The Rapture!

Celia R. Okhuysen

ARISE, shine; for your light has come!

And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.

For the Lord will be your everlasting light,

And the days of your mourning shall be ended.

(Isaiah 60:1, 20 - NKJV)

INTRODUCTION

The Church of Jesus Christ of Nazareth will immediately recognize the opening scene of this dream. Jesus, our Hope of Glory (Col. 1:27) has always been the longing desire of the Church, hoping to take part in the fulfillment of the scriptures that graphically describe the moment when the Rapture of the Church takes place. Thusly, Lord Jesus reveals its similarity through this dream to His Church.

The spiritual status of the Lord’s Church that will exist when the Rapture occurs is revealed here as follows. (1) Obedient and faithful Saints who worked out their salvation with fear and trembling (Phil. 2:12), while having kept themselves unspotted from the world (Jas. 1:27) and blameless (2Pet. 3:14). (2) Backslidden Saints who did not remain obedient and faithful (Rev. 3:19). (3) Apostates [deserters] who had departed from the Lord (Jer. 2:19).

I highly recommend the reading of this dream file with a Bible in hand to look up the referenced scriptures, and to receive richness and comprehensiveness through God’s Word.

DREAM -- AUGUST 1, 1989

Scene One

It was a cloudy night as I strolled alone in the midst of many people. Suddenly, a brilliant light burst behind the clouds, instantly illuminating the entire black sky! Although I did not hear a sound in the dream, I immediately knew it was the Rapture, and cried out, "JESUS!"

Next, a five-foot hole burst open instantly in the ground six feet in front of me as dirt flew everywhere. A formless, hooded, tattered grayish robe that was heavily earthen-soiled immediately burst out of the hole! The hooded robe momentarily "froze" three feet above the ground, facing right at a slight right angle so that I could get a good look at it. Then it continued ascending to the clouds. (The best way to describe this scene is that it was similar to an underground silo’s hatch blowing open from which a missile bursts out and continues straight up into the air.)

As the hooded robe burst out of the hole, the same incident was taking place all around! Other holes also burst open throughout the ground near and far at that same moment, and other hooded robes burst out of the holes and continued their ascent. (I cannot explain how I was able to observe this stunning and dramatic scene all at once. The brightness of the lit up sky allowed me to witness what I saw. This phenomenal event occurred rapidly!)

Next, I also ascended, following the hooded robes. During my quick ascent everything familiar disappeared as I "soared" to and through the clouds at incredible speed, bursting through the clouds and coming to an instant halt on top of bright white clouds!

I found myself alongside infinite multitudes of white robed people (no hoods) on the clouds. There was a tremendous sense of great excitement as everyone hastily greeted each other. (I heard no sounds, however.) They joyfully rushed into each other’s wide-open arms, holding each other in tight embraces, and just as quickly breaking up and rushing into other arms and tight embraces. Words fail me in describing this extremely GLORIOUS and BLISSFUL event! What I witnessed are scenes that are much, much too wonderful to describe, and limited by so few words. (Isa. 64:4 -- 1Cor. 2:9)

I seemed to stand apart from all the jubilation, watching all the rapturous and euphoric scenes. I noticed how glorious and energetic everyone was. Their smiling faces were so beautiful, and they were immaculate, radiant, vibrant, robust, youthful, complete, and so, so deliriously happy! WHAT JOY!!!

Scene Two

After a time of observation, Jesus’ brilliant and glorious presence suddenly appeared before me. While facing me He stood somewhat to my right so as to not block my view. Then amazingly His brilliant radiance "dimmed" greatly so as to not outshine the bright joyful background thereby allowing me to see past Him and continue my observation. Rather than greet, bow down, and kneel before Lord Jesus to worship Him, I spoke and said, "Lord, ---- and ---- aren’t here. (I did not recognize the names.) Shall we go back for them?" As the Lord replied, "We shall," He passed in front of me to my left and I followed Him.

