in issue of increasing importance to the lord. Holiness and purity of heart will be a strong focus, especially issues having to do with the tongue and the flesh as mentioned above. Integrity, honesty and trustworthiness are important to God. Do not neglect so great a salvation. Those who neglect the inward character will find themselves behind the curve on the outside looking in.

2003 is a crucial and imposing year that lies ahead. It is crucial because of its pivotal aspect in the plans of God and imposing because of what 2003 will bring to the world, to America and to individuals. But in all things, look up for your redemption draws nigh even at the door and remember that there is always a door with God.
