HISTORICAL COURSE OF USS NEW MADRID

OCTOBER 30, 1991: As President George H. W. Bush is opening the Madrid (Spain) Conference to consider "land for peace" in Israel's Middle East role, the "perfect storm" develops in the North Atlantic, creating the largest waves ever recorded in that region. The storm travels 1000 miles from "east to west" instead of the normal "west to east" pattern and crashes into the New England Coast. Thirty-five foot waves crash into the Kennebunkport home of President Bush.

AUGUST 23, 1992: When the Madrid Conference moves to Washington DC and the peace talks resume, Hurricane Andrew, the worst natural disaster ever to hit America, comes ashore and produces an estimated $30 billion in damage and leaving 180,000 homeless in Florida.

JANUARY 16, 1994: President Bill Clinton meets with Syria's President Hafez el-Assad in Geneva. They talk about a peace agreement with Israel that includes giving up the Golan Heights. Within 24 hours, a powerful 6.9 earthquake rocks Southern California. This quake, centered in Northridge, becomes the second most destructive natural disaster to hit the United States, behind Hurricane Andrew.

JANUARY 21, 1998: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu meets with President Clinton at the White House and is coldly received. Clinton and Secretary of State Madeleine Albright refuse to have lunch with him. Shortly afterwards on that day, the Monica Lewinsky scandal breaks into the mass media and begins to occupy a major portion of Clinton's time.

SEPTEMBER 28, 1998: As Secretary of State Albright works on the final details of an agreement in which Israel would give up 13 percent of Yesha (Judah and Samaria), Hurricane George slams into the United States Gulf Coast with 110 mph winds and gusts up to 175 mph. The hurricane hits the coast and stalled. On September 28, Clinton meets with Yasser Arafat and Netanyahu at the White House to finalize this land deal. Later, Arafat addresses the United Nations about declaring an independent Palestinian state by May 1999, as Hurricane George pounds the Gulf Coast, causing $1 billion in damage. At the exact time that Arafat departs the country, the storm begins to dissipate.

OCTOBER 15-22, 1998: On October 15, 1998, Arafat and Netanyahu meet at the Wye River Plantation in Maryland. The talks are scheduled to last five days with the focus on Israel giving up 13 percent of Yesha. The talks are extended and conclude on October 23. On October 17, awesome rains and tornadoes hit southern Texas. The San Antonio area is deluged with rain. The rain and flooding in Texas continue until October 22 and then subside. The floods ravage 25 percent of Texas and leave over one billion dollars in damage. On October 21, Clinton declares this section of Texas a major disaster area.

NOVEMBER 30, 1998: Arafat comes to Washington again to meet with President Clinton to raise money for a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as the capital. A total of 42 other nations were represented in Washington. All the nations agreed to give Arafat $3 billion in aid. Clinton promised $400 million, and the European nations $1.7 billion. On the same day, the Dow Jones average drops 216 points, and on December 1, the European Market had its third worst day in history. Hundreds of billions of market capitalization were wiped out in the U.S. and Europe.

DECEMBER 12, 1998: As Clinton lands in the Palestinian-controlled section of Israel to discuss the "land for peace" process, the House of Representatives votes four articles of impeachment against him.

MAY 3, 1999: On the day that Yasser Arafat is scheduled to declare a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as the capital, the most powerful tornado storm system ever to hit the United States sweeps across Oklahoma and Kansas. The winds are clocked at 316 mph the fastest wind speed ever recorded. The declaration is postponed to December 1999 at the request of President Clinton, whose letter to Arafat encourages him in his "aspirations for his own land." He also writes that the Palestinians have a right to "determine their own future on their own land" and that they deserve to "live free, today, tomorrow and forever."

WEEK OF OCTOBER 11, 1999: As Jewish settlers in 15 West Bank (Israel) settlements are evicted from the covenant land in Israel, the Dow-Jones financial averages lose 5.7 percent in the worst week since October 1989. On October 15 the Dow lost 266 points, and a hurricane slams into North Carolina. On the next morning, October 16, a magnitude 7.1 earthquake rocks the southwest in the region's fifth most powerful earthquake in 20th Century. The earthquake was centered in the California desert and did little damage but was felt in three states.

