Come Home to Me!

Let him who has ears to hear, hear what the Spirit
is saying this night to My servant. In the last days perilous times will
come. Men will be lovers of themselves. Men's hearts will grow faint under
the pressures of the world and they will cry out for mercy. "Mercy! Mercy!
Lord have mercy on Me a sinner." This will be the cry of hearts across
this whole earth. For I, by My Spirit, am bringing forth a mighty wave
of repentance. I am seeking hearts that will cry out to Me for forgiveness
and rise up strong in My name. The repentance is coming fast on the heels
of calamity. The calamity is approaching as I speak. Give your hearts to
Me…the Master. Let Me turn them into the vessels that I long to hold and
love with the love of a Father. The Father, who has seen fit to offer His
love and devotion to you, His wee ones. I am beseeching you to come close
and see the hand writing on the wall. It reads, "The time is right!. The
time has come. Step close into the Master's plan. Identify yourselves as
His loyal servants. Walk forward not looking to the right or to the left.
Walk forward searching His eyes for approval. For He is calling you closer.
He is designating to this one and that one a certain position in Him. Take
your position. Listen to your assignment. Follow through and stay on course."
This is how the handwriting reads. It was written by the Master's hand.
Hear the cry of His heart. He is bringing forth calamity, but right on
the heels of that calamity is the greatest wave of repentance known to
man. He is delivering this by His Spirit. Hear what the Spirit is saying
to His servant this night. The time is here. The time is right. Step forward
and follow through with your assignment. Step forward and hear the cry
of the Father's heart…."I want you to come home to Me…I am longing for
all of My children to come home to Me. I desire to have you close! I have
waited long enough. Fulfill your calling. Look to your destiny. It is with
Me. It is with your loving Creator. I am calling. Come home, My children.
I am tired of living without you. I desire to have you dwelling with Me.
Come home, My dear children. Come home to Me. My heart is aching for you
to be with Me. My heart is crying for you to come and satisfy this deepest
desire of your Father. Come home to Me. Come home to Me. Obey My voice
and get your house in order and follow My lead. Come home to Me. Come home
to Me. Yes! That is the cry of My heart….Come home to Me!!!"

LISTENING
Nov. 18, 1998
"Look for new things in the next year--an increase
in my anointing, and an increase in my power. Would you wonder at this?
For my power will increase and your ability to hear my voice will be increased.
There is a place, a spark, a center, from which I speak, and out of this
place inside, I pour forth my speech. And out from that place within you,
I want to unfold more of my truth. I have created a receiver within each
of my servants. Consider a radio, for it has a tuner which you can hear
various stations; they run the full gamut of possibilities. You can pick
what you want to listen to. With my voice, it is a still small one. Be
sure that you have it properly "tuned-in." I intend to turn up the volume.
Be sure you listen for Me, for I will speak louder . There are many voices
in this world; they would come and vie for your listening, but use the
receiver that I've given to you. Have I not said that, "When the Spirit
of Truth comes, He will speak of things to come?" I tell you, He has been
telling you these things. You will not only see an increase in my power
and anointing, but you will see how some come into my corporate body. What
do I mean by this? I mean that you will see how much you need each other.
For the times of doing great things by yourselves is over. Yes, you each
have your own individual things to do. But you are not "islands unto yourselves."
When you are sent with a word to a church or an individual, do you not
need the other brother to listen to you? Is there not a relationship needed
between the giver and the receiver? Oh, you might say, "They might not
listen!" This is true, but there are still ears who would have received.
You all need each other's input from a pastor to his congregation, from
a giver of mercy, to the one who is in need. So, when I am increasing my
power and my anointing, know that it is for the purpose of being dependent
not only upon Me, but on each other. Listen for my voice, for it will guide
you into ALL things. Listen...for I will speak, and guide, and comfort."

