Word of the Lord on November 12, 2002

My true Bride in the earth will not be defined by the visitations she experiences. She will not be defined by her insights, understanding of all mysteries, and revelations. She will not be identified by denomination or church. She will not be identified by her grasp of a present word or truth. She shall not be identified by waves and times and spiritual seasons which have had bearing upon her spiritual formation and character.

All the things which give My people a sense of belonging and identify which in themselves have spiritual value to be appreciated greatly will mark the Daughters of Jerusalem, but the one to whom the sceptre of My approbation is extended shall be that one who is the recipient of an accomplished warfare, and a heavenly rest in the hallowed atmosphere of My Presence because she alone is the vessel fully prepared and adorned for Me.

My true bride and the object of MY affection in the earth will be identified by her seamless and effortless entry into My presence without fear of My consuming fire. The spirit of judgment and burning in My furnaces of affliction has already purged away all filth of the garment spotted by the flesh. The sanctifying power My Word has caused My bride to be washed in pure water, and her garments are whitened even in likeness to the raiment of the Son, as no fuller on earth can whiten them; and the power of My suddenlies which are quickly coming to pass in the Earth will be transformed into the stabilities of My relationship with My Bride in her place of holy abiding in Me .

For I shall suddenly come to My temple, but then I shall make a Holy habitation of endurance with My Bride, and unto her I will not be as the God who only visits , but I will be the God who abides as the faithful and attentive Bridegroom ever seeking to cover her and meet her every need.

When I suddenly visit men by My Spirit as of mighty rushing wind to fill them even to overflowing, My Bride shall go beyond the initial infilling of My power and glory to walk in the continual manifestation of the winds of My Spirit leading her, guiding her and carrying her about as I will. For even as My Spirit remains upon the Son, even so it shall remain on the Bride for I and My Bride shall truly be ONE in all things, even as the Father and The Son are ONE.

When I suddenly shine with great light about those who are in darkness to bring understanding and revelation, My Bride shall be in the earth as the Ambassador of the very Conscience of the Spirit. She will be as the candle of the Lord with the wick of her experience and testimony ignited by the fires of God illuminating the pathway for others. The evidence and the residence of My light within emanating forth from her being shall be a faithful light in the dark places of the earth to give men who are groping in darkness a clear direction in troubled times.

When I suddenly send earthquakes and shakings to open the doors of the prison houses that My people and others might be set free, My Bride will be the example into all the earth of that one who stands fast therefore in the liberty, refusing to be entangled again with any yoke of bondage.

My bride shall know how to BOLDLY not only come to the throne of grace in time of need, but her liberty shall be the very mark and testimony of her dependency on My sure mercies expressed at My throne whereby the rainbow continually testifies to My covenant of grace and mercy with My own. My bride will be the fullest expression of humility in the earth because of her continual and abandoned dependency on Me, and Me alone.

I will have a Bride who is not enamored with words and visitations and movements and revelations and associations. Many will be shocked in the day of the revelation of My Bride, in the day when I showcase her upon My Holy Arm that she is not the one who excelled in beauty and wisdom and revelation according to what My church has perceived as admirable and worthy of recognition. My Church still tends to see as man sees...looking upon the outward appearance and vain shows of man's accomplishments, rather than upon the hidden man of the heart.

My Bride will be that one who has resided in meekness and in secret before Me where a great work has been wrought within her soul. Not in the place of dabbling and desiring the costly array and apparel and fine jewels of the merchants of Babylon, but truly in the secret place of My presence where I have been able to do the deeper works of preparation, and where she has determined to make herself ready. She is not concerned about being the object of focus and attention before a large mass gathered at a wedding ceremony, but her delight and her desire is in being that very one who would go beyond into the place of intimate communion and expression with the very lover of her soul and kinsman Redeemer , the Lord Jesus Christ.

My bride is hidden away, and is yet to be seen for I have hidden her for the days of her preparation and purification, but when I bring her forth, she shall be recognized for what she is for the double portion of My Spirit will rest upon her, and the first portion which shall be meted to her shall be the portion whereby she does My works and does My miracles and does My healings and My deliverances and gives freely to My people as the one who has been entrusted to deliver the goods as the most trusted steward and manager in My household, My kingdom. But the second portion which I shall mete unto her shall not be what she DOES in My Name and for My Kingdom, but it shall truly be what she IS in MY Name, and in MY Kingdom, for she IS My Bride, the Lamb's wife!!

The merging of My holy and awesome and miraculous acts with the full expression of My character and MY nature shall be realized in the life and manifestation of My Bride, and it shall be the double portion anointing reserved for this one whom I am preparing, this one who is the object of My affection.

Oh to that one who is called to be as the Virgin following the Lamb where ever He goes, the Lord would entreat you not to be weary of the Secret Place. Be willing to stay in the hidden place a bit longer. Be willing to be kept in the prayer closet with God alone. Be willing to be a nobody for even yet another season. I am completing My work within you. I am stitching the jewels I have mined from the very depths into your garments, and laying your foundations with fair colors, and beautifying you with a greater and fuller salvation in your body, and in your soul, and in your spirit, and the time of your unveiling is coming!! The time when the earth will recognize you for whom you are, even My beloved, the very beloved of the Lord is coming. It's soon upon you, but be faithful to yet wait in the secret place before Me for the finishing touches to be accomplished.

All pretenders to your place with Me in My throne will be exposed and they will be cast down, and you alone shall sit with Me. I will lift you up to rule and reign in heavenly places with Me, so be patient unto My coming to very personally bring you to the place where I am. You are My beloved, and I will not fail to finish the work in you that I have begun that you might have the honor I have reserved very specifically for you as My Bride, the New Jerusalem, the Lamb's wife. Thus saith the Lord.
