Leader, this is the time to push for the shift. The Body of Christ is moving individually and corporately into another dimension of impact. The platform is being set.

I’d like to share three stages to the birthing process. For all of us who have been in extreme pressure , anguish, and pain, the time of birth is near.

1. STAGE ONE -- DESCENT

(Philippians 2:5 AMP; James 4:6; Psalms 116:6)

This is the time of violent, agony-producing contractions. However, this time of painful contractions merely positions us for the time of birth.

The word descent means plunge, downfall, collapse, sinking, to drop.

Don’t worry about this time of seeming downward freefall. It is all a part of the process.

When an expectant mother feels the baby move downward, her appearance oftentimes changes. She may look thinner, as if she has lost weight. This "dropping" has even made some pregnant women look as if they are not even expecting anymore.

Some unenlightened people may look at your ministry and say -- "They don’t look pregnant. They seem thinner." But they are not with you when you are all alone with your discomfort and your birthing process. Don’t seek understanding from people who have not been enlightened. It will only produce frustration.

These people will not be with you in your hour of travail, when the cries of intense pain and pressure surmount as the contractions get closer and more frequent.

Leader, descent simply means that birth is imminent!

2. STAGE TWO - ROTATION

(Acts 3:19 AMP; Exodus 3:3; Psalms 126; Job 42)

This is the time the baby turns. I tell you now that your ministry is turning.

There is a rotation. We will have different perception. We are going to see things differently. God is positioning us differently than we have been positioned in the past. Now, He is moving us into a greater realm of influence. We have almost been "entombed in the womb." But now we are rotating, we are turning. And God is right in the middle of it all.

The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is in a paradigm shift. No longer will our churches exist just to keep the saved people shouting. We will truly become equipping and training centers and then release ministry into the four corners of the earth. No longer will you sit around and think of how to attract other Christians to your ministry. There is a rotation. I have been prophesying of a turn-a-round anointing for multiplied weeks. Get ready for a turn-a-round!

The Church will see the role of an evangelist through a different expression. We will go into the streets and marketplace arenas to impact our world. Several years ago while sitting on a park bench at Six Flags Amusement Park, the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said, "My Spirit shall come upon you in restaurants and in the marketplaces of this world."

The Church will look again at the traditional role of pastor. Entire congregations will be challenged by the Holy Spirit’s defining process through this rotation before birth. Many local congregations will be quickened by the Holy Spirit to the truth that the one they have called "pastor" for years is truly an "apostle."

In the spirit of humility, because they have already experienced descent, you will see entire congregations accept the work of the Holy Spirit to transition, to rotate, preparing them for new levels of effectiveness in ministry.

The Church will look again at prophetic ministry as prophets speak outside of the traditional arena. In this hour, prophets truly will speak into the "marketplaces" of this world. Political leaders around the world will call for the voice of the prophets as their realm of influence extends beyond the walls of our buildings.

3. STAGE THREE- CROWNING

(John 16:21; I John 5:4)

This is the stage of coming forth. Nothing can stop it now. Birth is imminent. All the pushing, all the pain, all the pressure, all the tight places, all the remarks, all the misunderstanding, all the advice now gives way to the joy of fulfillment!

Everything that is needed for productivity is there. All you need now is the Spirit of Increase. After the birth of Jesus, He increased! (Luke 2:52)

Leader, allowing the process of descent and rotation has given way to birth!

Keep pushing! You are going from transitioning to birthing!

INSIDE THE SEED

Luke 2:7 -- And she gave birth to her Son, her Firstborn; and she wrapped Him in swaddling clothes and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room or place for them in the inn.

LEADERSHIP LINES
Don’t let the odds intimidate you.
Be an exception to the rule.
God puts exceptional people in the midst of pressure.
Give your fears a message on faith.
Don’t be chaotic just because you’re concerned.
You can be alert, but don’t be alarmed.
Elevate your mind above your circumstances.
Avoid panic people.

PROPHETIC WORD

This time of adjustment is ordained of Me, says the Lord for what I am doing requires a shifting of thinking. The old wineskins cannot contain it, for they no longer have flexibility. I have poured you from one experience to another that you may see My progressive will unfold. I am in the midst of thee, My child. Do not fear, but move forward as I hold you in confident resolve.

This turning will be productive. Be about My business and see what I will do, says the Lord, for I am with you continuously and I am pleased.