We approached and went through an "invisible veil" and were instantly on the other side where it was totally dark except for the radiance of the Lord. I followed Him a few feet as we approached two women in their mid forties and mid twenties. They wore white robes, and sat huddled together with their arms around each other. Lord Jesus remained at my right side. I urgently said, "Let’s go with Jesus. Come, now!" The older woman immediately replied, "Yes, we’ll come," as they quickly stood up. The Lord turned and went back toward the direction we came from. I followed Him while the two women followed me. We passed through the "invisible veil" and were instantly back on top of the bright clouds where the Saints continued rejoicing and embracing each another. The two women immediately rushed into the crowd.

(At this point I must say that I did not observe anyone recognizing or talking to the Lord, including the two women we went after. All the Saints were so joyful at having entered into Glory, and at seeing their loved ones and friends.)

Scene Three

I cannot explain how, but I was able to continue what had now become surveillance throughout the vast multitudes of ecstatic Saints. Meanwhile, Lord Jesus remained standing at my right side. Then I said again, "Lord, I don’t see ----. Shall we go back for him?" (Again, I did not recognize the name.) He replied again, "We shall," as He once again passed by me to the left. I followed Him as we approached the "invisible veil" and returned to total darkness.

Lord Jesus and I had only gone a short distance when we approached a man and a woman around a midsize rectangular table. A nearly burnt out candle’s smoking flame flickered on a candlestick on the table. A pencil lay by the candle. A pale and nondescript woman in her late twenties with medium blond hair sat stiffly at one side of the table staring straight ahead. She wore a faded floral short-sleeve dress that fully covered her well-endowed bosom. An average looking man in his early thirties with black hair, light complexion, and wearing a white shirt with rolled up sleeves to his elbows and dark trousers stood at the left end of the table. Lord Jesus remained at my right side as we stopped in front of the table opposite the woman.

I looked at the man and said, "I came to tell you that Jesus loves you and has mercy on you." The man’s face became quite stern as he quickly picked up the pencil with his right hand and pointedly waved it almost in my face, as if in objection or in protest. He firmly replied, "NO! I prefer to go over to the side of Death where ---- is now." (It was a woman’s name, which I did not recognize.) The woman remained silent while continuing to stare ahead, seeming to look right through Jesus and myself. She appeared almost lifeless while remaining tense, as if on guard. She did not acknowledge Lord Jesus or me and neither did the man acknowledge the Lord’s presence. END

[See ENDNOTE on my return to minister the Lord to those in the Church that were left behind after the Rapture.]

INTERPRETATION

Scene One

This scene focuses on the obedient and faithful Saints. The night represents the world of sin and darkness. The people I walked in the midst of represents the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. The resurrected earthen soiled, tattered robes symbolize the "sleeping" Saints (1Thess. 4:14, 16) who had rested in Jesus while awaiting "the shout" and "the sound of the trumpet" that would at last awake and resurrect them into Glory. While I only saw hooded robes, the tattered and earthen soiled gray appearance of the robes reveal that they had been buried in the soil for ages. I symbolically represent the Church as it is raptured with those who had slept in Jesus. (1John. 3:2)

The Philadelphia Church

-- "I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name. … Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you FROM THE HOUR OF TRIAL [the Tribulation] which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth. Behold, I come quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown" (Rev. 3:8, 10).

-- But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep [rest in the grave], lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus. For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And THE DEAD IN CHRIST will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be CAUGHT UP [raptured] together with them in the clouds TO MEET THE LORD IN THE AIR. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words (1Thess. 4:13-18).

-- "Do not marvel at this; for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voice and come forth -- those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation" (John 5:28, 29).

-- Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption. Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed -- in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and THE DEAD WILL BE RAISED incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible [the flesh] must put on incorruption [a spiritual, glorious body], and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: ‘Death is swallowed up in victory. O Death, where is your sting? O Hades [Hell], where is your victory?’ The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law [the Bible - Word of God]. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ (1Cor. 15:50-57).

-- "And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also" (John 14:3).

-- …but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus (Phil. 3:13, 14).

-- For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ…(Titus 2:11-13).