"REFLECTIONS" OF THE FATHER'S HEART
November 21, 1998
All "true" submission to My delegated authorities
is born out of a heart wholly given to Me - and to a perfect obedience
to My Word and My Spirit. One is either going to be found "ministering"
wholly unto Me or "ministering" wholly unto themselves in this last of
the last hour!
Any one of My children who seeks to "control" those I have given to them has already submitted themselves to the "spirit of Balaam" and unless a deep and thorough repentance on their part is forthcoming they shall "begin" to perish in their greed and covetousness! My love and My power and My grace shall always transcend any and every manifestation of "false authority" in the midst of My people. For truly I say to you, even where sin abounds - or has abounded - in that very place shall My grace abound much more! I shall never allow those who "will" hear My voice to enter into that place of an "abiding" deception and I shall surely let all those who speak words "in My name", but who are not of My Spirit, "fall" to the ground (their words) and I shall bring My anointed vessels upon that scene to "elevate" all those who will hear to a place far above the self-serving motivations and lies previously spoken! To the degree that a "shepherd" (pastor) hears their Master's voice it is to that degree that their sheep hear the Master's voice through them! "Casual conversation" is "sinful" and serves only to "de- elevate" My people! An act of "treachery" is any word or action - spoken or taken - against those who are in service to the King and His Kingdom! Any selfish action taken in the midst of My children is an act of treachery! Perfect obedience will "continually" release the anointing that abides within! If one is not operating in a corresponding action to faith (love) then they are operating in a corresponding action to fear (selfishness)! If one is continually looking for the "outward" blessing then it is certain that they will, to that same degree, ignore (be blinded to) the "inward" blessing (revelation - empowerment) that I have bestowed - and continue to bestow - upon My children! Through the anointing abiding within My holy apostles and prophets I shall begin to "elevate" all those of My people who truly love Me to heights heretofore "unseen" by them and they shall begin to operate for the first time in the "fullness" of the authority that is theirs in Christ - the Anointed One and His Anointing. And they shall go forth in such power and glory that all those who cross their path shall be astounded. Those whose hearts are toward Me to "any" degree shall immediately come under a powerful and heavy anointing of total and absolute "consecration" and from this place they shall go forth - even as babes in Christ - to devastate every "stronghold" and "scheme" of Satan in their path and I shall literally multiply (expand) My Church at a rate that is, in this time, "incomprehensible" to even the most sanctified of My children! Those who strive to "maintain" any degree of "religious" activity shall be forced to "flee" from the anointing of Truth and Righteousness upon My holy vessels but they shall know deep within themselves that something is very wrong. At first they will be deceived by the Evil One into thinking that it is what they have witnessed in those I have placed in their path that is wrong, but any who have even the smallest seed of the desire to love Me shall gain the necessary enlightenment and I shall lead them into their "proper" position within the local Church and for the first time in their entire lives and ministries they shall be found to be serving Me in perfect righteousness for they shall be freed of all bondage to the "religious spirits" who - up until the freed one's time of a deep and thorough repentance - had both controlled them and used them to persecute (hinder) My sent ones. A "spirit of stubbornness" always operates from a "deeply- rooted" ground of fear! And because this ground is so deeply-rooted most times it will take an "abiding diligence" in fasting (the fasted life) and prayer. This "consistency" will produce the perfect intercession necessary and the captive(s) shall surely be set free! As My children "abide" in a perfect obedience against this "spirit" (the spirit of stubbornness) the "floodgates" shall open and the anointing abiding within them shall be poured forth in "full measure" and "power"!
Prophetic Utterances through Bill Burns:
November 22, 1998:
This word I speak to you today, says the Lord God.