SEPTEMBER 11, 2002 - As the world was awaiting for the United States to announce an outline for a Mid-East peace initiative, 2 planes slammed into the World Trade Center in New York, delaying the announcement to June, 2002.

NOVEMBER 20, 2001 - Prophet Timothy Snodgrass receives vision of powerful New Madrid quake in Central United States, in which the Holy Spirit warns: "If America wishes to divide Jerusalem in half, America shall be divided in half". In vision, America was ripped in half like a veil from east to west, creating a new gulf in North America which extended from the Great Lakes to the Gulf of Mexico.

JANUARY 1, 2002 - On the first day of 2002, Timothy Snodgrass receives another vision, this time of a separate quake along the West Coast of America, with a magnitude exceeding 9.0 on the Richter Scale. In this vision, the Holy Spirit warned that a quake of this magnitude would occur shortly after the "2nd Polynesian quake", and could occur within U.S. borders if the United States does not shift it's stance on the creation of a Palestinian State. Within less than 24 hours, a powerful quake shook Polynesia-Melanesia measuring 7.3 in the Vanuatu Islands.

APRIL 13, 2002 - Timothy Snodgrass sends letter and transcript of visions to President Bush, respectively warning him of the ramifications on the United States if any "land for peace" deal is brokered under U.S. pressure.

APRIL 20, 2002 - As President Bush's weekend radio address was about to be aired nationwide concerning the U.S. battle on terrorism and his vision for a Palestinian state, a rare 5.1-magnitude earthquake shook New York, which was felt across several states along the East Coast. The epicenter was 48 miles from Saranac Lake, where President Bush delivered his Earth Day message on Monday, April 22nd.

MAY 13, 2002 - As the Bush Administration reconfirmed their support of a Palestinian state (after a vote by Israel's Likud party to reject a Palestinian state), a 5.0 earthquake shook the San Francisco Bay area.

JUNE 18, 2002 - As the world was awaiting President Bush's announced plan for a Mid-East peace solution and ideas for creating a Palestinian state, a rare 5.0 quake shook Indiana. The announcement was delayed till June 24.

JUNE 21, 2002 - Timothy Snodgrass prophesies that a major "shift" is about to occur in the Middle East, and that large earthquakes would soon "shake China and India as a sign that war had been averted, and that God had given us an extension of time for the harvest".

JUNE 24, 2002 - President Bush shocks the world by giving a speech which condemns Arafat, and implies that the United States will only support a Palestian state after "the Palestinian people have new leaders, new institutions and new security arrangements with their neighbors". By demanding that the Palestinians essentially replace Yasser Arafat and adhere to a long list of other requirements, the United States creates the framework for withdrawal from the peace process, and shifts responsibility for future negotiations to the Israelis and Palestinians.

JUNE 28, 2002 - A powerful 7.3 quake shakes a region of China which has very little history of earthquakes. The earthquake was felt across 3 nations (Russia, China, and North Korea), and was the first quake to exceed 7.0 since April's Mariana Islands quake near Guam.

The USS New Madrid is about to sail into some rough waters during the next 18-months. International pressure will continue to mount for the United States to pressure Israel into conceding land that was given to her as an eternal inheritance by God. If the United States firmly sets it's course along this path, it will ultimately be following the same path as the Titanic, and the USS New Madrid will eventually be ripped in half. Continue to pray for this ship, and all those who sail aboard.

Prayer Request: Timothy Snodgrass's mom in the United States -- Deanna Lundy -- and Timothy are both currently undergoing the same attack (infected tooth). Two of Deanna's caps fell out in one week, and Timothy has an infected back molar. (Deanna lives in Kimberly, Oregon, and takes care of the ministry administration in the U.S. while Timothy is in the Philippines.) You have probably noticed that our web-site has been down for 3-days, whereas the dental-attack is affecting many aspects of the ministry. On both sides of the Pacific, they need either a miracle with provision to pay for a dentist or supernatural healing -- your prayers are certainly appreciated. Thus far, the attack has gone on for over one-week. Infection can be life-threatening if not treated, and antibiotics do little good if the "root" of the problem is not dealt with. We were originally not going to post this prayer-need, but today thought that is was best to let our viewers know what is going on and why our web site has been down so you can pray for us. Thanks!