-- … that the genuineness [trial -- KJV] of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it be tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation [appearing -- KJV] of Jesus Christ…receiving the end of your faith -- the salvation of your souls (1Pet. 1:7, 9).

-- When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory (Col. 3:4).

-- …so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation (Heb. 9:28).

-- Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing (2 Tim. 4:8).

-- And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying; and there shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away (Rev. 21:4).

-- Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years (Rev. 20:6).

Scene Two

This scene focuses on the backslidden Saints. I represent the praying Saints who had interceded for the Saints of God, the Church of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. The two white robed women are Tribulation Saints that have been left behind after the Rapture. They were found in a backslidden state of disobedience and unfaithfulness, and were not "caught up" to meet the Lord in the air. What anguish and brutal manner of death they may have suffered during the Tribulation is not revealed. Rev. 20:4 declares that they are beheaded during the Tribulation.

The Laodicean Church

-- "I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew [spit] you out of My mouth. Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’ -- and do not know that you are [spiritually] wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked -- I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your [spiritual] nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. AS MANY AS I LOVE, I REBUKE AND CHASTEN. Therefore be zealous and REPENT. Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne" (Rev. 3:15-21).

-- "And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him --who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell" (Mat. 10:28).

-- And it was granted to him [antichrist] to make war with the saints and to overcome them (Rev. 12:7).

-- …I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held. And they cried with a loud voice, saying, "How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?" And a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed (Rev. 6:9-11).

-- Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, "Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?" And I said to him, "Sir, you know." So he said to me, "These are the ones who come out of the GREAT TRIBULATION, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in his temple. And He who sits on the throne will dwell among them. They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat; for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes" (Rev. 7:13-17).

-- And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast [antichrist] or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years (Rev. 20:4).

-- Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread and drink of that cup. For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body. … For if we would judge ourselves, we would not be judged. But when we are judged, we are chastened by the Lord, that we may not be condemned with the world (1Cor. 17-29, 31, 32).

-- Jesus said to her, "I AM THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die" (John 11:25, 26).

Scene Three

This scene focuses on an apostate (a deserter). The man is a pastor found in the den of iniquity. The almost burnt out candle on the candlestick symbolically reveals that he once walked in the Light -- Jesus Christ, the Word of God (John 8:12; Rev. 19:13). Its dimming, flickering, smoking flame was about to go out, plunging him into eternal darkness. He had previously known Jesus as his Savior and Lord. However, his immediate brash and hardhearted reply clearly reveals that he is an apostate who has chosen to return to the sinful world. He understands the difference between Life and Death, and therefore states that he "prefers to GO OVER to the side of Death" rather than receive the Lord’s compassionate mercy and thereby repent. He has made the choice to renounce Eternal Life. He exercises his authority through unfaithfulness, rebelliousness and self-righteousness as he strongly rejects (Luke 10:16) God’s mercy and Gift of Eternal Life, even at this final moment of grace so undeservedly offered to him (Mat. 9:13). Still, Jesus does not want to leave nor forsake him (Heb. 13:5) because THE LORD STILL LOVES HIM.

Therefore, since he has already apostatized (renounced; deserted; defected) and has forfeited his Gift of Eternal Life for a life of sin and perdition, he does not wear a white robe. The pencil symbolically reveals that he has ERASED -- renounced -- his relationship with Christ. He now writes his own rules and is in control of his destiny. (Just as a pencil symbolically writes or erases previous contracts/commitments, the eternal covenant of the shed Blood of Jesus (Mat. 26:28) CLEANSES -- wipes out -- all sins (1John 1:7) and restores contrite sinners to fellowship with God the Father through His Son, Jesus Christ.) This apostate "prefers" a life of carnal pleasures that satisfy his flesh. Therefore, he has forsaken (abandoned; departed) his Savior and Lord, the Son of God, who died for him and shed His Blood for his sins.