I have come in the delivering power of My kingdom. I have come to deliver
you from the prince of darkness; I have come to deliver you from the rule
of a principality and from the dominions of the rulers of darkness. I have
come as the Lord of glory to dispense My glory upon you, to touch you with
My glory, to let the anointing flow through you, to cause you to come up
into victory. Would you come forth in the name of Jesus? Would you not
come out of that darkness? Would you not believe now and release your faith
unto Me? For, surely I shall perform My word. The evil one has held My
people long enough under his sway and his power. But, I say to you, I declare
a spiritual deliverance. I declare a spiritual Jubilee of the delivering
power of My kingdom, and I will not sit down any longer, nor will I stand
back, for My people's cry has come up before My face. There has come forth
a yearning for the darkness to be broken. There has come a yearning to
know Me better--people praying. I have heard your prayers, and I come today
as the Lord of the breakthrough to break through in your circumstances,
to break through the darkness, to break through the power and to become
a delivering power to you.
November 20, 1998:
Have you heard the cry of the eagles? From above
has come the cry of My Spirit; it has come to you through the voices of
those that soar upon the winds of My breath. They have spoken that this
coming season would be known as a time of My justice, seasons of judgment
upon the peoples of the earth. To My church, the watchword is COME! The
cry of the Spirit is COME, for the winter is before you, and the fall will
soon pass you by. So, I say come! First, you must come out from among them.
Revelation 18:4-- "And I heard another voice from heaven saying, "Come
out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive
of her plagues." I have spoken to you that you must be found in safe habitations
by the fall or surely justice will bring death to many. You must be found
in Me, and so the cry of the Spirit says, come unto Me. Be found in Me,
for I Myself am the safe habitation of My people. Come into the safe habitation
of the sheepfold. Come into My Father's house, for the hour of judgment
has come. John 5:25-27 "Most assuredly, I say to you, the hour is coming,
and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God; and those
who hear will live. For as the Father has life in Himself, so He has granted
the Son to have life in Himself, and has given Him authority to execute
judgment also, because He is the Son of Man." The winter comes and many
shall fall away and sleep the sleep of death. Awake you who sleep come
unto Me all of you who sleep the sleep of lukewarmness. Be not unequally
yoked with the world. Matthew 11:28 -30"Come to Me, all you who labor and
are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn
from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for
your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light." Come and learn
from Me, come with Me into the Valley of Vision, and I shall show you the
things that are soon to come upon the earth, and when you see these things,
your message will also be "Come!" Revelation 22:17 "And the Spirit and
the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" And let him who
thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely."
And so it must be, My people, the message of the Spirit is come; your message
must also be come, to everyone who thirsts bid them come to the living
waters, for I am coming quickly. Have you heard, My people? Your lives
will depend upon your hearing. He who has ears to hear let him hear. Come,
My people! Isaiah 26:20-21 "Come, my people, enter your chambers, And shut
your doors behind you; Hide yourself, as it were, for a little moment,
Until the indignation is past. For behold, the LORD comes out of His place
To punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity; The earth will
also disclose her blood, And will no more cover her slain." Amen.
November 8, 1998:
Eye has not seen; ear has not perceived the things
that I am about to do among My people. Those that have come forth, those
that have walked through the valley of the shadow of death, those that
have come by way of Gethsemane, I will now begin to bring forth the golden
oil from within, the anointing of My Spirit, and the power thereof that
shall become a river of living water. That which I have spoken of in My
Word shall now begin to flow. It will flow forth as a mighty rushing river,
even as it is spoken of in My Word that on the day of Pentecost there came
forth from heaven the sound of a mighty rushing wind. I say, if you listen,
you can hear the sound of this mighty rushing river, the river of My anointing
that comes forth, the river of My promise, the river of My power, the river
of My purposes is about to touch this earth. When it does, watch out! I
say, watch out, for you have not understood nor have you been able to perceive
the magnitude and the power and the force with which it shall be birthed
through the hearts of My obedient ones. It is even now beginning to flow.
I say, it is even now beginning to flow. It is coming forth; it is up to
your ankles; it is up to your waist. Now, get in the flow of My river and
receive all that I have for you. I am pouring forth a fresh anointing today;
I am bringing forth the golden oil that will bring light to this world
and the hearts of many. You shall see the manifestation of the sons of
glory, for I have decreed it, I have spoken it, and now it becomes.