Hypothetically speaking, the ship USS New Madrid set sail during the Mid-East Peace Talks in Madrid, Spain, hosted by Russia in 1991. Since then, it has been the enemy’s tactic to draw the United States deeper into foreign waters, so that the U.S. would eventually gravitate into one of the mines and destroy itself. June 24 was a critical date for America, and I believe that President Bush passed the test with flying-colors. But it will not be the final test in these dangerous waters. Dark storms are approaching on the horizon, and it will become increasingly difficult to navigate around the mines. During the next 18-months the Bush Administration must be extremely careful. If the USS New Madrid hits even one of these mines, the entire ship is at risk of breaking in half.

On June 24, 2002, I believe that the clock was turned back, and the windows of heaven opened over the United States of America. During the next 18-months, there will be some challenging times and earth shaking events – both within the financial realm and the physical realm – but my prayer is that it will be in the midst of revival and reformation. Continue to diligently pray for the President of the United States of America, and for other leaders around the world. The focus of the Church should only be on one thing in this hour: the HARVEST.

God is calling us into a LIFESTYLE of prayer and fasting for the harvest! We do not want to become ‘religious’ about fasting, or put people in bondage. But I believe the Holy Spirit is calling us into a life of sacrifice and self denial for the sake of the harvest. Be on guard during these times for distractions from the enemy. Live a life of alertness, prayer, godly actions, divine generosity, worship and continual song to the Lord.

Did you know that often when there is a spiritual victory, there is an earthquake? Earthquakes can represent warnings, judgments, and sometimes spiritual victories. When Jesus was crucified, and the Veil was rent in the Temple, the earth shook at the victory of the mighty Prince of Peace. The next 18-months (July, 2002 to December, 2003) will be a time of great victories throughout the nations of the earth. As the earth begins to shake and the seas begin to roar, fear not! For the entire creation is crying out for deliverance from evil, in earnest expectation of the appearance of the sons of God. (Romans 8:18-22)

The spiritual battle the earth is about to enter in to is unprecedented in history. The Allied bombing of Afghanistan is insignificant compared to the spiritual battle the earth is about to enter into for the final harvest of souls. While praying grandmothers, sons, and daughters begin to enter into this spiritual war, lightning will flash from east to west, and there will be storms of unprecedented magnitudes which will baffle scientists. Earthquakes will shake the nations of the earth as principalities and powers fight their final battle against the Allied Forces of God. In every battle, casualties have to be expected. But millions will live, and be converted to righteousness. Moslem nations shall be transformed in a single day. Buddhist nations shall be transformed. Hindu nations shall be transformed. With signs and wonders, the knowledge of the glory of the Lord will burst upon the shores of every nation like a tidal wave, until reformation sweeps over the earth like a flood.

From South and Central America, to the Mid-East, Asia and Africa, the earth is ripe for harvest. Last night in a dream I saw the continent of Africa, and watched as a mighty river of life began to flow from Cairo to Capetown. The river was red, representing the blood of Jesus. I awoke hearing the voices of multitudes of people singing the African Anthem in the Ndebele language, and with my eyes open I could still see the blood of Jesus flowing across the continent, cleansing, transforming, and bringing life to the vast continent which is so thirsty for God. And while not all of us are called to GO to Africa, all of us are called to PRAY and FAST for Africa in this hour – and not just for Africa, but for every tribe, tongue, and nation.

Timothy’s wife and children are waiting for passports (Juliet’s passport was recently stolen in April’s robbery, and is scheduled to be replaced during the first week of July. Joshua and Esther, Timothy’s two children, are scheduled to have their passports released in August). They are still in the Philippines, awaiting a financial breakthrough to relocate to South Africa (approx. $7,000 needed). Timothy’s ministry originally began in the 1980’s with a DTS with YWAM in Zimbabwe, followed by a School of Missions in Sweden. After preaching the Gospel in over 40 nations, the Lord recently called him to go back home to his roots in Southern Africa.