This pastor had once loved, praised, honored and worshiped the Lord as his Savior. He had consecrated and sanctified (set apart) himself to serve the Lord all the days of his life so that He could live His life through him. He had also preached salvation and Eternal Life through Jesus Christ. But now, through mockery, rebellion and apostasy he chooses to reject the Love, Grace, Mercy and Gift of Eternal Life from Sovereign Almighty Holy God in exchange for a corrupt way of life that leads to eternal death, torment, and damnation. (Rev. 19:20)

The woman represents sin, while her rigid indifference also represents eternal death. She enticed and lured this pastor back into the world of sin and fornication by seducing him. Tragically, he surrendered himself to flaming, lustful passions of the flesh while totally neglecting a perpetual vigilance over his soul, salvation, faith, consecration and sanctification as well as his walk with Christ Jesus. END

The Ephesian Church

-- "I know of your works, your labor, your patience, and that you cannot bear those who are evil. … and you have persevered and have patience, and have labored for My name’s sake and have not become weary. Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love [Jesus]. Remember therefore from where you have fallen; REPENT and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand [candlestick -- KJV] from its place -- unless you REPENT" (Rev. 2:4, 5).

-- For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is [eternal] death, but to be spiritually minded is [eternal] life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity [hostile] against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. So then, those who are [walk] in the flesh cannot please God (Rom. 8:5-8).

-- Do not be deceived, GOD IS NOT MOCKED; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life (Gal. 6:7, 8).

-- But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed [lured]. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin, and sin, when it is full grown, brings forth [eternal] death (Jas. 1:14, 15).

-- For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: whose end is destruction, whose god is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame -- who set their mind on earthly things (Phil. 3:18, 19).

-- For if, after they have escaped the pollutions [filth and depravity] of the world through the KNOWLEDGE of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome [by them], the latter end is worse for them than the beginning. FOR IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER FOR THEM NOT TO HAVE KNOWN THE WAY OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, than having known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them. But it has happened to them according to the true proverb: "A dog returns to his own vomit," and "a sow [pig], having washed, [returns] to her wallowing in the mire [mud]" (2Pet. 2:20-22). [Read full account in 2Pet. Chapter 2]

-- FOR IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR THOSE who were ONCE enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and HAVE BECOME PARTAKERS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, if they FALL AWAY [apostatize; defect; depart] to renew them again to repentance, since THEY CRUCIFY AGAIN for themselves THE SON OF GOD, and put Him to an open shame (Heb. 6:4-6).

[QUOTE: "The fall of a Christian, spoken of in verse 6, may be partial or total; as a person may fall from the top of a building to a projecting ledge, or all the way to the bottom. … The sin referred to here is the fall of a Christian. The essence of the fatal sin, whether by a Christian or by one outside, is the DELIBERATE AND FINAL REJECTION OF CHRIST. It is as if a person in the bottom of a well, to whom a rope is let down, slashes the rope above his reach, thus cutting off his only hope of escape. For those who REJECT Christ there will never be another sacrifice for sin. They will have to suffer for their own sin." -- SOURCE: Halley’s Bible Handbook -- 1965 -- 24th Edition -- P. 651] -- {Underlined, bolded, italicized and capitalized emphases are mine. -- Celia}

-- "Stand in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths, where the good way is, and walk in it; then you will find rest for your souls. But they said, ‘We will not walk in it.’ Also I SET WATCHMEN OVER YOU, saying, ‘Listen to the sound of the trumpet!’ [judgment] but they said, ‘We will not listen" (Jer. 6:16-17).

-- Yet they say to God, "DEPART from us, for we do not desire the knowledge of Your ways. Who is the Almighty, that we should serve Him? And what profit do we have if we pray to Him?" … How often is the lamp of the wicked put out? How often does their destruction come upon them, the sorrows God distributes in His anger? They are like straw before the wind; and like chaff that a storm carries away (Job 21:14, 15, 17, 18).

-- "Those who DEPART from Me shall be written in the earth [ground to dust], because they have FORSAKEN [abandoned] the Lord, the fountain of living waters" (Jer. 17:13).