November 6, 1998:
I am the Eternal God! All things are possible with
Me. I say that all things are possible for those who live in faith, those
who will walk in faith, those who will believe are those that perceive
that which I will do for them. I am not a God that withholds from you.
But, you must see it and believe it to receive it. That is the way that
I create and that is the way that I work within My kingdom. This is the
kingdom of faith; you come in by faith, you live by faith, and you receive
by faith. You must perceive, then, in the Valley of Vision those things
which are necessary for you. For, I say to you they are there and they
exist for you. If you will allow My hand to come upon you, I will lead
you forth, and you will see things that you have never seen before and
understand mysteries that you have never understood before. There are mysteries
in My kingdom that you have not yet perceived, nor do you understand them,
but My desire is to reveal them to My beloved in this dispensation, in
this time and in this hour, for I am unsealing the books, and I am revealing
the hidden mysteries that were set aside for this time, the time in which
you live, I say the last generation upon this earth. So, I say, come up.
Come up here! Come up here where I can open your eyes. Come up here where
I can take your hand. Come up here where I can walk with you. Come up here
where I can lead you forth into your purposes, the purposes that I have
predestined you to walk in. Move from complacency. Move from the hindering
spirits that are against you. Move out of the valley of destruction, and
move into the valley of My presence. I say unto you, I did not create you
to be victims, but to be conquerors. I did not create you to lose the battle,
but to have victory in the battle. I did not create you to give in, but
to overcome. So, come forth, My children! Rise up. Rise up! Come forth
and see Me as I am, for if you can see Me as I am, all things that you
need will be provided for you, and you will be found in safe habitations.
November 6, 1998:
Look at your feet? Are they not bronzed? Are they
not burnished? Are they not for walking over all the works of the enemy?
Haven't they been refined in the fires of God? Haven't they come forth
in strength and power? Haven't they been in the same fires that the Lord
Jesus has walked in? The Spirit of the Living God says, trample under your
feet the works of the enemy until they are but ashes, until they are but
dust. Do it with hope and faith in Me, for I shall not leave you in a position
of bondage; I have come to set every captive free, and lift every one up
for My purposes, and not one of you shall fall short if you will but believe.
You have been given calves feet so that you may go forth from the stalls
with the healing power of God upon you, to walk over all the works of the
enemy and trample them under foot until they are but dust.
October 31, 1998:
My people perish for a lack of knowledge, says the
Lord. It is written that they do not understand, and they perish where
there is no vision. I say to you, and I call to you with a voice as loud
and clear as I can bring forth from the temple of Zion; I shout unto you,
enter into the Valley of Vision. Find your way through the rubble into
My habitation. Come forth out of the world and ascend Zion's hill, for
surely when you ascend Zion's hill, all that I have promised you lies before
you in the Valley of Vision. That which you can perceive is that which
you can have. In My valley is the presence of My company; in My valley
is the anointing of My Spirit. In My valley is the virtue of the Lamb of
God. In My valley are the healing virtues, the healing streams. In My valley
lies the victory. I say come! Come! Come to this place.

November 27, 1998:
The separation process continues as I gather to
Myself those whose hearts truly desire to serve Me. Come to Me. I abhor
the religious. Haven't I spoken that your own righteousnesses are as filthy
rags? You can't do enough to earn My favor. The more self-sufficient you
become, the less you actually depend on Me. Isn't this the root of apostasy--that
you don't realize that you are poor, blind, and naked? Blessed are the
poor in spirit. Blessed are those that hunger and thirst for righteousness--for
Me. Seek Me. Yield to Me. Come to Me.
November 26, 1998:
Haven't I said in My word that at the end of time
men would wax worse and worse. I say to you the enemy has released another
wave of violence in the land, and those that he can control will be out
of control, their consciences seared, not considering the effects of their
violent behavior. I do not tell you this so that you will fear, but that
you might pray. Pray for the souls of those who are pawns in the devil's
chess game. Pray that they might awaken to their need for a Savior and
come to a place of order and decency in their lives. Bind the powers of
darkness from your homes, neighborhoods and churches. For, I have indeed
given you power to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power
of the enemy so that nothing shall by any means hurt you. This attack of
violence will first be seen and evidenced by a boldness and insolence against
My people and their rights and authority. It is a spirit of anarchy. Watch
for it, and rise up in My power against it.
