"And they answered and said unto him, where Lord? And He said unto them, wheresoever the body is, there will the eagles be gathered together." Luke 17:37

"You have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles' wings and brought you to myself." Ex 19:4

"And it came to pass on the third day, in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings and the voice of the trumpet exceedingly loud." Ex 19:16

I have said that I am gathering My Eagles. As I delivered the Israelites from Egyptian bondage with lightning and eagles, so once again I am about to deliver My people with lightning and eagles.

Before I bring My judgment and My deliverance, I gather My eagles together and I shall lift them up on eagle's wings. Each eagle has experienced being alone in solitude, their only companionship being their God.

Their wait has been extremely painful at times, waiting for the manifestation of who and what they are - my cupbearers - the bearers of life.

They represent My Word, all the while soaring to the greater heights and victory.

I have hidden, raised, trained and nurtured My anointed ones and they are being gathered for the sake of the world. My Eagles, those who will "see" MY vision and have the courage to soar where none have gone before and confident in the strength of the One Who uplifts them, going forth in perfect obedience to their Lord.

And when they soar it will be a GLORIOUS sight to behold! They have learned discipline, the discipline of silence - solitude - and the seemingly endless waiting, waiting, waiting.

Many tears have been shed, hurts, rejections, heartaches, being alone - all in preparation for their gathering.

The wait has seemed endless, and many might have given in, but because of the Spirit of My Son dwelling within their hearts and the knowledge of My High Calling on their lives, they have remained on course.

They know and feel their destiny and have MY strength to mount above the storm. They have seen the storm hit full blast upon them, still their destiny is "fixed" for a purpose AND a time - and it will not be defeated or destroyed - either by the enemy or by man!

Eagles who have been on fire, with a passionate longing for their God - their eyes discerning the brightness of the Son and their ears hearing the deep rolls of thunder.

Though at the moment, they are not visible to the world, My Spirit is even now moving upon My Sons and Daughters of glory and they shall be raised to heights that have never been seen before.

They have waited upon Me and now I shall 'renew' their strength and they shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary and they shall walk and not be faint.

But, the scoffers also gather. Many will scoff and mock My Eagles, many will reject them, but when they do, they scoff, mock and reject Almighty God.

Nonetheless, be assurred, My eagles, no other birds can contend with you, for you have learned not to waste your time on them. You will soar even higher up, under My protective wings beyond their reach.

I have given you power and strength 'for hope' while waiting for your Lord to give the call.

As in the natural the eagle is the highest flying of all birds - the only creature, man or beast, who can look directly into the sun and it's eyes not be destroyed - so it is with My spiritual eagles.

You can look directly into the light of God, without being destroyed. You have had bouts of weariness, when your physical eyes took over, trying to find your own solutions through your own resources, and not Mine - Perceiving your "circumstances" to be bigger than your God.

But, as I fluttered above your nest and spread My wings, you "saw" that you dared "not" to lean on anything in this world, but to trust Me and ME alone and you learned to fly, "focused on ME."

You have learned to keep "focused" with your keen spiritual eyesight, looking straight ahead, led by My Son and you have yielded to Me, waiting for the wind of My Spirit, before you fly. In My perfect timing, you will soar, up - up -closer to ME, flying to the highest heavenly realm.

My Golden ones - soaring upward with no effort, just spreading your wings. You have said "I come to do Your will, O Lord" and you shall mount up and 'together' we shall soar as never before! And I will cause you to ride on the high places of the earth.

I am taking you from all the nations, all the races, gathering you to Myself. I 'chose' My eagles, separating them unto Me.

You have been purified and given a new heart and now I am gathering My Eagles. You shall mount up on My command, making your nests high upon "THE ROCK." You shall see with new eyes and shall behold My Kingdom AND see the Splendor, Glory and Majesty of your God.

I am giving a call for My eagles to arise and come forth, calling you out of the darkness of the wilderness, and you shall be strong and do great exploits. No longer baby eaglets, but mature eagles.

You have heard My voice in the wilderness, now I am coming for My eagles, calling you together and you shall use the double edged sword in your talons for MY GLORY. Already, you are seeing with eagle's eyes, with "a passion for the possible", and soon you WILL SEE the impossible become possible.

I shall command LIFE for you, and what man can stop it? I am gathering My eagles, to join in union with their Lord, My Son, and the sharing of His anointing.

And you shall be transformed into My Light - My Glory, counted worthy by your God. The saints of all ages and My angels are watching and waiting in glorious anticipation of the Gathering of My Eagles.

