I was writing to a sister in Texas that is going through a most difficult time. I found myself writing, "You are blessed and highly favored . Oh, that is what was spoken of Mary. How can WE be blessed and highly favored? That doesn't make sense to some of us. Mary, was the FIRST to house Jesus!

Well, praise God! That word HIGHLY FAVORED_ means, to grace ; endued with special honor; make accepted.

"BLESSED ARE YOU AMONG WOMEN- specifically, woman means wife.

Our dedication to the Lord is like a marriage. We are to be married to the Lord as being a wife. Why a WIFE? Why not a husband??? A wife (woman-womb-man) has a womb!!

Without a womb we cannot house anything. We have to have a womb. We have to be BEARERS OF LIFE! Productive people in a world made by a productive God.

We are BLESSED AND HIGHLY FAVORED!!

Luke 1:25 "Thus hath the Lord dealt with me in the days wherein he looked on me, to take away my reproach among men."

REPROACH- disgrace; taunt. Comes from rt. word- authority; character; my called.

So, if it came from a root word, meaning authority, character, my called, and went to a word meaning disgrace; taunt, It seems to me it was a decline from what it was, to a curse. It USE to have authority, and USE to have character, and USE to be called, but BECAME a disgrace!

Prophecy before the promised prophet:

Elizabeth, was praising God, for the grace that had been extended to her. She VOICED a prophetic word from her belly from the prophet that she housed. BEFORE he ever came into the world, she was birthing through her words, that her REPROACH was gone! She had passed from a curse in society to a blessing. A voice crying in the wilderness, was in her, and yet before he was ever born in the flesh, she voiced it by the SPIRIT in prophetic utterance and praise and rejoicing in what God had done in her! Well, Glory!

FIRST - the Voice Then- the PROMISE

God speaks first OUT OF SIGHT, in the womb! (the spirit) Then, it is BORN! But...even then...the PROMISE is GROWING into REALITY some place out of sight. BEFORE IT IS BORN........IT IS!!!!! Why? God has SPOKEN in the beginning! Like when he created. He spoke light, life, etc. A voice spoke, and then the creation manifest (the promise is seen).

Elizabeth housed the voice of GOD, which was John crying in the wilderness, preparing a way for the Savior, before He came! An order that God ordained, to bring about newness, healing and restoration for all mankind in God's time.

Now, we see Mary, less pregnant, but pregnant all the same, with the Son of God within the womb, called the PROMISE, our Savior. Picture her as, She runs to Elizabeth, that had a word for her, and an encouragement! Something that would push her further into her destiny. A confirmation in words to her that, I believe, caused all doubt to go out the window. that she perhaps lost her mind. *Remember, Mary was human, and battled in her mind like we do, after receiving a promise .

This woman, Mary, was special, NOT because she was special in her appearance, or her actions, or her walk, but because she was chosen by God to house GRACE! Now, would God choose a woman, that was worth it & had no sin, or was the most beautiful?. NO! God chose someone like you, or me or anyone of us. This was Just a lowly Mary. He CHOSE the unlikely, an UNMARRIED WOMAN! A woman that had not known a man. A woman that was UNABLE TO HAVE A CHILD is pregnant.

She had not the capability of producing as she knew NO MAN!! She had not been intimate. No man had interred her and released sperm to produce life. There was NO WAY she could produce life. However, This is who the Lord chose.

This is so much Like a sinner that has no ability and NO WAY to produce life as he doesn't KNOW A MAN NAMED JESUS. This sinner is barren and unfruitful as he has never been intimate with the Lord and found salvation and received the Lord into his heart ,by His Spirit. His womb (heart) is void, empty of LIFE, until God speaks.

A manifestation of Life was produced out of something that was impossible to produce. A VOICE and then a Manifestation of that word spoken over a virgin produced THE WAY, THE TRUTH, THE LIFE. "The Lord maketh a WAY where there seems to be NO WAY."

Well, Elizabeth had a revelation. That revealed knowledge, she saw, because it was revealed by God, and she saw the significance of the plan by the pregnancy of Mary. She felt a quickening in the womb where John lay.

Here we are. We are spiritual wombs of the Spirit of the Lord. We are pregnant with Him. We house him and nurture him, and we are birthing Him in us. We are quickened and become one, and we are becoming what we are birthing. Mary said, " My spirit hath rejoiced in God my Savior." She gave birth to HER SALVATION through Christ being born OUT of her! WOW! Too awesome!

Elizabeth Like the Church today:

I see Elizabeth as the days of disgrace. A Barren womb. Unable to produce. He took that shriveled up womb, and chose to bring the voice through a womb that was past it's time. This womb had gone through the motions. It knew the actions, yet it produced NOTHING. The CHURCH of today is Elizabeth. "Surely, the church is dead! Surely, Elizabeth will Not produce in her old age??" many say.

But...God says "YES! She will, by a MIRACLE! " This Church will VOICE into the earth the SON!!!!. A VOICE IS coming forth in praise and words that are paving a way for the SON to be birthed. This time in US! People are holding off in coming to Christ, because we have been a weak reflection, in the past, of His nature and character. However, in this time, we are becoming more like Him as all of our fleshly ways diminish and fade, as we draw closer to Jesus. Therefore, those that are seeking Him will see Him in our lives and want Him as their Savior also.

Some of us Are ELIZABETH, past time, shriveled wombs desiring but not pregnant. Some of us HAVE BEEN ELIZABETH and understand what it is like to desire something others have and don't yet have in us. We had been promised and yet, we wondered if God has forgotten. Some of us ARE ALSO MARY now, and we will BE MARY until we become the reflection of the SON! We are pregnant, and waiting nurturing the babe in us until He comes out and Leaves the flesh behind.

In closing, Mary said, in verses 1:48 in Luke: "For he hath regarded the low estate of his handmaiden; for, behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed." She realized her low estate, but she also realized that she , by God's choosing, had stepped into blessings! When we realize that we too have stepped over, our Blessings that have always been there but a bit out of reach, will be in our midst.

We are BLESSED and HIGHLY FAVORED.
