THE TRUMPET

Prophetic Utterance through Bill Burns:

October 9, 1998:
I am coming, yes, with vengeance. Vengeance is not directed at My people; it is directed at the sin that has consumed My people. The vengeance is directed at Satan's kingdom and the kingdoms of the world that have brought defilement upon the life that I have given many. Yet, I am coming with judgment. I am coming with fire; I am coming with the sword of My Spirit, and with the very sword of My mouth, I must destroy even some of those who have called Me by name. It has already been clearly spoken in My Word, "Depart from Me you workers of iniquity, I never knew you." You would never come to Me and know My heart and My mind and My desires for you. I came even in the hour of darkness and urged you to come apart from your sin. I came even in the clouds of despair, and said, "Take heart in Me. Come apart. Come with Me. Walk with Me, and I shall save you and preserve you even to the end of the age."

My Word declares that in the Valley there are multitudes--multitudes in the Valley of Decision. I say unto you, this is the time of the Valley of Decision; the decisions that are now being made at the end of the age will forevermore seal each one in his eternal habitation. I come tonight with a heart of mercy and a heart of love, and I compel you and call unto you and urge you to hearken to My words. I urge you to come aside. I urge you to seek Me with all of the power of your spirit. If you do, I will be with you and come to walk with you in the hour of temptation that comes upon the whole earth. I have been calling to you for some time now. I have said, "Come!" For, this is the day and the hour in which you must come.

There will no longer be a delay. There will no longer be grace or mercy, for the season of the end is upon us and comes quickly. Surely that day will come when the wedding feast comes forth and the door is closed, and there will be those that desire to come in, but I will have to say, "No, no." You could have come, but you would not. Come unto Me now, and I shall never leave you. Come unto Me, and I shall never forsake you. Come unto Me, and I shall preserve you. Come unto Me, and My love shall sustain you. Come unto Me, and My Spirit shall keep you and counsel you. I shall show you the way in which you must walk. Indeed, judgment comes upon the earth and upon My very own house. Thus, it is written, and it will take place, so come! Come!

Words from the Lord to Marsha Burns:

October 16, 1998:
(Lord, what is this strange spiritual atmosphere?) The enemy has created an illusion against My people of loneliness and isolation. The temptation will come to believe you are alone and don't belong to or fit in the Body of Christ. But, I say to you, this is a lie. Do not believe it! I tell you that every member of My Body, each one in My kingdom, has a special and precise place and function. There are no parts that will function independently from the rest of the Body. You must not respond by the way you feel because a lying spirit has been loosed to deceive you and cause you to withdraw and feel rejected. Resist this temptation. You are precious to Me and vital to the rest of the Body. I have given you to those around you.

October 14, 1998:
Trouble on every side! Difficulties at every turn! Why? Haven't I said it is time to get your house in order? How can order come out of chaos unless those things that create chaos be eliminated? I am shining a light on those places that need to be dealt with in your own hearts so that order, My divine order, may be established. Yield to this cleansing and purifying process. Let me mold you into the vessel that I desire. Let Me recreate you to be a vessel of honor useful for My purposes. I am the Potter and you are clay. Yield to the work of My hands.

October 13, 1998:
Resist the devil, and he will flee. The enemy has unleashed an all-out attack by way of seduction to entice My people back into old places of bondage. I say, resist the temptation. I have made a way of escape for you. Refuse to entertain feelings of discontentment, discouragement, depression and giving up. A spirit of death by way of suicide has been released against those who have given in to despair. Resist! You will find a release from this attack if you will but praise Me. Enter into My presence with thanksgiving and praise. Seek My face. Rise above your circumstances and get refocused. Be re-established in truth through My Word and in communion with Me. I will lift you up!

October 10, 1998:
The enemy has come against My flock to scatter and destroy them. But, you must gather them again and reassure them and bring peace to their hearts. It is fear that has gripped their hearts, and the sounds of the coming storm have caused them to be edgy. Be strong, then, and walk among My chosen with strength and grace, calming their souls and bringing truth to their troubled minds. Beat back the wolves that would devour My little ones by causing them to panic and flee. Peace! Be still!