November 25, 1998:
The Word became flesh and dwelt among us. I have
given you flesh so that you might express My nature on the earth. It is
the flesh that you must learn to overcome. It is the most expedient way
to completion. It is through suffering in the flesh that you have the opportunity
to learn obedience. It is by way of the flesh that you may rise up in faith
and trust Me for health and provision. Yet if you live by the flesh and
indulge in the flesh, your spirit will lose power and strength. If you
walk in the Spirit, you will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. This is
the ultimate choice in every life. It is in the flesh body that you choose
whom you will serve. It is in the flesh body that you choose where you
will spend eternity. Will you choose for the desires and lusts of the life
on earth and put those needs and desires above the One who gave you life
and flesh? Or, will you choose to walk in His Spirit in spite of the flesh?
The choice is yours. Deuteronomy 30:19-20 "I call heaven and earth as witnesses
today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing
and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants
may live; that you may love the LORD your God, that you may obey His voice,
and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life and the length of your
days; and that you may dwell in the land which the LORD swore to your fathers,
to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give them."
November 24, 1998:
The heart knows its own bitterness. You know those
places in you that nag at you and bring unrest and confusion. These are
places in you that need My grace. Examine those places to see if you are
in rebellion, refusing stubbornly to yield to My will for you. My desire
is for you to come into My peace and My rest, to trust Me with the things
that concern you. Haven't I said I would perfect (bring to completion)
those things that concern you? Acts 3:19, "Repent ye therefore, and be
converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing
shall come from the presence of the Lord."
November 23, 1998:
I speak to you today to maintain a pure conscience
before Me. Walk in truth and light. Refuse to fall into the fantasy of
the days ahead. Some would call these days "holidays" or holy days, but
do not be deceived into thinking there is anything holy about the world's
traditions and materialism. I say it is idolatry in its grandest form.
Loose yourselves from this bondage and idolatry, and seek Me with a whole
heart. Have nothing to do with self interest and greed; rather rise up
in spiritual purity before My face, and refuse to be distracted by what
is unholy.
November 21, 1998:
I am stirring hearts and bringing conviction and
opportunity for repentance. I am drawing My people into a place of greater
obedience, more strength and fervent love. The choices are there. The choice
is yours. Will you yield completely to My call? Will you say yes to My
proposal? Will you be My bride? The choice is yours and yours alone. Are
you willing to forsake all and yield to My purposes? Come and be one with
Me in heart and purpose. Come away with Me, My beloved.
November 13, 1998:
Behold, I am bringing forth something new, a new
order. You could call it a "face lift," which will occur in the spiritual
realm, but will also manifest in the physical, material realm to reflect
that which I am doing in My people. Old attitudes and behavior patterns,
places of compromise and complacency, are now being brought to the light
for your consideration. You will have new opportunities to deal with old
issues. It is My desire for you that this be the last time around for these
lessons, and that you be released from the bondages that have held you
and prevented you from gaining new ground spiritually. I have called you
to "take the land." You do this by overcoming. There is great reward to
those who overcome. Refuse to succumb to a defeatist attitude, thinking
that things will never change. This is the time! Press in and seek My face
as never before, and walk in the Spirit.
November 11, 1998:
Press through. I say, press through the crowd of
distractions, thoughts of doubt, bitterness, rejection, fear, condemnation.
Come all the way through and touch Me with your faith. When you do, My
virtue will flow into you, and you will be strengthened. New life and vitality
will flow into you. But, you must come. Don't give up before you get through.
Press in; pursue Me with all your heart. Come to Me. Matthew 14:36, "And
(they) begged Him that they might only touch the hem of His garment. And
as many as touched it were made perfectly well."