-- "… Know therefore and see that it is an evil and bitter thing that you have FORSAKEN the Lord your God, and the fear [dread] of Me is not in you," says the Lord God of hosts (Jer. 2:19).

-- "Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, whose heart DEPARTS from the Lord" (Jer. 7:5).

-- … The hand of our God is upon all those for good who seek Him, but His power and His WRATH are against all those who FORSAKE Him (Ezra 8:22).

-- Weep not for the dead, nor bemoan him; but weep bitterly for him who goes away [apostatizes; departs], for he shall return no more (Jer. 22:10).

-- For the lips of an immoral woman drip honey, and her mouth is smoother than oil; but in the end she is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a two-edged sword. Her feet go down to death, her steps lay hold of hell (Pr. 5:3-5).

-- For the commandment is a LAMP, and the law [Word of God] is LIGHT…to keep you from the evil woman, from the flattering tongue of a seductress. Do not lust after her beauty in your heart, nor let her allure you with her eyelids. For by means of a harlot a man is reduced to a crust [crumb] of bread; and an adulteress will prey upon his precious life. Can a man take fire to his bosom, and his clothes not be burned? Can one walk on hot coals, and his feet not be seared? So is he who goes in to his neighbor’s wife [act of fornication]; whoever touches her shall not be innocent…. Whoever commits adultery with a woman lacks understanding; he who does so destroys his own soul (Pr. 6:23-29, 32).

-- "Such as are for death, to death" (Jer. 15:2).

-- IT IS A FEARFUL THING TO FALL INTO THE HANDS OF THE LIVING GOD (Heb. 10:31).

[Prior to the Rapture, there had been much prayer for the Lord’s Church to be awakened with a burning conviction by the Holy Spirit -- that her heart would be prepared at His appearing in the clouds to gather His Church unto Himself. Unfortunately, not enough fervent and consistent prayer is offered up to the Lord by the Saints on behalf of pastors who are vulnerable to strong Satanic attacks. The enemy’s main objective is to distract and keep pastors from an intimate, faithful, obedient, and humble walk with the Lord Jesus Christ through many temptations as they shepherd His Flock. Therefore, there is a great lack of their total surrender of their lives and their ministries to the Holy Spirit’s control. Quenching and hindering the Holy Spirit’s operation in many of the churches has obstructed much spiritual teaching and growth, spiritual maturity and spiritual empowering in many of the Saints’ lives. ("Do not quench the Spirit." -- 1Thess. 5:19) All offenses and neglect of the Holy Spirit of God shall be greatly judged at the judgment seat of Christ. (Rom 14:10) The neglect of prayer by many of the worldwide Saints on behalf of pastors still prevails today in the Church of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.]

>> TO THOSE CHRISTIANS WHO ARE IN THE MIDST OF FALLING AWAY <<

-- Beware, BRETHREN [Christians], lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in DEPARTING from the living God (Heb. 3:12).

-- "For I AM MERCIFUL," says the Lord, "and I will not remain angry forever. Only acknowledge your iniquity [sin], that you have transgressed against the Lord your God…and you have not obeyed My voice," says the Lord. "Return, O backsliding children," says the Lord; …"Return, you backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings" (Jer. 3:12-14, 22).

-- SEEK THE LORD WHILE HE MAY BE FOUND, call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him RETURN TO THE LORD, and He will have mercy on him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon (Isa. 55:6, 7).

-- For the wages of sin is death; but THE GIFT OF GOD is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord (Rom. 6:23).

-- This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners (1Tim. 1:15).

-- … and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. … IF WE CONFESS OUR SINS, HE IS FAITHFUL AND JUST TO FORGIVE US OUR SINS and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1John 1:7, 9).

-- "For if you forgive men their trespasses your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses" (Mat. 6:14, 15).

-- "Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the same measure you use, it will be measured back to you" (Mat. 7: 1,2).

-- "… But if you want to enter into [eternal] life, KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS" (Mat. 19:17).

>> "JESUS LOVES YOU AND HAS MERCY ON YOU" <<

-- Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear [reverence] God and keep His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. For God will bring every work into judgment, including every secret thing, whether it is good or whether it is evil (Eccl. 12:13, 14).

