When I was little, my mother used to sew a great deal. I would look up from the floor and ask what she was doing. She informed me that she was working on a quilt. From the underside I would watch her as she busily moved around the quilt frame. I informed her that it appeared to be just an awful mess of jagged ends and irregular shapes and threads hanging down from where I was looking. She would smile at me, look down and gently say, "Son, you go play for a while, and when I am finished, I'll let you see. Why would anyone take so much time with such a mess ( at least that was my view) there seemed to be no rhyme or reason to the "quilt thing". Eventually, I would hear Mother's voice say, "Son, come and I'll show you what I've been doing. What a surprise and thrill to see a beautiful quilt pattern with colors, and shapes all blended together to form a thing of beauty. The top side looked a lot different than the bottom side.

Many times through the years I have looked up to heaven and said, "Father, what are You doing?" He has answered, "I'm working on the plan of your life." I say, "But it looks like a mess to me. It seems so jumbled. There are so many loose jagged ends....no rhyme or reason...

The Father seems to tell me, "'My child, you go about your business of doing My business, and one day I will bring you to the place, where I will let you see the plan from My side."

Gen 37:3 Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age and he made him a coat of many colors.

This first coat which we see was the coat of special sonship and choosing. it was this very coat that was stripped from Joseph in the pit where they had thrown him and was being used to convince his father, he was dead. Joseph's brothers stripped him of this coat. His dreams and his coat had driven his brothers to be completely blind to what was right and wrong. Their actions seemed to be stopping Joseph from fulfilling the dreams he had shared with them. But, God had a plan. Actually, these brothers were helping to fulfill that plan. What we see here is that "all things work together for them that love Him and are the called according to His purposes."

But, what about Joseph's other coats ? Joseph tried to avoid Potiphar's wife. In the end, avoiding wasn't enough and he had to run! And when he ran, once again he was stripped of his coat. Now, his second coat was used to convince Potiphar that Joseph had come into Potiphar's wife's room to rape her. Sexual sins aren't just between the parties involved. It is an act of disobedience against God and legal entry given to Satan to kill, steal and destroy...Joseph fled from what could have been set in motion in this moment of temptation.

THE NEXT GARMENT THAT JOSEPH WORE WAS THE GARMENT OF SUFFERING. GENESIS 39:20-41:8

Now he is in prison. The garment of a servant has been taken from him. It is in the court being used as evidence against him. He is punished. Yet, even in the midst of suffering, he brought great blessing to all those around him. But this garment was soon taken from Joseph.

THE NEXT GARMENT WE SEE ON JOSEPH IS THE GARMENT OF DELIVERANCE. GENESIS 41:14

The Butler remembered Joseph as one who could interpret Pharaoh's dream. Here is the garment of Joseph's deliverance. He takes off the prison garments, and puts on that of deliverance to go into the presence of the king. You could not just walk in before the king in common clothes. There had to be a time of preparation and cleansing, a time of putting on new garments. And Joseph moved on beyond the garment of deliverance.

(Mark 3:27 No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house.)

Now, we see coat number five. Genesis chapter 41 verse 42, "Then Pharaoh took his signet ring from his finger and put it on Joseph's finger. He dressed him in robes of fine linen and put a gold chain around his neck." A robe of fine linen was his coat of a destiny fulfilled. Joseph is now in charge of the whole land. At 16 or 17 he lost his first coat. At around 20 he lost his second coat Somewhere between 20 and 26 ,he lost his third coat, Around the age of 28 he lost his fourth coat. At 30 he became governor of Egypt and was given his final coat. His coat of destiny. It took thirteen years, (the amount of time his father Jacob served Laban) but God fulfilled the dreams that Joseph had. Joseph's story tells us to hold on to our dreams. As long as God is in control of your life you are steadily working toward your destiny. So the next time you feel your coat being stripped away, just remember God is bringing you to the next level of your destiny..

It The places in my journey to where I'm going may seem like they are permanent, but these are just places I'm at, not the place where I'm going. That's what hope is about!

The message which is on my heart today, is a message I am calling.....

THE JOSEPH COMPANY

Have you ever been in that place in your life? You know God spoke to you. You keep waiting for that dream to come into fruition. But, it seems you are stopped at ever hand. It could be you are IN THE Joseph COMPANY. You could be facing jealousy, lust, or deception. It could be any number of things and you are even tempted to throw in the towel and say "why try, it's just one thing after another". But don't give up yet. God is in control! He has a plan if you will just trust Him.

WHERE YOU'RE AT, IS NOT WHERE YOU'RE GOING!

Yes, you may be looking around and all you see is the sides of a PIT. Yes, you're dealing with temptation. You may at times feel like you are trapped in a prison, with no way out and no where to turn. But, you're right on schedule, you're right on time. God is bringing you to your destiny.

In God's plan for Joseph's life he was rejected before he was
accepted.
He was envied before he was honored.
He was stripped before he was clothed.
He was cast down before he was exalted.
He was a slave before he became a master.
He was imprisoned before he ruled.
He was forgotten before he was remembered and became well known.

THE JOSEPH COMPANY are those chosen to go ahead of the rest (Gideon's 300) for the purpose of preserving life and feeding their brethren, and setting up and releasing the blessings. These are they who pioneer and press into the spiritual and physical realms before anyone else. They are the first fruits company. They break through so that others may press in and partake.

