1999 The Beginning of Major Changes
The evening of Dec 19, 1998, I felt a fairly strong urge to go out in the backyard, to sit on my bench and to seek a conversation with the Lord. This urge was somewhat remarkable as a steady rain was falling. Yet the urge within me was sufficient enough that I put on a pair of rain pants and a rain jacket and proceeded to my backyard bench where I sat down in near total darkness. The rain was steady and the only light available was from a few neighborhood homes. I was only seated for a few seconds when I asked the Lord what the future held for Pres. Clinton as he had been impeached by the Congress earlier that day. He told me he would go to trial in January and would leave office in February, though He didn’t’ say whether the President would resign or be removed from office. I than asked whether Gore would re-elected in 2,000 and the Lord said no, that he wouldn’t even be a candidate for office in 2,000.

I then asked if the month of March held any great significance in 1999 as my oldest son had spoken to me earlier in the day that he thought God had told him to expect something significant to occur in March. The Lord’s response to me was that the underpinnings of the global economy are going to start crashing down with dramatic fluctuations in the worlds various currencies. Panic moves will be taken to shore up several central banks, but the moves made will be ineffective and in many cases will exacerbate an already chaotic system already out of control. I then asked whether world opinion would blame this situation on to the political upheaval in the U.S. He said that initially that would be the case, but in time the blame would shift from the U.S. and come to rest with actions taken by European financial interest. From this time forward the world’s economy will never stabilize and great fear and uncertainty will be the rule of the day, especially for the wealthy who will see great wealth slip through their fingers.

I then asked the Lord what else was to happen in 1999, to which He responded that 1999 will come to be known as the year when the world ceased being normal and that everything that can be turned upside down began to be turned upside down. He said that the changes will be begin slowly at first but they shall increase over time, sometimes at a faster rate, sometimes at a slower rate, yet always increasing. At first people will not pay any particular attention to the changes, but in time (1 to 2 or more years) their awareness in the various area of change will increase and with that growing awareness fear and consternation will increase everywhere. He than ran off a list of things that will change in our natural world. They include dynamic weather changes such as areas that are normally hot will be cold and normally cold areas will become excessively warm. Dry areas will become wet and wet areas will become parched. Deserts will become green and fertile wetlands and many present wetlands will become dry hard baked clay beds. Large areas of current rich cropland will become useless for agricultural purposes due to the long term impact of these weather changes. Major killer windstorms will visits areas where windstorms are seldom experienced and leave major loss of lives and devastation in their wakes. In 1999 thunderstorms will become much larger and far more dangerous demonstrating unheard of high rates of lightning strikes. Significant crop damage and damage to physical property, even personal injury will result from related very large hail stones. These storms will often proceed lined up in a row sweeping across large areas of the continent.

Volcanic and seismic activity will also increase, in fact greatly so! Vast quantities of volcanic ash will dramatically change the appearance of our skies throughout the Earth. Earthquakes will become so violent and will occur so often that in many areas of the world it will seem as if the Earth surface is dancing. Both major and minor fault lines will shift dramatically creating sharp upheavals. Major disruptions will occur to the worlds infrastructure. Highways, bridges, rail lines, dams and electric transmission power lines will be severely affected. In some cases the course of major rivers will be dramatically changed. Disruption of transportation system will result in severe shortages and major dislocation of foodstuffs as well as fuel for heating or for automobiles. The Collapse of the some of the worlds largest dams will result in horrendous devastation and loss of life as vast walls of water sweep over and through populated areas leaving nothing but a nightmare where they have passed. In addition the loss of related hydro-electric plants will cause major brown outs that will not easily corrected. In the natural, vast crevices in the Earth’s crust will appear. In the spiritual Satan will sense the growing power of the Bride of Christ as it begins to take on form. Sensing that his own time as Prince of this World is growing short, Satan will begin to unleash vast throngs of demons that he has held in reserve for this day. They will arise from the abyss and will over time do everything in their power to savage the Earth and to bring harm to saint and sinner alike. Only those people secure in the Lord’s bosom will be spared from Satan’s lash during this time of unbelievable hardship.

Acts of terrorism will increase this year world wide. At least one major metropolitan area will suffer severe damage as Islamic fundamentalist will not only increase their export of indiscriminate carnage to the western world but will in addition will greatly increase the explosive force of their weapons. They will rejoice with their success and claim they have paid back in spades for what the west as done to the Arab world.

Sickness and new incurable disease will begin to sweep the globe. Third world countries that are already ineffectively dealing with the current HIV crisis will soon find themselves having to deal with far more cruel and rapid killing diseases. The World Health Organization will undertake heroic efforts to contain these virulent new outbreaks of death, but will be unsuccessful and this deadly outbreak will visit the entire populated planet. The medical profession will be at a loss as to how to combat effectively that which they will be faced with. Attempts to find a cure will be unsuccessful. The outbreak will eventually affect every social economic population. No group will escape.

The worlds major crop producing areas will be dramatically affected by the major change in weather patterns and the decreased availability of sunshine due to the greatly increased ash content in the atmosphere. As a result, famine, which is now located in pockets scattered about the planet will now establish itself significantly and persistently in much larger areas. Staggering related death tolls will quickly develop as the worlds food reserves are already worrisomely low and will be quickly depleted. The Four Horsemen are loose upon the Earth. Wars shall increase. Disease, famine and death shall cause great loss of life everywhere!

Following this somewhat apocalyptic experience, I came into the house, shucked off my rain gear and sat down at my PC to record the matter. Judging by the clock, I spent about 45 minutes on my bench in this conversation.
