Restoration of ALL Things

So this is Christmas. Somehow it doesn't feel like it used to, can anybody out there relate to that? Even those who will this week set with their families and open presents, maybe sing a few songs, maybe pray and intercede, maybe remember Christmas's past and think of that to come. When you think of that to come just what do you see? Do you still see all that you saw in the years past or is there a difference this year? Is Christmas maybe a little bittersweet this year? Sweet being with family and loved ones, but something just seems different, not quite right, maybe something missing or taken away?

We have been speaking of the Lord our God restoring all things. All things that have been stolen, perverted, counterfeited.. etc. In this do you think things will look the same as they have and do now? Just what is being restored and what will it look like? In my eye, in my heart, in all that I am right now I feel that things will never be the same again in this world as well as in the church. Indeed if things remain the same most all of us have been mistaken in what we have been hearing, seeing, and proclaiming. And in me it is indeed bittersweet. I write this and ask for your prayers and discernment for yourselves in what I write. For I am having a Christmas which is totally unlike any I have ever had before and I cannot have restored what is gone ever again in this world. Now I do not say this for pity or deep compassion for myself. But to let you see why I say discern what I say by the Spirit. Because the reasons for my thoughts on this could indeed be because of the trials and tests I have faced this past few years. So the truth of this post MUST be seen in the spirit and knowledge of what the Lord is doing in this day.

I set alone here today, seeking the Lord and writing things that come to me. I do not have to be alone, but today, tomorrow, I will feel alone even if I am around a multitude of people. This is the 5th Christmas without all of my children and wife being with me. And it is the first Christmas without my parents who have been promoted to glory! Now all this is enough to quell the joy of Christmas, but what I believe I see and hear and feel is not based upon this. I am about to be a grandfather again soon. I have great joy and anticipation in this. My family is saved, I have greater joy in this. I have forgiven all and been forgiven all and have much joy in this! Yet, this is bittersweet. I awake each day knowing things will never be the same, and in this I find is great joy also for my Lord is doing this thing, He is calling forth His remnant, His Bride, His church to Himself! Yet my flesh knows. It knows that there will be much tearing of the heart in this as we see the reaping of the tares from the wheat. And so much of who is reaped as what is conditional upon the truth in the heart and who we really are in Christ We are about to see in truth who is for Him, and who is against Him. For there is no in between. Consider this, pray about it, search your hearts very deep and give it ALL to Him.

In great joy look to the coming of our Lord, and what He is now doing in this world! But also know that this is also a time of mourning and travailing for the church, the Bride, the lost in this world. It is time to repent of the old and lay hold of the older, what we will call new. Restoration in a time of loss. And yet all we will lose should be counted as dung, for the glory to be revealed in the new. Bittersweet for now. Great joy and gladness when we truly see and live and walk that coming! Everything that has been a mix, the Holy with the profane is about to come to an end with those who truly follow Christ. Everything stolen from the days of darkness in the church and the government of men over the church before this are about to come in like a storm to revive, awake, restore His church! His church WILL be a House of Prayer, His people WILL move in power and authority of the Word. His Bride WILL be spotless and pure! We WILL be a light on the hill rather than hiding our candles in buildings and keeping this light for ourselves as a jealous, untrusting soul keeps his possessions.

One thing we should all know from scripture study and personal experience, NOTHING EVER LOOKS LIKE WHAT WE SPEAK TO! Has the Wormwood and gall come? I think so. Now what will we do? will we allow it to destroy us, to cripple us? will we seek the Lord to kill us or the caves to hide us? Will the bitter waters do what the gates of hell cannot do!? No! Lord forbid! Many trials and tests we have faced just for this time. As when Job was afflicted he did not forsake truth! Such are we brothers and sisters. Conquerors through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

As the Lord reveals, as you come to the knowledge of what He is doing, let go! Let go of ALL that is not Him! Go through the bitterness of loss looking to the joy unspeakable of that which comes to those willing. Don't fight, give in, die, die to take on life abundantly. Walk in the revealing light before all man, we are Sons of the Living God! All creation anxiously has awaited these days. The restoration of all things! Praise Yahweh!