Joseph was the eleventh son and he started out in confusion. When you are a dreamer, the first thing the dream will do is confuse you. In his confusion Joseph told his half brothers and his father. When you tell your half brothers your dream and your vision, they will seek to do away with you and discredit you and strip you of your place.

They say stuff like...you think you're better than everyone else." "Why can't you be like everyone else?" "Who do you think you are?" There is a lesson to be learned in all this. Don't tell your dreams to a half brother. ( They told Jesus.. "If You are the Son of God , then come down off the cross") In other words, "stop stirring the water and rocking the boat. Just be like us.

Joseph had to endure a lot of hardships and trials before he was entrusted with the keys to rulership in the kingdom...But we continue to read that in all that he went through, God was with him to bless him.

Who are the Joseph company. You say: " where are they now?" Some are in Potifer's house, enduring testing and temptation, with flying colors! Some are In a prison house waiting for the timing of the Lord. They are keeper of all the prisoners. They are in the process of deliverance, and they are waiting for the King to send a word to the prison house calling them forth and to be made manifest. Then they will give the answers which they have received while they were in obscurity.

In a time of spiritual famine God has prepared a Joseph company of called out ones who are beginning to be revealed who will lead His people in. The very ones who have criticized, tried to destroy, and FALSELY accused, are the very people God had on His heart to bring deliverance to, when He began sending you and me. He chose us to be sent ahead in order to preserve them in the coming time of trouble.

The day will come when the very people that have come against you and have thrown you in a pit, (if you are a part of this Joseph company), will come back to you. They won't be able to recognize you, but you will know who they are. They will come to you for help, and you will be the only one who can minister to them.

God is strategically placing local believers all over this great country of ours, as a hub of a wheel that will move this vehicle we're all in together, and bring it to where it needs to go. In a time of moral, spiritual, social, and economic famine, God is going to bring people from all religious systems into these Joseph companies.

Joseph is a son for the last days. He was born at the end of Israel's life. Just as he was a son of Israel's old age, even so God is raising up a people for these last days.

Right now there is a Joseph people all over the world wearing a coat of many colors. The coat of many colors speaks of the seven spirits of God which are around the throne, and the fifth chapter of Revelation says they are going to be sent into all the earth.

Rev 5:6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. 1. The Spirit of promise,
2. The Spirit of Wisdom,
3.The Spirit of Grace and Supplication
4. The Spirit of Faith 5.The Spirit of Truth
6. The Spirit of Prophecy
7. The Spirit of Judgment and burning.)

Notice that Joseph prophesied and it came to pass exactly as prophesied. Every age that has ever come into being was spoken into existence by the Word of God. Many are sitting around waiting for this Kingdom to come and God is saying, "Get up from where you are sitting and start speaking it into existence." Many are sitting around waiting for God to come and change them all at once by spontaneous Supernatural intervention, yet God's word tells us that life and death are in the power of our tongue. The Prophetic Word through Joseph, controlled the affairs of an entire nation, and if you will, the entire earth.

What happens in our city, will be dictated entirely by what is declared by and through you. If you don't like the sin and corruption going on in your city, prophesy against it. Most people are afraid to speak the message of the Kingdom of God, because their half brothers will raise up and say, "Well, just who do you think you are?" "Who gave you the authority to speak and prophesy like that?"

Are you willing to be separated from your half brothers, in order that the Lord may use you to preserve them?

If you were to ask me what I think is being constructed by God at this time in the Body of Christ, I would have to say that I believe it is the neck . Joseph was a "neck ministry"

In our lives, today, we need to hear from God Himself and not man. We need communication from God that is pure and undefiled. This communication will come from a group of saints that the Lord is raising up today that will bridge the gap between the Body and the Head. This is the function of the NECK MINISTRY.

The neck is a part of the body that belongs to both Head and body. Its function is to provide a protected passage of communication and supplies between the Head and Body. It is literally a tunnel through which every nerve fiber and blood vessel must pass unimpeded to the Head in order to have a FUNCTIONING body.

Every command that the Head sends to the Body must go through the neck. If the Head wants the finger to scratch the nose, it sends a message via the spinal cord to the finger and activates the arm and hand to reach the nose and scratch it. This rather simple task is only simple because most of a functioning neck.

To understand the importance of the function of the neck in the Corporate Spiritual Body of Christ let me put it this way. The Body can only benefit from the Head as much as the neck will allow. God is looking for men and women to express Himself through. It is time to bridge the gap of communication between man and God with a Neck Ministry that will not tell God what to do but, instead, will listen to what the Lord has to say.

The neck is supported by seven vertebrae. (seven is the number of perfection) The top vertebrae Is the ATLAS or the base for the head. This is the priestly ministry, which is next to the head and represents the head. The second Vertebrae Is called the AXIS, which has to do with the movement and mobility of the head. How far the head can turn and nod....This is the Royal or Kingly ministry, since it allows the head to be in harmony with the body and centered or line up the body with the head. This is about stability and authority...

The Joseph Company is the priestly, Kingly, and 5 fold ministry, moving forth in and by the 7 fold spirit of God.