November 10, 1998: The world would give you titles and apply innuendoes to your name and character. They judge you by outward appearance and measure you according to their standards. They assign value to you according to their goals. But, I say, I judge by a different standard, the highest standards of truth and righteousness. I have given you a new name. You are My chosen. You are the apple of My eye. I cherish My own. Do not allow the names and values assigned by the world system to undermine and distract from your value to Me in the Kingdom. You are a delight to Me.
November 9, 1998:
I speak to you, My children, with a heart that longs
for your faithfulness and obedience, not for My benefit but for yours.
Haven't I spoken clearly that the wages of sin is death? My desire is that
none should perish. These times in which you live are indeed dangerous
and troublesome. My desire is that you forsake all and follow Me. Your
own cleverness will not provide a way of escape from the trouble that comes
and will abound. Your hope is in Me. Your place of safety is in Me. But,
you cannot come into that place in Me in your complacency and disobedience.
You must "lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares."
I am calling you, My beloved, My chosen, to consecrate yourselves. Make
a renewed commitment to serve Me with a whole heart. Cut yourselves off
from the things of the world and selfish attitudes that keep you from walking
in the fullness of My Spirit. I call to you today, come and follow Me!
November 7, 1998:
I want you to see Me up close. I am the Great and
Mighty God! You can say those words, but what is your concept really? The
closer you get to Me, the greater I AM. But, I am diminished by the distance
between us. Your faith in Me depends on how near or far your heart is from
Me. The power of the Word is dependent upon how near you stay to Me. Oh,
that you would draw near and stay close! My desire is that you could see
Me as I am, for it is true that you now "see through a glass darkly." But,
haven't I said if you will draw near to Me, I will draw near to you? Come
close!
November 6, 1998:
I see the hearts of My broken, wounded soldiers.
I see your afflictions and I know of your desire to retreat and hide yourself.
But, I say that My strength is sufficient! Jeremiah 12:5 "If you have run
with the footmen, and they have wearied you, Then how can you contend with
horses? And if in the land of peace, In which you trusted, they wearied
you, Then how will you do in the floodplain of the Jordan?" Do not be discouraged
and do not be dismayed. I will strengthen you for this hour if you will
only trust Me. Refuse to give in to weakness and despair. Rise up in My
strength and power, and I will cause you to come forth in victory. There
is much work to be done, but I cannot use you if you hide in darkness.
Take courage, for I am with you to bring you through this time of trouble.
November 4, 1998:
I hear the cry of those who hear My prophets and
then say, "Speak to us a NEW word, for we have heard this one already."
I say, I will speak a new word when what I have already spoken is taken
seriously and acted upon. I will speak a new word when the word that I
have already brought forth does more than tickle the ears of a nation that
has grown fat and dull of hearing and short-sighted. I will speak a new
word when disobedience and rebellion are quenched and submission is a reality.
Be a doer of the word and not a hearer only!
November 2, 1998: I am bringing you, My people, through the fires of purification. I have not delivered you from going through the fire because it is a necessary process. That which can be burned, must be consumed so that what remains is pure. Only those things that are temporal will burn--those things that spring up from the earth (from worldliness) are fuel. The fire will only be quenched when there is no more fuel. Be as the three Hebrew children thrown in the fiery furnace. They were not consumed by the flames, nor did they smell of smoke. What was consumed by the fire were their bondages. They came out free men. I was with them in the fire, as I have been with you. When you emerge from the heat of this furnace, you also will be free.
October 31, 1998:
Seek Me. Oh, My people, seek Me first--not for what
I can do for you; not for what I can do for another, but that we might
have fellowship with one another. I desire to know you and that you would
know Me. There are those who will be sent away from me at the end of the
age because I never knew them, yet they will have used My name. Come, My
beloved, and know Me! Matthew 7:22-23 "Many will say to Me in that day,
'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your
name, and done many wonders in Your name?' "And then I will declare to
them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'
