The King Of Love!!

December 11, 2001- 7:45 AM

This morning I woke up, and the Lord brought Isaiah 63 to me. I have 2 Bibles, my old Amplified, that is barely together, from reading it so much. Then my other Bible, I just received it in the mail yesterday. It is the Women's Devotional Bible, New International Version. I asked the Lord, "Which Bible do you want me to read?" He directed me to the Women's Devotional Bible. So I got up and began reading it. As I read, I began asking God, to show me which part was precisely for me. Isaiah 63:9 stood out prominently. "In all their distress He to was distressed, and the angel of his presence saved them. In His love and mercy, He redeemed them; He lifted them UP and carried them all the days of old." How Awesome!!!!
The daily devotion in the Bible:

Dare To Begin-By Hannah Hurnard

On the last day the Shepherd, did a very wonderful things. He took Much-Afraid, apart by herself and carried her right up.......to a high peak, dazzling white, uplifted like a great throne with numberless other peaks grouped round about.

Up there on the mountain top, He was transfigured before her, and she knew Him then to be what she had dimly sensed all along-THE KING OF LOVE HIMSELF, KING OF THE WHOLE REALM OF LOVE. He was clothed in a white garment glistening in it's purity, but over it, He wore a robe of purple and blue and scarlet studded with gold and precious gems. On His head, he wore the crown royal, but as Much- Afraid bowed herself and knelt at His feet to worship, the face that looked down upon her, was that of the Shepherd, whom she had loved and followed from the very low places up to the heights. His eyes were full of gentleness and tenderness, but also of strength and power and authority.

It was there Much- Afraid took courage to ask Him, something she never dared ask before. With her hand held in His she said, "My Lord, may I ask one thing? Is the time at last soon coming when you will fulfill the promise that You gave me?"

He said very gently, and with great joy, "YES- and the time is not long now. Dare to begin to be happy. If you will go forward in the way before you, you will soon receive the promise, and I WILL GIVE YOU YOUR HEARTS DESIRE!"

There has been may prophecies about this Christmas. I know the Lord is once again, through these words telling us....EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED, AND YOUR HEARTS DESIRE. FOR THIS IS HIS CHRISTMAS GIFT TO YOU.

Love in the name of our Precious Lord, and Savior Jesus. Who is the reason for this season. Linda Brelin

"Not by might, nor by power, but by MY SPIRIT," say's the Lord of hosts.
