The Will Of The Father
Dwight Jester

I have been praying prayers for the last several days concerning the will of God being done as opposed to the will of Satan being done. I have seen some miraculous things begin to happen. This is a beginning draft that I am putting together to write about this kind of praying.

Would you pray it for a few days about circumstances in your life, and the people around you, then let me know what happens.

I would also be interested in any suggestions, you might have that would make it more powerful and helpful for you and other people.
In Him, Dwight

PRAYING FOR THE WILL OF THE FATHER TO BE DONE.

(Mat 6:10 KJV) Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. The most powerful prayer you can pray in the universe is to pray that the will of the Father will be done as it is done in heaven. The second most powerful prayer is to pray that the Father will set aside the will of Satan and make it of no effect in any area of the universe, world, circumstances, your life, and the life of the people around you. These prayers are universal prayers and you can pray them for Christians, non-Christians, circumstances, situations, etc.

You can not pray the prayers with a hidden agenda, supposing that as you pray God is going to answer your prayer the way you want him to. He will never do that. He will always answer your prayer exactly the way He wills for it to happen. For you to believe that you know better than God what is the best way for Him to answer your prayer, or the way it should be answered is god-playing and is trying to manipulate God. God does not allow you to manipulate Him. He is God and He does everything according to His will, not your will. Not only that, you could not possibly know what is best for you, for the people around you, or what is best for God. God knows all this and he will carry out His will in the best interest of all people concerned.

(Eph 3:20 KJV) Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, This means way above what we can ask or figure out. Let's be honest and admit that we are not God and we really don't know what is best for us or the people around us. I know it is a hard pill to swallow, however, I would ask you to be honest and look at how well you have done with your life and the lives of other people when you have tried to figure out what was best for you and for other people. It is sobering to think about it isn't it? (Rom 3:4 KJV) God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar! There are only two beings whose wills are accomplished and carried out in the world-God's and Satan's. All other wills are under the control of one or the other-no matter how much we may protest to the contrary. Your will is either submitted to God or to Satan. There is not a third choice. The only free choice I have is to whose will am I submitted. The Will of God limits even Satan's will. Satan can not go past what God allows him to do. Some people will protest, at this point, and say why would God allow Satan to cause the evil, death, and destruction he causes in the world. It only takes place where we, as humans, come into agreement with the will of Satan. As someone has said, "God says yes, Satan says no, and we cast the deciding vote." This saying gives us the key as to how we should pray.

We should always pray in line with the will of the Father, even when we don't know what the will of the Father is in a particular situation. It is always the safest thing to do and it effectively blocks the will and purpose of Satan in the matter.

Jesus blocked the will of Satan when he said to the Father, "O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will." (Mat 26:39 NKJV). You block Satan's will when you pray the same prayer.

HOW DO WE PRAY FOR THE WILL OF THE FATHER TO BE DONE?

Father, I pray that Your will be done in (describe the situation and the people in it) as it is in heaven. I come into complete agreement and submission to your will in this matter. I surrender any ideas or thoughts I may have about how I would like for it to turn out. I only want your will to be done-not mine or any person involved in this situation.

Father, I ask you set aside and remove the will of Satan from this situation and the people involved in it. (You may name the situation and the people involved again. This seems to add power to the prayer). Father, I have no desire for Satan's will to be involved in this matter in anyway. I only want your will to be done and no other.

Father, I thank you for carrying out Your Will in this matter, and I honor and glorify you for doing Your Will. I pray this in the Name of Jesus Christ, My Lord. Dwight Jester eminc@mindspring.com
