Ministers and ministries are being purified by glorious encounters with the intimate love of Father God. Leadership is being formed by His love. New exciting young believers are being formed by the love of God into pure and holy leaders who seek only to relate to God and please Him. The intimate presence of God in their lives is developing a focus on being actively in love with God and seeking His heart in all matters of life and ministry.

Mature and established ministers are being reformed as they experience glorious encounters of personal intimacy with God. The drive to build and achieve that has led, in some cases in the past, to an emphasis of gathering and controlling people is changing to an insatiable hunger for the intimate presence of the love of God. Experiencing the love of God in a personal "face to face" type experience is purifying hearts and healing old wounds. Many ministers have been greatly hurt through many encounters of adversity in the past. The pain of those wounds can create fear that can cause leaders to tighten controls over their groups and to build walls of separation to prevent further injury to themselves and their families. The perfect love of God is casting out fear.

Sometimes it is more difficult for a mature person to be reformed than for a younger person to be formed in the love of God. The mature leader must not only embrace the new ways of really being in love with God and trusting Him fully, but they must also be broken of the old ways of seeking to serve God while bound in fears that can cause man's controls to replace God's guidance. Bondage in leadership produces bondage in the group. Fear in leadership produces fear in the group. Fear of being caught breaking the many rules or of not meeting the demands imposed by the insecurities of fearful leadership can quench the work of the Holy Spirit and increase frustrations of the group.

Devastating experiences that are beyond the person's control may be allowed to come into the leaders life to help produce deep brokenness and alter priorities. In devastating times, the only viable option is to intimately seek God and be restored and reformed in His love. Building and gathering becomes of far less priority. Intimately relating to the awesome love of God becomes the only top priority.

God is raising up powerful loving intercession for the leaders of today. Across the world deep intercession is coming forth as groups flowing in the intimate love of God are touched by the needs and feelings of leaders and are moved in passion to intercede for them. At this time in history, this might just be the most important job on the planet. God's holy and pure leaders must come forth and multitudes must become intimately involved with the holy presence of God and restored to innocence and purity of love.

Christ is truly becoming the head of His church. It is so wonderful and refreshing to experience some groups literally becoming led by Christ as His Spirit is being formed in the hearts of the people. Worship and praise is very intense and real in Spirit led services which are without man's agenda. Conferences as well as regular services are held that are truly open to the Holy Spirit to manifest and make God's will known to a people without agenda other than to worship and please the Lord. Freedom is very evident. The lack of man's restraints does not lead to disorder but beautiful order of the Spirit of God loving His people and the people reflecting that love back to Him.

Powerful intercessors are those who are beyond praying for their own needs and feeling the pain of their own wounds. They are healed and whole and no longer weep and wail for themselves but may weep and wail before the alter of the Lord as their hearts are broken with the need of others. Their lives become living sacrifices as they agree with God's pain and great desire for His people to come to Him with their whole hearts.

History making prayer of multitudes in intimate tune with the heart of God will usher in the greatest move of God ever upon the earth. Beyond revivals and renewals - more glorious than the first century miracles - the great harvest of the earth is before us as Christ lives in His body on earth and the government is upon His shoulders.(Isa. 9:6) Christ in you the hope of glory!