Dear Friends,

Many have been sending what they are sensing from Joe's sighting of the eagles two days ago. The concensus of most is that the Eagles are Gathering.

Around late May, early June, (of 2002) Joe was returning home from work (Victoria to Cuero) and first he saw six vultures in this dead tree. Then further on he saw "one" golden eagle swooping down to grab his prey.

Two days ago, he saw "six or eight" Golden Eagles (on the ground) devouring their prey.

Yesterday, he was off from work and we went to Victoria to have lunch. He drove to where he had seen the eagles. He said, "well I had hoped you might see one today." I was looking around the field, and said "Look, there's one right there eating." And there she was, one Golden Eagle. This is the first time that I have seen a Golden Eagle, in person, so to speak.

There are responses still coming in on Joe's sighting two days ago. But here are just a few snipits of what has come in already: (Almost all are seeing "a gathering of eagles.")

1) Of course, you'll get a response on this one! A gathering of eagles .. per say, Matt: 24:18? Certainly it is a sign. What Joe saw is something that only a few will ever see in this world...unless there is mass destruction and carnage. The Lord is giving us some wonderful things to encourage us and keep us alert (awake and ready) in this hour. What Joe saw is one of 'em.' Good thing or many of us would be scratching our heads!

I'm sure glad He's keeping our eyes propped open... Interesting, the verses before v. 18 .. We must think on this passage as to what we would find in these days... people desperate to find the Living Christ (the Lord and His Christ) and going from fellowship to fellowship looking for Him, looking for answers ... for salvation, etc. ..and what does the Lord do? He speaks of signs (along with the KOG is within you type thing) that only the "initiated" can possibly understand...

2) That is so awesome! The eagles are gathering! Signs in the heavens and the earth.

3) When I read your e-mail about the eagles, the word "plunder" was given to me. "But the women, the little ones, the livestock, and all that is in the city, all it's spoil, you shall plunder for yourself, and you shall eat the enemies' plunder which the Lord your God gives you." Deut. 20:14

4) Sounds like what you've been putting out to us from the Lord... He is going to gather His eagles together ... It has started gently so far... I am eager to see how fast it will move.

5) Immediately after reading this ... I still have goose bumps.. the kind I get when there is something going to happen and I don't yet know what it is... pray... that is what we will do. I know this is from God for this sense in me is like that "silence" that came just before Christmas... things are taking place UNDER the radar....but God reveals what HE is going to do to His servants, the prophets. Remember the Scriptures that say "Where the eagles gather, the dead bodies lie." That's in the part Matt 24:26 and Luke 17:37. Something is about to happen.... This is growing in our spirit.

6) Sounds like a pretty unique sighting. I have seen eagles here maybe 5-6 times. Always single bird sighting with one exception when 2 were flying in formation which was a wondrous sight and I believe a rare event. In those days the Lord was giving me some very unique bird sightings. In these situations the Lord had told me before hand to expect the unusual as a confirmation that I was indeed hearing His voice. This the result of some unsureness on my part that visits me from time to time that I am not really hearing His small voice and that my words I write are the result of an over active imagination. Perhaps He is confirming something to you that has been on your heart. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

It is very rare that eagles either fly together or stay together at all. In the order of these events....

1. One "golden" eagle seen swooping down to take his prey, after six vultures seen in a dead tree. (late May or June of 2002)

2. Six to eight golden eagles devouring their prey on the ground. (Jan. 6, 2003 - 5 p.m.)

3. One golden eagle seen eating. (Jan. 8, 2003 - twelve noon)

What I am sensing on this is that many of His golden eagles while connected with others (via internet - emails , phone, etc.) still many of us are separated "physically" from the others. We are in an isolation of sorts.. still hidden. He has been moving many of us geographically and I sense there will be more moves of this sort and we will be linked with a few more, so that we have "like minds and spirits" together in the natural. The Eagles are gathering... Our youth will be renewed as the eagle, and we will be moving out as 'one.'

One notation here, and Joe wanted me to share this with you....When he saw the six to eight eagles, it was around 5 p.m. We know of Father's love for the Jewish people and that many of His plans are based around the Jewish feast days, etc. The Jewish people celebrate their days from sundown to sunup... at the time of this multiple eagle siting, it would have been the "eleventh hour." Interesting, don't you think? We believe that in any way that you put it, we are definitely approaching the midnight hour... both in our spiritual walk (better get our ducks in a row , so to speak, as time is running out) and in the natural.
