THE TRUMPET

October 18, 1998: The Lord say, behold I have given you power over all the works of the enemy. Behold I give you power to tread upon serpents. Behold I give you authority over the dominion of Satan's world. Behold I give you weapons of warfare that you might destroy all of the works of the enemy that come against you in this hour. Do not be deceived, for the evil one has come to destroy you. Do not be deceived; he has come to take you prey. But, I say, behold I give you power. Power! I said I give you power to walk forth in victory, power to bring the sword of the Spirit against the enemy of your soul. I give you power, and I give you vision and insight by way of revelation into his devices that are formed against you, and I say be victorious. Be more than conquerors. Come forth in the power of the kingdom; exercise the authority that I have given you, and walk over all of his dominion. For surely, I say, you are free; whom the Son sets free is free indeed. I come to walk with you in freedom and liberty.

October 16, 1998: You are the children of the Lord, the children of Zion. You sing those songs from your heart, and you call Me Messiah; you call Me the Son of God; you call Me Savior; you call Me King. But, I come to you tonight to tell you that many yet have not found Me. Many still do not call to Me out of an intimate relationship. They call Me not by name, but they call me according to the images that they have engraved upon their hearts--graven images to the unknown God. Surely, I say, that they have not yet found Me. I am coming with an anointing to break the yoke that has held all of Mine from Me that they may find Me. I have spoken to you in times past that these are the days in which many walk through the Valley of Decision, but I say to some of you that it is the dark valley of the soul where you cry out wondering where I am, calling My name, but not able to find Me. But, I am just before you, waiting for you to reach unto Me, waiting for you to take hold of My hand, so I can lead you through this hour of the darkness of the shadow of the souls of men to bring you forth into new light and a new dimension. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND

October 23, 1998: Rise up, those of you, My children, who have given in to despair. Turn from self-pity and identification with the flesh and its desires and lusts. Establish your hope again in Me. There is nothing impossible for Me. But, I look for and earnestly desire hearts that will believe in Me and trust Me. I say again, rise up! Exercise your authority over the evil one. Haven't I said that I have given you power to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy? Then, I say one more time, rise up and take the victory!

October 21, 1998: Mice in the house! Spiritual rodents that nibble and chew at the children's food. They gobble up the seed of the Word. They are annoying creatures of the night that lurk in darkness and scurry silently about as thieves. What are their names? Worry and anxiety, dissatisfaction, discontentment, irritation, trouble. They have come to rob you of peace and your confidence in the Lord. Eradicate these pests! Rise up against them in faith. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Otherwise, they will multiply and grow and become a plague against you.

October 20, 1998: What shall I do with this rebellious generation? I have held My hands out to you all day long. I have courted, enticed and wooed you, but your harlotries have turned you away. I have desired to have you as My own possession, but you would not. I have made a way and paid the ransom and given you gifts, but you have counted it all as nothing. What is left to do? What could I do more than I have already done? Yet, you stand far off and refuse My love and disdain My fellowship. There is nothing left to do but allow justice to have its perfect work. Weep and wail and cry aloud, but it is time to reap the harvest of your iniquities. Those who are truly Mine will watch in amazement and horror as judgment is poured out and the cup of My wrath is emptied on the rebellious and disobedient. Indeed, the day is at hand for the restoration of all things when the earth and its fullness will be restored to its Creator.

October 19, 1998: (The word came to an individual, but is a good word for others in the Body.) The Spirit of the Lord comes and says to you that you have been looking for breakthrough, but you still don't feel like you have had any breakthrough. You still feel like you are in the pit. But, God says it is because you are looking for breakthrough and relationship with Him and coming up higher in an old way. However, He is going to do something new in you, and it will not be by way of feeling or something that you have done or experienced in the past. This is going to be a new thing that He is doing. It will be by faith, and all that you have to do is believe it. He is bringing you to a new level; He's bringing you up higher because your old level will no longer do. He has some things for you to do that will be above and beyond the old level that you used to live at. You must trust Him and believe Him and come up by faith and not by feeling. Not by feeling, but by faith! He is going to touch you and bring you to the place that He has ordained for you from the beginning and before the foundation of the world. Let go of the lies that you are in an old place and never going to get out of that bondage. You are already out of the bondage. All you have to do is take by faith what He has brought you into.

October 17, 1998: These are the days in which I am preparing My Bride, My Church. Many have been shaken awake and have yielded to the preparation process. But, many still sleep, unaware of this cleansing and purging. They have fallen into a stupor and are unaware of the activity in the spirit realm. They have grown dull of hearing and become sluggish in their attitudes. Wake up, My people! The time of the end draws near. Get ready. Be prepared. Seek Me with all your hearts. Rise up. See with your eyes and hear with your ears. Cleanse your hands and purify your hearts, for behold, I come quickly.
