I have included a word the Lord gave me this morning directed to His Shepherds. Shepherd-n.1. A keeper or herder of sheep. 2. Figuratively, a pastor, leader, or guide.--v. t. To herd, guide, protect, or direct, as a shepherd. My Children. My Shepherds. I love you so much. I desire only the best for you. My love for you knows no bounds. I love you with an everlasting love. I love you with an endless love. My Shepherds. I hold you in the palm of my hand. I tenderly gaze at you and I desire to be with you. My Shepherds. I desire to be known through you. I desire that my truth only will be known through you. I desire that you have greater discernment. Greater sensitivity to My Spirit. I desire that you will let My Spirit in. That you will let Him work through you. I desire that you will be fully consumed with Me and Me only. I desire that you project Godliness and Holiness to all those around you. I desire that My Glory will be reflected on your countenance. I desire that My goodness and mercy will follow you all of your days. I desire that you will make an impact where I have placed you. My Shepherds, I love you so much. I desire to be loved back just for Who I Am. I long for true worship. I long for honesty. I long for love. Your love.

When My love is received, then it will be manifested. Love My Sheep. Hold them close to your bosom. Many are scared. Many are ill. Many need to know they matter. Do not forsake My Sheep. They are precious in My eyes just as you are. Hold them tenderly to your heart. Open your hearts to them. Do not hide yourself from them. If you hurt, they need to see it. If you rejoice, they need to see it. Be real to My Sheep. Love My Sheep. See them through My eyes. Many are hurting and need guidance and direction. Protect them. Encourage them. Reach out to them. Touch them. Do not be afraid of them. Serve them. Cry with them. Laugh with them. Do not abandon them. Do not turn your back on them. Speak My Truth to them. Introduce Me to them. Let them get to know Me. Teach them about Me. Speak to them about Me. Let not one of them get lost. My Shepherds. I love you and you are My prized possessions. I require much from you. You are responsible for My Sheep. To guide, direct, encourage, lead, pray, and fight for them. This is a spiritual war. You are their commander. Much is required. Do not take your role lightly. You are accountable for every word you speak to My Sheep and for every word you do not speak. Are you equipping My Sheep? Is My Word being taught to them? Is My Truth only being spoken or are you speaking man's opinions? You are accountable for every act and word you aim at My Sheep. Guard your mouths. Guard your hearts. Guard your minds.

My people perish for lack of knowledge. Are you preparing My Sheep for this last days? Are you girding them up in My Spirit? Will My Sheep stand and not tremble in fear at the things to come? Are you preparing them? My Shepherds. Do your job. I have called you to lead, to equip, to serve, to prepare, to guide, to love, to encourage, to stand, to fight, to teach, to die to self, to allow Me to fully flow through you. My Word says, My Sheep are to obey their leaders and submit to their authority. You, My Shepherds, are to keep watch over My Sheep as men who must give an account. My Sheep are to obey you so that your work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no advantage to you. Heb. 13:17. Obey My Word today. Do not hold back what I have spoken. Do not hold back what needs to be spoken. For you, My Shepherds, are accountable for every word you speak and every word you don't speak. Speak My Truth only. Prepare My Sheep. Prepare My Precious Children. They are all precious in My sight. Every one of them. My Shepherds, I love you with an undying love. Stand and be firm with My Sheep, but do it all in love. My love. For the day is coming when we will see each other face to face and great are your rewards. I love you, My Shepherds.
