I had a dream the night of 11/27/99 into 11/28/99 re: warfare for the life of an eagle.

I was in a room where there were ministers, and noticed the others were all very agitated and having a difficult time communicating with each other (I don't know who they were). Then a door opened and a group of women came in which, in the dream, I felt I knew. (Although now I don't know who they were). I said, "Wow! What are you doing here?!" - We were glad to see each other and hugged one another. One lady then handed me her baby, wrapped in blankets, which I laid on a couch. Un-bundling it, I took a closer look at it and said, "My goodness! it looks like a bird - an eagle!" And it WAS! It was naked (no feathers) but it was wrapped in blankets and as big as a good sized human baby.

It began to cough, so I picked it up.. well, out of its mouth fell spider legs! - I screamed to the Lord for help and looked into its mouth and the rest of the spider (very large body, with remaining legs) was trying to crawl back its throat into hiding! I screamed to the Lord for help again, tilted the baby forward, shook the eagle, and out the spider came, so I stomped on it and killed it.

I looked in the eagle's mouth again to be sure all was okay and suddenly I was looking into a cave like on Star Trek and the man who looks oriental on that show was in there (Sulu, I think his name was). There were also big rock size green erasers there that he was trying to kick around the cave/the eagle's throat. I knew that I couldn't go into the cave because I would be in grave danger and thus had to work from the outside. I also knew that I had to act quickly as all of this would choke and kill the eagle, so I began to tilt the eagle forward and shake it so that the green rock sized erasers and the oriental man would get out. When I did, they all (the green erasers and the oriental man) fell out onto the floor, then disappeared! I took a sigh of relief and said "Praise God!" as I looked at the eagle and saw that it was back to breathing okay now. End of dream.

THE INTERPRETATIONS THAT I FELT WERE: I felt that it may represent the enemy trying to prevent the eagles from achieving their prophetic destinies through these things: 1. Divination and witchcraft, represented by the spider, trying to choke the life out of (kill) them in some way. 2. Defilement through "kicking around" the teachings and practices of eastern religion, or New Age, represented by the oriental Star Trek-y man (Sulu?) and the rock sized green erasers, resulting in erasing the proper teachings and words of the prophetic. 3. Since the eagle/baby was handed to me by a woman, that the enemy is trying to attack what's being birthed by women in the prophetic. 4. Continued attack on the young eagles; the youth - trying to take them out before their time.

Anyhow, the encouragement in the dream is that a quick rising up and "shaking out" of that stuff brought back the total good health of the eagle/baby.

I believe my part in it was representative of the fact that any of us in the Body of Christ that would come up against that sort of thing can have victory in the Lord when they call out to Him for help, and that it is a call to all intercessors to arise on behalf of the eagles.