-- "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End," says the Lord, "who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty" (Rev. 1:8).

-- I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades [Hell] and Death" (Rev. 1:18).

-- "Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches [is vigilant], and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame" (Rev. 16:15).

-- "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to everyone according to his work. … Surely I am coming quickly." Amen. Even so, COME, LORD JESUS! (Rev. 22:12, 20).

COMMENTARY

This was the first dream of a series of end time dreams I received from the Lord, lasting several years.

As I seem to understand, this dream reveals a pre-Tribulation Rapture, as does the previously referenced above "LONGING FOR YOU" dream. In June 1998, before posting my first judgment file/dream series in August at END TIME PROPHETIC VISION, http://www.etpv.org, Lord Jesus spoke loud and clear in an audible voice in my spirit and declared, "MY CHURCH WILL BE KEPT HERE TO PRESERVE THIS NATION DURING HER JUDGMENT." Ever since then, I’ve come to understand that America will first be judged for her sinful and rebellious ways against Almighty and Holy God. When He sees the Blood covering upon His Saints "occupying" (Luke 19:13) in the land, He will have mercy and spare America from total destruction, yet justifiably afflict her through His righteous judgment. (Ps. 9:7-10, 16-20)

As God’s judgment strikes America (Jer. 5:23-25), the Church’s presence will be the prevailing preservative prayer shield as she intercedes for God’s mercy on America’s behalf during His judgment. The Church is "salt." (Mat. 5:13) SALT PRESERVES! The American Church will witness much suffering and destruction. However, through it all, the Lord will miraculously protect His Church. This will be her shining moment to minister the gospel of salvation and God’s gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ to those who will have survived God’s judgment. Perhaps America may finally repent of her pride, greed, idolatry, and abominations, and return to the one true and righteous Holy God of Israel. (Ps. 94:1-4, 8-15, 20-23; Lam. Chap. 1)

[The Book of Lamentations in the Bible is a preview in describing a similarity of America’s post judgment grieving scenario, and her possible repentance.]

Thereafter, it is then that I believe the Rapture will take place. As judgment falls upon America, perhaps this is where Mat. 24:36-39 ("…they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage…") fits into this scenario worldwide. Only God knows. After the Church is raptured, the antichrist will promptly show up in the midst of a chaotic scene during a time of great shock, confusion, fear and grief throughout the world as never seen or known before by mankind. Thus begins the seven-year Tribulation period. (Dan. 9:27; 11:36; Rev. Ch. 13) In my humble opinion, I firmly believe that America’s judgment ties in with the Rapture of the Church of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

Again, I emphasize that the Lord’s word to me with this dream is my understanding of a pre-Tribulation Rapture. In the Book of Revelation, the Church is not mentioned throughout Chapters 4-22. There are undoubtedly different opinions on this subject since there are many Saints who also believe in a mid-Tribulation, and a post-Tribulation. However, the objective here is not to enforce my understanding or opinion upon anyone.

In all conclusiveness, let us be of one mind and rejoice that IN OUR TIME the Church will at long last enter into full Glory and be at great peace with her long awaited and longed for Savior -- TRIUMPHANT AND GLORIOUS LORD JESUS -- with whom we will spend eternity, rejoicing in His presence in the Kingdom of God -- HEAVEN.

-- "Blessed are the eyes which see the things you see; for I tell you that many prophets and kings have desired to see what you see, and have not seen it, and to hear what you hear, and have not heard it" (Luke 10:23, 24).

-- "NOW WHEN THESE THINGS BEGIN TO HAPPEN, LOOK UP AND LIFT UP YOUR HEADS, BECAUSE YOUR REDEMPTION DRAWS NEAR" (Luke 21:28).

[ENDNOTE -- While returning with the Lord to minister to others after the Rapture is totally unscriptural, it should be considered that not every single detail of God’s purposes is spelled out in Scripture. (Rom 8:28) How this scenario will unfold, only the Lord knows.]
