I am now teaching you on the wind and the manifestation of it. It is only one of the moves that will take place in the United States of America. Right now there is a wind blowing across this nation and Canada. There is a wind blowing. And the wind, says the Lord, is only the first manifestation or first move. They will say, "This is it in Pensacola." They will say, "This is it in Toronto." They will say, "This is it in Atlanta, Georgia and Gainesville, Georgia. "They will say, "This is it in Illinois." And they will enjoy the glory of my wind.

But out of the wind will come an utterance. And out of the utterance will come an earthquake and it will be the next move of my Spirit. And the next one will cause the captives to be free and the wardens to cry out, "How shall we be saved?" Out of that earthquake, says the Lord, I will break the chains that have surrounded the church. It will not be by the IRS or the government, God says, or any other chain that satan tried to put upon the church. And I will release my apostles and I will release my prophets.

Oh yeah! I will release my prophets, I will release my apostles that are presently chained in prison right now. But they are singing the praises of God. They are singing in the midnight hour. They are singing the praises of God. I will bring an earthquake revival, an earthquake move of my Spirit that will release my apostles from accusation, my prophets from accusation, my apostles from chains and my apostles from the government's destruction and the government's ruling against the apostolic anointing. I will release them.

And God says once the apostles are released and once the prisoners have been released by the earthquake, then will come the fire. And when the fire comes, it will consume your enemies. I will bring prosperity, I will bring revelation. There will be a fire by night. There will be a fire by day. The fire will be a consuming fire. It will bring a great move of my Spirit. It will destroy the enemies that have blinded the minds of the unsaved. And they will come in by the hundreds of thousands. As you go to them, as you take the fire to them, I will give you signs, I will give you wonders, I will give you miracles.

Out of the fire, out of the fire shall come signs, wonders and miracles, says the Lord. But once that has happened, there will be a voice that will come to the earth. It will be a still, small voice that will raise up the Elijahs of the hour. And that still, small voice will send you back from where you came from and you will have ultimate victory in the United States of America, says the Lord, says the Lord, says the Lord!

Psalm 104:30 This is what it says. You send forth your Spirit and they are created and you renew the face of the earth. Him sending His wind to the earth in the Spirit that is presently on America will renew the face of America. Does anybody in this building know that the face of America needs to be be renewed and restored? Is anybody in agreement with me today that right now in the United States of America they have covered the face that once shown with the glory of God.

That once shown with the glory of His principles and the integrity of the Bible. That has now been covered by another face. A face that has been a new age face of liberal theology and many, many other things that have tried to hide the glory of Christ. He said I am sending my Spirit to America and I am breathing my wind upon the church of this hour that I may once again renew the face of America, that the earth and that America may realize that that which they lost has actually not been lost.

It has been buried and resurrection is about to take place. And when I do it, God says, America shall have the face that I created it to be. Once again, it shall be great and it shall be united and it shall be godly, says the Lord. America, bow your knee to Jesus! Hallelujah! Let's bow our knee. (Everyone got on their knees.) For the Spirit of the Lord says as you bow your knee, so America shall once again bow her knee. Once again, America shall bow her knee to me.

And God says there will be Christ in the schools. Christ in the colleges. Christ in the universities. Christ in the businesses. Christ in the White House. Once again there shall be Christ as the fourth man in the fiery furnace. Once again, the Lion of the tribe of Judah will deliver the Daniels of the day. Once again America shall sing the anthems of great, great glory to the Lord God who created you, and breathed you, and made you who you are today. I say to you, the new millennium will bring forth a new face on America and America once again shall bow its knee to the Lordship of Christ. And the White House shall shine. Arise, shine, for the glory of the Lord.
