In 1989 the Lord started talking to me about apostleship, and apostleship standards of holiness.

The following is from a word to a particular church at the time.

I am the Lord Your God, Creator of heaven and earth. Heaven and earth are filled with My glory. Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord. Blessed is he who sits in the secret counsel of the Most High. "Apostle" means sent one.

There are many of you who would be sent if you are willing to count the cost. Apostles were sent to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, to bring the good news to the poor, lost and hungry.

They prophesied and worked miracles in My name and they established churches and appointed pastors and teachers.

THEY WERE NOT PERFECT MEN WHEN I CALLED THEM !!!

They were fishermen, tax collectors, scholars, a persecutor of Christians.

I the Lord, called them BY MY SOVREIGN HAND.
One was a mere teenager, (John) and to him I revealed the secrets of God.
John the Baptist was called from the womb.
Samuel was given to Me before his conception.
Elisha was appointed by Elijah.

I do not use ONE WAY to call those whom I HAVE CHOSEN. The Spirit of the Lord hovers over the earth. He goes to and fro, and seeks out those whom I've appointed. I ALONE know the hearts of men. Justice , mercy and faith are the weightier matters the law, I've said. The heart is deceitful above all else, even in the best of men. Did not My own disciples argue over who was first in the kingdom of God? What is man, but a vapor, that is here today and gone the next. But you boast in your arrogance! Next year I'll do this or that, buy and sell. All such boasting is evil!

I WILL confirm My appointments.
I WILL place men where I WILL.
I AM a jealous GOD.
Cast down your petty jealousies and your insecurities.
Rebuke fear !
DO NOT EMBRACE the accuser of the brethren.
Do not fight against flesh and blood. but against the powers and principalities, and the rulers of darkness of this age.

The enemy can see whom I've appointed and seeks to bring down those who are Mine. This you should be familiar with since hasn't he done this to you ?

PRAY and set your face before me continually and I will reveal to you MY plan. Do not draw conclusions from your fleshly concerns.

DO NOT WAR AGAINST EACH OTHER!!!!

WAR against the enemy of your soul !!!! Battle on your knees. I will not disappoint you!
DO NOT claim defeat.
DO NOT CLAIM insecurity!
Do not play into the hands of the enemy.
YOU ARE MY CHOSEN ONES.

YOU ARE MY BRIGHT LIGHTS AND SHINING STARS !!!

Let your light so shine before men that they might know that GOD IS LOVE ! That I am abundant in MERCY and quick to forgive.

LOVE, do not hate. Forgive ! Do not judge. Pray for. Do not condemn. GIVE ! Do not hold on to the things of this world Do not doubt My hand on your lives to serve Me. Crush self sufficient pride, and fear of failure ! If I am with you, who can be against you?

PRAY for COMPASSION !! LET ME be your defense !! ALLOW ME CONTROL OF MY CHURCH !!! Do not quench the Holy Spirit ! WAIT on ME! I am NOT a bully to press down the hearts of men. Are you ready to lay down your lives and pick up mine?

Remember the parable of the wedding feast ? Many are called but FEW are chosen. Unless your love exceeds that of the Pharisees, you will not enter the kingdom of God. LOVE bears all, never fails.

Love covers a multitude of sins. Love casts down all fear !

Set your face to the winds ! Plant your feet on solid ground. BELIEVE and TRUST in the Lord Your God. Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.

RELEASE the captives ! Heal the brokenhearted and afflicted! There IS a balm in Gilead. The blood of the Lamb has paid the price for ALL who are called by My Name.

Arise those of you who are asleep and complacent at heart, for this is the finest hour. I will tell you a riddle. The Son will set in the east. I come quickly and My rewards come with Me. To those who overcome I will give the crown of life. You shall overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony. I WILL build My church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it !

Another time the lord spoke to me that Apostolic power requires standards of apostolic holiness. Therefore come and spend time at His feet. Get the healing He has for you, go through the fire, because He is waiting on the other side and greater things you will do in His name if you count the cost.
